• AMIT (6/5): - The staff behaviour was good and the property is inside the colony bits peaceful. The bathrooms cubicles and showers wasn't clean it was broken and no proper waterflow in the shower also the glass of the cubile shower wasn't clean

This hotel sent me several messages everyday for three months in the lead up to my reservation, with a payment link which didn't work. This flooded my email inbox. When I sent several messages to the hotel to pay (because the link did not work), my question was drowned in their automated daily messages and were never seen. This resulted in my reservation being cancelled three days before, despite there being rooms available. I created another booking, but this was not found on record when I arrived. I had to wait 40 minutes to go through a booking process at the desk once I arrived. It seems, despite sending 1000s of messages through Booking.com, this hotel does not use it correctly.

It was truly great value for money — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul and Mr. Shyam, who went out of their way to make sure I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their courteous attitude and professionalism really made a difference.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service.

Soiled sheets. I cancelled and rebooked at half the price just before our stay. If we d paid the original price I would have been extremely unhappy

Toiletries were not properly given - shampoo, toothpaste but the bathroom was neat and clean and you can buy shampoo sachets from a nearby shop. Breakfast taste could be better.

Location: very bad; tooo much inside Ambience: not appreciable Amenities: no napkin, shaving kit, comb (despite written in the list of items available), poor wifi. In fact, bathing soap/shower cap/shampoo/body lotion; one combined shampoo-cum-body wash was there which cannot be well trusted. All mattress, bedsheets were old, not properly maintained. Unhygienic: one pet is there who roams around here and there, cleanliness is not good at all Food: no chef available for lunch or dinner. Only reasonable bare minimum breakfast is available which is average.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a little tricky to find and the sign for the hotel could be better placed and larger for better visibility. Bathroom could be better, brighter decor. The toilet seat was not fixed well.

The casualness of the staff was frustrating. I gave my aadhar card to the reception staff for ID but they didn't return it. On asking they said the person is not there, once he comes it will be returned. Finally I had to leave in a hurry and forgot it there. Now even after daily follow ups, they are not sending it to me by courier or any other means.

Soaps are not given Restaurant is little far. We opted for Swiggy but then the required tables, spoons, cups or bowls atleast should have been provided so that we can have the food conveniently. Without these, we could not have our lunch or dinner using swiggy packing as it is. Even there is no facility to get coffee or tea. Even for this we should go little far. Breakfast was arranged. They said the timing upto 10.00. But, by 9.30 they are almost closing. This should get extended to 10.30 because we reached home late night and it was difficult to get up before 9.30 am If you are sure, you do not need any kind of breakfast, lunch, dinner or coffee or tea - this is a A* boarding. If you expect these, then be cautious.

• Matthew (4/5): A complete clown show in a bad location. - Got back to the room early nighttime after a long motorcycle ride and found the water was out- not pleasing because I definitely needed a quick shower. There was a few staff at the front desk when I went downstairs to tell them. They said I was mistaken a couple times, the water is fine, they said, but would not check on it. Too busy laughing and talking with each other. After the third time I went to tell them one guy went up to my room to check- no water. Da. Then they went to check the water pump. Of course it was off. Wait 30 minutes for the pressure to build up, sir, they then said. What a clown show. And...it is located in a terrible neighborhood and quite hard to get in and out of it on broken roads. Nothing is nearby. Would not stay there again.
