Lo único negativo podría decirse que fue el sonido del piso de la habitación, crujía demasiado y resultaba incómodo pensar en los huéspedes de la planta baja, sobre todo porque salíamos muy temprano a los tours.

There is quite in the night so you can get a good nights sleep. The staff was also great and very helpfull - we were able to leave our luggage while we were on a 5 day trip around Cuscu. Thank you so much for a nice stay

Die Kabel hingen aus den Tischlampen heraus. Nur ab gewissen uhrzeiten waren heiße Duschen vorhanden. Das kenne ich von anderen Aufenthalten in Cusco nicht.

• Anna (5/5): - Breakfast was quite nice, ladies that worked in the kitchen were friendly and helpful Stuff wasn’t very friendly. When we arrived we asked for another room with more light, as the one we book didn’t look the same as the one we got. It’s our honeymoon trip, so we were looking for something quiet and nice. At night after it rained a bit there was a constant loud sound on the roof, not sure what it was, but it was waking us up. Also we had an early check out, so we asked to book us taxi and guy on the reception offer to prepare some snacks for us in the morning, which was super nice, although next morning when we went down there were plenty of bags with food, but they didn’t prepare anything for us. There was another person on reception that said that they have nothing for us. Pretty short and dry… didn’t even offer to solve it. Overall experience is quite disappointing, unfortunately….

• MaPaJr (10/5): We were treated like dear friends in this safe and conveniently located hotel. - We liked that the staff was so helpful and supportive of our stay. Mr. Carlos helped us to make sure all our tours were synchronized well so we could complete all of our planned visits. Hotel was strategically located near most of the important sites in Cusco City. We felt safe in Cusco City. Cusco residents are so polite. The hotel only has stairs, I believe. So, at early hours of the morning, guests ran down the stairs making noise sufficiently loud to wake you up. Mind the Cusco City elevation. So, in the first day of your stay you will feel those stairs to be very tiring.

• Ernesto (4/5): Hospedaje no recomendable para viajar en familia. - La infraestructura del hotel es bonita y va con la cultura virreinal de Cusco. Las camas eran pesimas, no se logro descansar porque una era dura, la otra muy blanda y otra se notaba que ya se debia cambiar porque se hundia. Habia mucho ruido en la noche por otros huespedes. Se escuchaba el ruido como si estuvieran al otro lado de la puerta. La limpieza de la habitación fue basica. El desayuno fue pesimo, no habia opcion de pedir ningun tipo de huevo (incluso si fuera extra para pago), el tipo de alimentacion no fue la mejor al colocar frituras como desayuno. La ubicación esta a dos cuadras del Qoricancha, pero en una calle no tan concurrida y un poco oscura.

• Deynes Dámaso (9/5): Lugar tranquilo y acogedor. - La atención. El personal siempre estuvo atento y con excelente disposición a apoyarnos en nuestro viaje. Nos apoyaron gestionando el traslado desde el aeropuerto, llevar las maletas a la habitación, mantas adicionales y el almacenamiento de nuestro equipaje. La ubicación. El Hotel se encuentra a 1 cuadra del terminal de minivans y autos para zonas turísticas de Ollantaytambo y Urubamba. A dos cuadras de la av. El Sol con muchos negocios y restaurantes. La tranquilidad. No hay discotecas o bares cerca. La zona es tranquila y silenciosa facilitando el descanso. El desayuno. Es de tipo buffet con muchas frutas, café y leche a discreción. Podrían mejorar la cobertura de Wifi en el tercer piso.

O café da manhã simples, entretanto alimentos de boa qualidade, bem satisfatório. Achei os colchoes bastante macios, prefiro os mais firmes devido a problemas de coluna.

We stayed at the property, then left our luggage in storage and went to Machu Picchu for a couple days and returned back to the property. Everything was very smooth

• Helga (10/5): - Ubicado a dos cuadras de la Av. El Sol y Quoricancha, el hotel es una casa antigua transformada en hotel. El staff es muy amable y todo está bastante limpio. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con piso de madera y techo alto. Debido a que es una estructura antigua, es muy fría. Teníamos que tener puesto el abrigo en todo momento dentro del hotel. En la habitación había un calentador portátil, pero tenía el enchufe quemado y no lo utilizamos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua caliente. El desayuno era básicamente fruta y pan. A pesar que se supone que durara hasta las 9 am, en una ocasión nos llamaron a la habitación para informar que acabaría a las 8 am. Preparaban muy pocos huevos revueltos y cuando se acaban, no volvían a poner, aunque aún faltara una hora u hora y media para finalizar el servicio del desayuno. Ofrecen servicios de tours con una compañía privada y fue muy buena. Don Carlos fue muy amable, nos explicó todo y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. No realizamos uno de los tours y nos devolvieron el dinero correspondiente.

• Gregory (6/5): - I am quite surprised this hotel has such good reviews. While it was not the worst place ever, it had a lot of problems. It would be fine for a night, but would not recommend it for a longer stay. The room we got was not as pictured on Expedia and did not have a separate sitting area. Multiple things in the room were broken, hot water was intermittent (once ice cold, many times like warm), and the place overall is very tired. On the first day there was extremely loud construction noise all day. Staff was very aloof. The good things were the location and the bed and linens were decent. Cleanliness was acceptable.

Ganz in der nähe befindet sich ausserdem ein Supermarkt und das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Leider funktionierte das Warmwasser zum duschen nicht immer was etwas unangenehm war.

• Tatu (10/5): 6 day stay in Cusco - Everything with Centenario Inn was wonderful, you get exactly what you pay for. Big and comfortable bed, sufficient breakfast. Water pressure and water in general was a small issue, but only late at night.
• Verified traveler (8/5): You get what you pay for. Dated but reasonable - Very basic. Breakfast was poor. We skipped after day 1. They did make a breakfast bag for us for two tours. Again basic but did the job. Very dated hotel but also very reasonable. Decent location, not too far from the action. They let you store luggage. Quite noisy so bring ear plugs. Pillows weren’t great. Lack of space in bathroom but bigger than average room size. They give complimentary water each day which is helpful for brushing teeth

• Verified traveler (10/5): The Perfect Beginning - I was thrilled to stay at this cute little hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out check in was 10am and my flight was getting in at 9. The team was able to even get me in a room a little earlier. They were incredibly accomodating setting me up with coca tea when i first arrived too. My room was huge. They even did a little room freshen up for the 2 days I was there. They were clean and my room even had a closed patio that overlooked the mountains. I would stay here again!

• Gill2847 (10/5): Impeccable customer service - Customer care was exceptional. We had a major problem with a Machu Picchu booking that was cancelled a few days before departure. The hotel staff stepped in and arranged it all for us, transport, hotel, entrance and guide. We have a lot to thank them for. Breakfast was exceptional and definately the best we've had in Peru. Pedro at breakfast was professional, very attentive and ensured the best quality food and service was delivered. We must thank all the staff, Saul and others who we are sorry we don't have their names to mention individually. Thanks to you all for making our stay memorable. Gill and Nick Everything was exceptional so no negatives.

Some of the amenities such as wifi were hit and miss, and while we were there they were working on the water supply and it was hit and miss if we had running water in the bathrooms (I’m sure this is just temporary).

They were incredibly helpful in storing our extra luggage during the trek, which really helped the logistical planning of the trip. The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. The rooms are nicely sized and uniquely designed. It seems to be a bit of an older property, but it did not bother us much. You could hear other guests, but it was mostly quiet in the evenings. Walking distance to all of the main shopping districts and the Plaza. Overall, we had a great stay and I would consider Hotel Centenario Inn for my next visit to Lima.

• Erin (4/5): overpriced for what you get. - Could use more hot food ie potatoes, meat. They kept turning off our water, stopped running in the middle of my shower. Had no water to brush my teeth with. 3 flights of stairs to request our water to be turned on each time.
• Julia (6/5): Decent value for money - The quality of the fruit available for breakfast - best mango, dragonfruit, papaya I’ve EVER had Room was cold, hotel forgot to supply the usual water bottles and fruit on our first stint there (we stayed 2 nights and then another night 2 days after the first stay)

• ANTON (10/5): - Great experience! Beautiful place, amazing service by caring staff. Room 202 is a beautiful kingsize room with plenty of space. A giant window facing a nice tree and its own private glassed in veranda.

• Maria (2/5): - I had high hopes from the reviews and pictures. Horrible. Got no sleep between all three of us that shared a room. Super outdated. Moldy bathroom. There was a roof inside the room for the bathroom. Just weird. The sheets were clean but very old feeling. Beds were super hard. Avoid at all costs.
