- Alan (6/5): Convenient hotel with great staff in mixed area. - The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a very convenient location very close to I-75, immediately off Newberry Road. There seems to be a lot of litter on the grounds of the surrounding properties. Saw people panhandling in the street in front of the hotel's drive. While the hotel seems clean and well kept up, there was a lingering stale odor in our room that took a while to dissipate.

- AHSU18 (8/5): Decent stay - The room was big, comfortable, and fairly clean. I wasn't a fan of the layout—the bed faces the shower directly, and while the sink is located outside the bathroom, the counter space is very tiny. On the plus side, the hotel is kept clean and they offer free coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it's a decent stay overall.
- Victoria (10/5): Nearly perfect. - THe room was nearly perfect, with plenty of room and storage space. Having a full-size fridge was nice, altho we didn't need it for a one-night stay. The layout was good. The metal strip between the bedroom & bathroom was sharp on bare feet. The toilet paper holder is too close to the toilet, making it hard to maneuver. Not crazy about the scrambled eggs (powdered?) or lack of bacon, but the jalapeno souffle was delicious.

- U3190XKrichg (10/5): Top notch customer service! - First the pros: the staff was wonderful, especially Brianna and Madeline at the front desk, and the lovely woman who helped with breakfast (Mona I think). Upon check-in Brianna was comforting an elderly man who had just lost his wife, she served him a warm meal and she helped arrange transportation for him to get back to his family (both complimentary). It was touching and one of the kindest acts that I've seen in a while. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We did not use the kitchenette as we only stayed for one night, but it was a nice feature for longer stays. The hot breakfast options had everything one would need, and it was clean, organized and well stocked thanks to Mona, who asked us several times if there's anything else that we needed. The cons were that the room smelled a bit like dog, and the wall air conditioner made a low rattling noise all through the night. Not sure if all rooms/floors are pet friendly, but if they could enforce restricting them to certain rooms that will help. Great stay overall due to the customer service and hospitality of the staff. Will definitely return!
- Francine (6/5): - It was pet friendly i didnt know. A dog across the hall from our room was left alone by its owner. It barked and cried from 7pm till after 10:30 pm. We were there because my husband had surgery 5 minutes from the hotel. The front desk did nothing when I reported the issue. Also the bed was horrible, springs poking through. Carpet was filthy, my feet were black after walking on it after shower. Will never go back!

- Michael (10/5): Best kept "Secret" in Gainesville near Florida University - Safe, clean well monitored, rooms super clean. Front desk Alissa was excellent and Kobe were very professional and customer friendly. Norma in the breakfast area was a treasure. The service was superior. Carpets were fresh and very clean Well stocked refreshment area, and it was full of wonderful drinks, and food treats. Parking was exceptional , well marked, it had a number of Handicap Parking Places, and is safely lighted and within a protected area. They even had an outside pinic area with electric grill. The supersize kitchen & appliances were in each room was first class and family friendly. The beds and linens were of the best quality, and the furniture was comfortable. This is in my opinion rates up there with a 5 Star Hotel for its service and comfort. A great family experience. Well done to all. Nothing, the best ever!!

- Ruth (9/5): A good place for an extended stay with a very good breakfast. - Breakfast selection was very good and the area was restocked well while guests used the products. The lady(s) taking care of the breakfast area were excellent!! The hotel location was great for the activities we were attending plus, it was across the street from a nice grocery for stocking our frig. The bed, a king size, was in need of being replaced, it was not comfortable no matter where I slept on it.

I like that you can open a window in the room and even though you can only open it a tiny amount it's still more than most hotels. I like that there's a tiny kitchen with burners and the larger than normal refrigerator for hotel rooms. I like the bathtub We stayed in room 426-for 3 nights. The bed in this room is super uncomfortable. It's very worn out and you can feel the springs. I rented a room for my friend and her room was 425. The bed in that room was extremely comfortable. I'm glad my friend was comfortable. But we really were very unlucky with the bed in our room. I had to sleep with my head on the bottom of the bed which still wasn't great . It was very disappointing that the bed was so uncomfortable as I was really looking forward to a nice comfortable king size bed

- W797ZUlouh (2/5): Poor experience, do not recommend. - Rude staff. I had late checkout until 1:30 PM as a Gold Elite member. They would not offer 2:00 PM "due to availability" but the place is empty. Then they barge into the room at 12:50 as I'm about to get in the shower because they need to "check the wifi." I told them I'm leaving in 40 minutes but they demanded entry and the woman who was a "manager" told me "we can't pass no room." Manager had too much perfume on and left the scent in my room. The beds are horrible here, they feel like they're cheap and offer no support. Overall a poor experience for Marriott Bonvoy members.

- E1782YKlouism (8/5): OUTSTANDING - I book this hotel through Priceline, when I arrived to check in, I couldn't check in because of Priceline. Something with payment how they send it to the hotel. So, the front desk agent ALEXIS went above and beyond to help me. To make a long story short, ALEXIS did her thing by helping me get check in and getting me a lower price. She was Very Friendly and Patient with the whole process with Priceline. Because of her I am a new Member of the Marriott Bonvoy. I most definitely will be back. My Room were clean, and I like how its set up like a one-bedroom apartment to make you feel at home. I was having problems with getting into my room and the lead housekeeper MELISSA seen that she greeted me and let me in my room and went downstairs to get my room key reactive. Outstanding Customer Service!!!!
