- Deborah (10/5): A fabulous hotel! - I loved the decorated lobby, the kind, professional staff at the front desk and the lovely room they upgraded us to. It was fabulous! The only things I could fault them for wads: 1) pillows were not to my liking...maybe it's just my opinion. 2) the bathtub needed a mat so that people won't slip and fall. And that's it! It truly is a wonderful place.

Room attendant(housekeeper ) was beyond helpful, and prompt. We adored every staff interaction we had. Other access points for hotel access were not light bright for me to find at night when returning from dinner. A little loud on George street from the fourth floor but overall not terrible.

The hotel room was clean well stocked. The room coffee actually tastes good. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The pillows on the bed need updating, they weren't very comfortable.

- Amanda (4/5): Electrical breaker faulty and constant night light - The breaker for our room would flip any time more than the lights and TV were on. The fan would kick in and the whole rooms power would shut off. Additionally, the outlets in the vanity area had a built in night light with no off switch. This was directly next to the bed. You could not turn all the lights off because the outlet light would turn on when you did. No ability to turn the lights off for the night.

- Ashley (6/5): - Everything was great, however I called the property before booking to ask about the pet policy and I was not informed of the $75 fee. By the time I found out it was too late to cancel.
- Anna (2/5): A week-long booking, got NO rest! - The bed comfort was awful, including the flat pillows. Pictures online showed a hot tub that was non-existent. When I called down to the front desk to see where the hot tub was, they said, "There isn't one, we need to update our listings". There was also a notice placed under my door on Monday that there would be a fire alarm test. I figured I'm at work during the day, so it would be fine. I had traveled 10 hrs that day, starting at 12 midnight, then worked 8 hrs when I got into town. Needless to say, I was exhausted. Unfortunately, the bed was rough and I didn't sleep well at all. Tuesday and Wednesday, I was up early and worked long days teaching CPR classes and tossing and turning at night due to being uncomfortable. I was dead on my feet at the end of the day on Wednesday. At around 10 pm on Wednesday, just as I had finally fallen asleep, the fire alarm went off. I hesitated, remembering the notice. Thinking maybe I read it wrong. But with it being so late and not stopping, I packed my essential things, got dressed, and headed out. Halfway to the elevator, it stopped. I couldn't go back to sleep after that. Thursday, I had another long day at work and was hoping to just sleep. But, no luck. I had fallen asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow at 6-ish. Again, the fire alarm went off around 7 pm. Just as I had jumped up and started to get dressed, it stopped. This was an extremely frustrating trip, to say the least!
- York (10/5): - Excellent chorizo and salsas. We used the Tesla destination charger. For us it was great. I noticed that by the time evening came around both Tesla and both J-1772 chargers were full. Maybe time to think about adding a few more?

- Adams (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities were great for our group. We spent a lot of time in the pool and in the common areas. The room had everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and nice, and the proximity to the river trail was perfect. The pool is showing a bit of wear and tear. It’s still very pleasant though!

- Julia (10/5): Exceeded expectations - The outside entrance greeted us with a beautiful water fountain. Upon opening our room door, the lights were on, the ceiling fan was on and the TV was on with a personal welcome. The room smelled good and was CLEAN. Highly recommend!

- Holly (8/5): - the pool over looked the river and had great seating options. parking lot looped, so easy to get in and out. we sadly had the dumpster view bottom room for a 1 night stay - and we had to keep the curtain closed- there is lots of room and could sleep 11 with roll-aways but there is only seating for 5. really great otherwise.

- David (8/5): - Our room was right next to the exit door which was extremely loud door and woke us up at 4am several times. Other than that it was great. Best place in town I'd say. Comfortable, generous amount of space, excellent breakfast (free!) and the grounds and pool were nice. Wish it had a lounge. Front desk guy was not very friendly but everyone else was nice especially the cleaning ladies!
