K (4/5): - When I arrived the hostel, the owner seemed not to know my booking. Room was not ready and she requested me to move another branch hostel. I didn't agree to it. After 20 min waiting, a staff introduced me a room without bath room even if I booked a room with private bathroom. At the night, hot water was not available and I could not take shower. Midnight, entire water was not available and could not flush toilet.

Verified traveler (6/5): Nice familyhouse - We were backpacking, so this hostel was good choice. The family was really helpfull and nice. Location was good, about 2km to the historical centrum. Only negative thing was that there was really cold too sleep.
Silvia (10/5): Hospedaje muy acogedor - El personal muy amable, la habitación cómoda con cable y wifi. El baño muy cómodo y la ducha con agua realmente caliente que eso en Cuzco es decir bastante. Viktoria (2/5): Not clean and comfortable room - I was really disappointed about our room I did not get that room what I booked. It was not hot water all the time basically one time I had hot water for the shower. Room was dirty the duvet was full with dirty mark. One thing was good the receptionist was friendly and helpful.I do not recommend Casa Ananta.
Alberto (8/5): Sencillo y discreto - Buen alojamiento en la zona del estadio Inca Garcilaso. Está a unos 10 mints en auto del centro. Hay taxis y buses. La habitación es sencilla, con buen baño compartido. No tuve molestias. El desayuno fue sencillo y agradable.
Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonably priced and layed-back - A 20 minute walk to Plaza del Armas. Staff (familia) was helpful with our changing travel plans. A little noisy at night (dogs and cars). Overall, clean, friendly and reasonably priced.

Habitaciones limpias y amenas, desayuno sencillo y delicioso así como disponibilidad para usar la cocina y el comedor. Buenos lugares para comer en los alrededores. Staff muy amable, considerado y de mucha ayuda para guiarte en la ciudad. Mercados y líneas de transporte (bus) en las cercanías. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. What an incredible place!, almost like being at home. Clean and pleasant rooms, simple and delicious breakfast in the mornings and availability to use the kitchen and dining room. Good places to eat nearby. Staff very kind, considerate and helpful to guide you in the city. Markets and transport lines (bus) nearby.

Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the airport - Hostel is 10 minutes from the airport, which was a perk. But it was extremely hard to find and in a random location. The room was about as basic as you can get - just beds to sleep in. We had to hunt to find plugs and only one of them worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was okay for 1 night, but expect very basic accommodation. The bathrooms were a little gross, not very clean.

Verified traveler (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Nelly (dona do Hostel) é uma pessoa sem igual. Nos deu todas as dicas possíveis, nos ajudou a organizar os passeios e foi simpática o tempo todo. Voltaria, principalmente, por ela. O bairro é tranquilo, de fácil acesso e perto do centro (5 soles de táxi). Pontos negativos: Café da manhã é super simples (pão , manteiga, geléia e chá).

Pat (8/5): Good value for money - When I arrived at Casa Ananta somehow they did not know about my booking so they checked online and realized my booking was correct but they had no rooms available so they placed me in a hotel nearby. The hotel was slightly more expensive and they covered the gap. I returned for another night after Machu Picchu and this time the booking was fine. This is a family business and they are extremely helpful and nice. The accommodation is good, safe and clean and the breakfast is basic but ok. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything works well for you. For instance, they were there at 530 AM to make sure the taxi they booked for me would take me to the station. Another good point is the wifi is the fastest and most reliable I found during my time in Peru. It is true though that the dogs bark all night so bring earplugs.

Thais Harue Nozaki (8/5): Pelo Peru - Chegamos tarde mas fomos bem recebidos e também nos ajudaram a conseguir um tour para Machu Picchu. Muito atenciosos.
Mauricio (6/5): Un hotel económico, con ciertos detalles - La estancia en el hotel es cómoda, económica y la habitación muy tranquila, con un agradable amanecer. Tuve una mala experiencia a mi llegada a Cuzco, pues a pesar de haber confirmado el servicio de taxi con recojo al aeropuerto, el taxi del hotel nunca llego. Cabe señalar que para muchas personas es muy agradable y nos da tranquilidad el saber que alguien nos espera en el aeropuerto para llevarnos al hotel; sin embargo, al llegar tuve esta mala experiencia, cuiden ese detalle.
