• Cristiani (6/5): Bem localizado, mas MUITO barulhento. - O hotel tem uma excelente localização, chuveiro quente, quartos limpos e a estrutura é uma graça. O hotel conta com caixas de som espalhadas pelo ambiente e a equipe coloca música MUITO ALTA à noite e de madrugada (começa às 5 da manhã). Tive que descer de pijama para pedir o básico: silêncio. Se você prezar pelo descanso, melhor pedir um quarto de fundos, porém, terá que subir mais escadas (não há elevador).

Small and cosy, very customer friendly (proactively offered to help whenever anyone in our group seemed to have a problem: free oxygen for altitude sicnrss problems, coca leaf tee, carry and store luggages etc). If you get a room with city view, the panorama over the city is awesome. Not a big hotel but very cosy and feeling lije family. Also, really close to the historical center (a few mins walking) and the 12 angled rock (one corner away). All major city tours accept the location as pick-up spot so it was nice to wait in the lobby for each tour guide:) Key personnel fluent in English.

O cafe, é bem variado , e se quiser algo a mais a moça prepara, o que amei foi eles disponibilizarem um lanche quando vc sai bem cedinho, isso foi 1000/10. só o wifi que eu achei um pouco ruim em alguns ambientes, o alcance não chega. no mais , não tem nada que tenha sido tão ruim não.

Отель с большим количеством ступенек, было очень тяжело поднимается если ещё учитывать высоту на которой находится город. Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего. Обслуживает завтрак один человек поэтому всё время чего-то не хватало и приходилось ждать. Пока он несёт одно заканчивается что-то другое. Поэтому завтрак занимает гораздо больше времени

• Claire (8/5): Good location - When I checked in, they tried putting me in a room on the top floor that smelled of damp and contained 2 single beds… very much not the room I’d booked, which had one double bed. They moved me immediately after I complained. The correct room was large but cold. The layout of the dining area is very cute. One morning at 4:30 when my transport didn’t show up for an excursion, the overnight receptionist really looked out for me and called me a taxi.
• Andrea (10/5): Hotel with a beautiful enclosed courtyard - The interior of this hotel is centered around a perfectly renovated courtyard that has been enclosed to connect 2 buildings into 1. The courtyard is where breakfast is served (hot and cold offerings every day), and makes for a wonderful start. Be aware that this building is a 4 story walkup, which can be challenging if you live at sea-level and suddenly find yourself at 11,000 feet.

Pros: localización, habitación grande con un baño moderno, el desayuno es decente. Contras: camas con ruedas que se deslizan al menor movimiento, cuarto frío, las ventanas amanecen empañadas, cajilla de seguridad que no servía, tuvimos que pedir cobijas extras por el frío en la madrugada. El check out es a las 9 de la mañana, algo que es un poco ridículo. Por el precio por noche perfectamente podrían mejorar los aspectos negativos, que sí hacen diferencia.

Boxes breakfasts were supplied when we needed for early tours The building is a lovely old colonial building with no lift. The staff help with bags and all was fine for us but something to consider if you had mobility issues
• Qiang (8/5): - Suenos del Inka is a nice hotel that's close to the Main Plaza of Cusco (in other words, the main attractions and shops in Cusco). The room was clean with 3 beds, perfect for our family of 3. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I want to call out especially to Rosa, whose communications were always informative and to the point. We booked a Secret Valley day trip (in a group of 14) through the hotel and it was nice. Nights in Cusco in April were a little chilling, but there's an electric standing heater that solved the problem. There was no air conditioner otherwise. A few minor complaints: 1. The breakfast was good but not great. I recommend the staff to try it out a couple of times to figure out what can be improved. 2. We stayed in room 3xx and getting to the room was quite a climb, especially in this high elevation area. I used it as an exercise for my visits to the Inka ruins :). However, seriously, if there are seniors in your group, let the hotel know and get a room in a lower level. 3. There could be more hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. One tip: get a snack (picarones) from Picarones Ruinas, which is right across the street. We had twice!

• Hsinchih (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent—within walking distance to all the main attractions in Cusco. The staff are also very friendly. We were upgraded to a better room, which we really appreciate. The room was spacious, but it was on a higher floor, so the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
• Clare (8/5): Good value stay - Relatively quiet for a central location in Cusco. We stayed on NYE and by closing the bathroom door (which had a small ventilation window open to the street) we were able surprisingly to stop most of the street noise from entering the bedroom. Our room was situated away from the inner courtyard so we also didn't have much internal noise. Staff friendly and helpful (no elevators so staff helped us carry our suitcases to our room) and permanent tea facilities in the lobby. The showers were cold - we ran them for a few minutes but they never heated up. We were only staying for a short night so didn't bother following up with reception and went straight to bed. Our room, while relatively quiet, was quite dark as our window faced a small service alley. For rooms that don't have much natural light, it would be nice if the room lights could be made brighter.

• Suzanne (10/5): - This hotel was a great choice for my group of 10. It is in a great location with some really wonderful restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and great shopping. Best point, it is at the bottom of the hill so easy on the lungs! The hotel itself does have lots of stairs, but they have lovely sitting areas in each floor foyer. Even with the stairs, I would book rooms on the 2nd floor rather than first as the dining area can be very noisy. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff is amazing! They honestly couldn't do enough for all of us. A special shout out to Luis and Edwin who went above and beyond!

Great location It wasnt a problem for us, but if you're unfit and overweight, you should request a room on the 1st floor. Many guests really struggled with the stairs at this altitude. • Verified traveler (6/5): - Hôtel idéalement placé, près de la place principale et de nombreux restaurants et magasins. La chambre est plutôt confortable, de même que la salle de bain est récente. En revanche, du bruit assez régulièrement car située dans le passage, avec la lumière en permanence. Le sol n'était pas très propre et surtout, les prises fonctionnaient mal, sauf celle de la salle de bain, ce qui n'est pas pratique.

If you are a light sleeper this is not for you . Noise transmits easily, you can hear doors closing throughout the building, and the stairs add to the noise. Also this building is tall with no elevators so be prepared to climb stairs to the higher floors.

Poor lighting in bathroom. Beautiful stone building, but more stairs than I was expecting. Breakfast was buffet style hut meh.

And the shower was also great (except one day I woke up at 3:30 am for an early tour and there was no hot water). The staff were very helpful at any time. The hotel has no lift but the staff carry all the luggage for you. The patio where breakfast is served was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The patio is also a restaurant that I truly recommend as the food was delicious! We booked a room with windows to the exterior (according to the pictures and description) but we got one with a window to the hotel interior. When we changed to an exterior room we were charged 20$ extra per night. The new room was a room with 2 beds of 1.40 m and we were 3, so the bed we had to share was not very big. This for 20$ extra was not really a nice detail.
• Amanda (6/5): - The staff here are amazing! The shared meal space is adorable! The location is great! We loved the view from the balcony on the 4th floor. However, there is no ventilation in the bathrooms, so our room had mold/mildew all over the walls and ceiling beams. You could smell it the second you walked in the room. The carpets were also very old. I woke up each morning unable to breathe in or out my nose. If the bathrooms were fixed and the old carpet replaced, I would highly recommend.

There is no elevator available to carry luggage to the rooms. The toiletries provided do not meet the expected standard. One of the staff members was not courteous.

É um hotel charmoso, com um toque quase familiar. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Aliás, também nos indicaram ótimos restaurantes. O café da manhã é simples, mas com boas opções. O ponto de negativo era o forno que não esquentava o pão. O local do café da manhã é frio, poderiam ligar um aquecedor durante o horário do café. Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado e limpo.

• Raul (8/5): A comfy hotel will lots of amenities and caring staff. - I liked the location which was close to the main plaza in Cuzco. The staff was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. The wifi was reliable and useful. The showers were warm and the free teas helped us get used to the altitude change. I didn't like the noise that you could hear at night. There was a nightclub not too far from the hotel and at one point the singing and music from the club reached our bedroom and made it a little difficult to sleep.

• Li (10/5): 3 star hotel with 5 star hotel level of service - Perfect! Definitely a 10/ 10 option if you’re going to explore Cusco. The location is perfect, just in the corner of the Main Street, the starting point of the neighborhood of San Blas, taxi can pull over right in front of the hotel, travelers don’t need to climb the stairs after a long day tour. Many tours to the mountain will also pick you up here very early in the morning. Most important of all, the staff there is absolutely amazing. They make my trip to Cusco like home. They welcome me as if they already knew who I am from the first time I stepped in and every time I went back from a trip. They are always ready to support the clients, extremely friendly and considering. I decided to stay longer than the nights booked online and asked them if they have room available. They did the best to accommodate my request. My first room even had a view over the city. I can fall asleep with the dimmed lights of magical Cusco and wake up by the sun. Everything was flawless and 100% recommended. I love it too much. Just some small heads-up to future travelers. 1. the breakfast here in most of the hotels in Cusco are simple. Not a continental luxury style. But this hotel still offers several option every morning with slightly different options. (I stayed there for 5 nights!) 2. The room may not be very spacious but it doesn’t matter to me. As in Cusco, we usually go out for a whole day and just need to cozy place to chill at night. This hotel definitely offers the corresponding experience.
• Samuel (10/5): Nice hotel in good location - This hotel is in a great location is Cusco, 5 mins easy walk from the town square, 2 mins walk from a grocery store and multiple restaurants. The hotel is clean and well kept, the rooms are basic, clean and comfortable with newly renovated washrooms. Our rooms was close to some water tanks that refilled at night causing some noise. The only improvement I would make would be breakfast, which is a buffet that's not refreshed often enough so some items become dry. Overall a very nice place.

The location of the hotel was great! Super close to good restaurants and shopping. The room itself is basic (which I knew ahead of time) - the bathroom seemed updated. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.

They were bilingual which helped communication and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. We recommend as a great option for a Cusco stay.
