Guest Reviews
- Rekha (10/5): A gem in a great part of Paris - Such amazing service with a wonderful room. Great location, within steps to the Moulin Rouge. The bar was fantastic! Our only issues were the noise at night (probably would have been less of an issue on a higher floor) and the inability to make the room cooler than 19 degrees (Celsius). Our nights for sleeping were warmer than we would have liked.
- Joshua (10/5): - Exceptional service. Super nice spa area with private pool and sauna. Make sure to try the cocktails!
- zeshan (10/5): - .
- Nicholas (10/5): - Excellent little hotel. Very personal service, enjoyed the spa. Will go back soon.
- Michael (10/5): - Great location. Great staff. Big room and luxurious.
- Shellie (8/5): - Unique hotel.
- Kathryn (10/5): - Excellent hotel, and excellent service! Would stay there again.
- Saskia (10/5): Little Gem - The hotel is an extravagant jewel once you walk beneath the red lanterns outside. The lounge, bar and small winter garden are beautiful and a lovely place for a cocktail.
Its in a great position and very easy to enjoy Sopi, Montmartre and to get to the rest of Paris. Only three stops on the metro to the Eurostar.
The rooms are just as luxurious but ours was bijoux. It had a very comfy bed and storage beneath the bed for cases.
- Marisa (10/5): stunning, quiet haven - stunning quiet fantastic service, discreet and lovely. Excellent breakfast and comfy rooms.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - Not as I expected or hoped.
Our reception was poor and unprofessional.
Certainly not 5*.
Hotel was very dark all over so dangerous on the stairs which we used after using the dodgy lift just once.
- Thomas (10/5): - This property is well located near the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur, and is nearby a number of Metro stations.
Staff were friendly and helpful!
- Martin (10/5): Great place - Great stay, great staff, stunning hotel with stunning location by moulin rouge
- Jennifer (10/5): - I found this hotel on Instagram because the cocktail bar is famous and worth a visit. Then finding out the scandalous history of the property, Hammam and decor made it a must-see while in Paris. This property would be ideal for couples, solo trip or romance of any kind.
It did not disappoint! Gorgeous from the moment you arrive until you leave, you feel pampered and Parisian. Tiny rooms, well designed with the most beautiful bath products.
Fantastic location for walking and dining.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Most likely to return - We were allowed to check in early. They upgraded our room to a junior suite. The hotel is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our private hour in the spa. Which included a pool and steam room. The staff was so helpful and delightful. We will definitely be there again.
- Anthony (10/5): - A unique property, with the added bonus of the pool/steam room! The staff were all amazing and so helpful and friendly!
- Rasa (10/5): - Great hotel, beautiful and cosy rooms. Excellent bar and cocktails. Salvatore made our stay exceptional.
- Rasa (10/5): - Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels in Paris. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff are incredible and the location is excellent. We had a pleasure of being looked after by Salvatore who was the most helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Will be looking forward to coming back!
- Muhannad (10/5): Beautiful hotel! - We had a great stay. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Beautiful interior with an interesting backstory. The rooms were a bit small, but what we expected in Paris in a boutique hotel. The layout provided enough space for us and our luggage. If you enjoy the Montemarte area, highly recommend.
- Keira (10/5): - We stayed at this Parisian style hotel on honeymoon. The staff were exceptional, they made our stay so memorable. The hotel itself is lovely. Perfectly located. A 5* experience
- Monika (10/5): - Wonderful, very discreet and cosy place. Amazing, very friendly, helpful stuff! Great spa and breakfast options .The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that people were smoking and talking very loudly until late in the bar downstairs which I had an unpleasant opportunity to both smell and hear in my room . Otherwise, love the place, very unique experience, highly recommended.
- Eunhee (2/5): - I don't like it .
- Abdessamad (2/5): - I booked with Expedia hours before arriving in Paris. When I landed, I got an email saying that the hotel was overbooked and needed to give me options for two others. I selected one and sent email promptly. No response. I called the customer service for more than an hour to find something. I had to manually search for hotels to assist the customer service. I ended up at the hotel at 2 am and my connecting flight was at 8 am. No sleep. The hotel gave me the wrong key, the room was very small, and breakfast was just a typical breakfast. I will need to consolidate this with Expedia
- Carl (10/5): Over the top experience - The hotel is appointed exceptionally. Very unique and historic story , you get the feeling of being part of it. Impressive experience.
- Nicole (10/5): - Incredible staff and the Salon de Eau is a huge amenity to all who stay here. You simply won't find a more unique and service-oriented place in Paris
- Felipe (10/5): - The beatiful decor. The rooms and the bar had a very unique look and feel
- Tia (10/5): - When we checked in the staff treated us with so much respect and care. It was a wonderful experience to learn about the history of the property. I will absolutely book again.
- Iryna (10/5): - Love this character place. You don’t feel like you live in the hotel, more like you’re staying at someone’s chic home. I would recommend to get a suite, rooms are too small
- Matthew (10/5): A magical place to stay! - Maison Souquet is a really incredible hotel.
The attention to detail is impeccable - both in their customer service and design. The Maison Souquet team are faultess - from the front desk, to the bartenders & breakfast team - they can't do enough to please. The design of both the communal areas and bedrooms is maginificent.
One thing that we found particularly impressible is just how clean this hotel is, considering it's maximalist style. Bravo to the cleaners!
The private spa is of course the jewel in the crown of this hotel, and an absolute joy to use in the morning.
- Andrew van Zyl (10/5): - Private spa/pool area a USP.
- Marsha (10/5): - This was our favorite hotel from our 16 day vacation. It's unique. Fun location. Very good breakfast. Nice bar area and rooms. We also loved the private spa/pool. Staff was amazing!
- Geoffrey (10/5): - Amazing property, service, location, and history. Do not be afraid of the red-light district. Many options. Right across from Moulin Rouge. Cafes, shopping, history. A lot of renovation in the area for the 2024 Olympics but we never needed anything. Loh was the best of the best with attention, service, and history. Rooms were small but everything is in France! We will be back.
- SONYA (10/5): - From the time you walk into this place once you find it lol you are greeted with a tour explaining the history which we found intriguing. They really nailed it with duplicating that era. It’s beautiful and service is impeccable. Breakfast is Delicious. The decor is rich and Romantic!! Loved our stay. Thank you
- Karen (10/5): - Beautiful, atmospheric hotel with distinctive style. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgable. We can’t wait to go back and visit more of Paris from this central location. Thank you for a great stay.
- gage (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic. A home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay here, so much so I was intending originally on staying for 2 days and ended up extending twice totaling 8 days. Take advantage of the pool and spa, it's really a great treat between walking the hills of Montmarte. The staff here are a pleasure to deal with, extremely personable, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.
- Benjamin Morris Smith (2/5): - A day before check-in while we were traveling they informed us that someone booked the entire hotel so we were only allowed to check-in during the evening. We were offered cocktails as compensation although some of us don’t drink.
Additionally, we were ordering food in the entry lounge/lobby (the breakfast area was full). As we waited we wanted to eat a croissant we bought from the cafe down the street, but we were kicked out of the lobby (not breakfast/ dining area) and our order canceled because we brought outside food.
- Ran (10/5): - Amazing!!!!
- Julie (10/5): - Great ambience, really nice bar, terrific location.
- Kevin (10/5): Great Stay at Maison Souquet - Stayed here for two nights on my honeymoon and would definitely recommend this hotel for an American couple visiting Paris. It’s beautiful and unique with excellent service. The cocktail bar and complimentary one hour at the private pool/steamroom are also great perks. The hotel is in a touristy area around the corner from Moulin Rouge and a short walk from Montmartre.
- David (10/5): - Unique hotel in the centre of the hippest district in Paris. Surrounded by great restaurants and bars. High quality finishes throughout the hotel, sticking to the classy brothel theme! Comfortable room with a large tub to relax after long days touring the city. Very helpful staff react quickly to any requests.
- Mark (10/5): excellent staff. Nice hotel - Excellent staff. Lovely decor. Interesting place. Very well located in Montmartre just across the road from the Moulin Rouge. Would stay again. Only negative is it is a bit expensive relative to the facilities. I seem to remember when they first opened they were around the 250 a night which I think is more appropriate.
- Donald (10/5): Amazing stay in Paris! - Our stay here was beyond what we had expected. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations of things to do. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a paris vacation. The location was perfect, close to everything and in walking distance to bars and shops.
- CHRISTOPHER (10/5): AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! - Freakin amazing!!!!!
Great ambience!!!
GREAT service!!!
GREAT bar and AMAZING drinks!!!
BEST place in Paris!!!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful property! Total luxury! Private use of the spa! Highly recommend a trip to the Moulin Rouge!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic design and history - bohemian and cool. Limited food particular breakfast menu. A little over priced for service but the setting is great with a cozy feel - perfect winter place to stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The bar was closed while we were staying here. They didn’t notify us ahead of time or anything. We had heard so much about the incredible cocktails and wanted to experience the bar. It was disappointing to say the least, given the amount of money we paid to stay there. Plus, we had difficulty finding a decent cocktail bar nearby.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Maison Souquet is our new favorite hotel in Paris!
- Mike (10/5): C’est magnifique! - This is an all-world quality team and a property; every service need (can we get you a coffee at 5am for your early departure?), every detail in design and comfort. Romantic, beautiful property.
- Kerrie (10/5): A place everyone needs to visit at least once - One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Attention to detail was exceptional, the service was amazing, and the decor so over the top, it has to be seen. I could not rate it highly enough.
- MichaelC (10/5): - Latissia is a gem and made my wife feel at ease while I unfortunately spent the night in French Police illegal immigrant prison due to having my passport stolen. Absolutely ridiculous police conduct, but equally amazing staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with a terrific staff. We really enjoyed the cocktail lounge in the evenings.
- Mike (10/5): - The atmosphere of the entire hotel is amazing. They have captured the classic French hotel, especially in the Pigalle region. The entire staff was so helpful. I can not say enough good things about everyone working there. This is a unique hotel and will make any trip to Paris that much more memorable. I would recommend to any couple.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. And we'd read all the reviews beforehand so expectations were already very high. Staff were all just perfect. Helpful and indulgent without erring into obsequious and intrusive. Very knowledgable in recommending stuff (restaurants, museums, etc.) without chipping away from our own initiative in discovering Paris.
But of course I also have to talk about the decor and ambiance. Wow. If you're a fan of La Belle Epoch this hotel is an exquisite gift for you. Like when kids see their favorite animated films come to life at Disneyland, Maison Souquet is like a live-in museum of the rich decadence of 1925 just around the corner from the Moulin Rouge.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Most incredible bar environment and mixologists ever! The service and ambiance is unparalleled.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Oh my, where do I start.. My wife and I spent a weekend in Paris and I choose this hotel. All I can say is that it's amazing. Full credit to the staff that work there too - they are so nice and polite and are forever happy to accomodate and assist. The hotel itself, whilst small is a hidden gem. It's a beautiful, romantic hotel with lots of history behind it. The perfect boutique hotel!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent service, nice breakfast, good cocktails. Our Jr Suite was furnished in keeping with the rest of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Service in the bar can be a little leisurely. At €100/night less this would be an absolute star, but I think it is a bit overpriced.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Transported by the decor and spoilt by an amazingly professional personable and attentive team. Love it will be back!
- Stephanie (10/5): Perfect Boutique Hotel in a great location - Excellent location in a wonderful boutique hotel! Absolutely loved this hotel and would love to stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great staff - The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is not the best in regards to the main sights and they did not have a coffee maker in the room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels from 2 star hotels to the ritz Carlton in Japan and this is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that did not have a coffee maker in it.
- Dakota (10/5): - Pricey but you get what you pay for. The menu didn't do it for me but it was the end of our trip and I think I was just craving some US food. Anyway it was great place and I wish I stayed longer.
- Carey (10/5): - Could be better with a larger choice of breakfast in the menu. Service standard is just ok only. Wifi could not be connected from my room.
- Glenn (10/5): - Great little hotel, very cosy with very attentive and friendly staff
- Erik (10/5): - Wonderful experience. breakfast a bit overpriced. Other than that, excellent. Would stay again
- Alexis (10/5): Incredible - Amazing property. Like stepping in a time machine into 1920s Paris.
- Alexandra (8/5): Beautiful but lacking and expensive - Lovely hotel & a good stay - rooms are small but this is Paris! Friendly staff, delicious cocktails. It is pricey & I am not sure it was good value / warranted. The American breakfast was included in our rate. It costs €36 pp (€22 for continental). A little steep but this is a five star hotel so expected. However, I would have been incredibly disappointed if I had had to pay. They gave us a basket with average tasting pastries (2 mini pain au chocolate & 2 mini croissants, plus 2 bread rolls) on the table for us to share and a tiny pack of butter. They offered juice, tea, hot choc or coffee. This is the continental b/f. For an additional €14 pp, you could have 2 eggs, fruit salad & yogurt. OK, so we elected not to have yogurt or fruit salad but I had seen others & it was nothing to write home about. The scrambled eggs come in a little bowl with 1 cherry tomato cut in half. All in all, disappointing & not worth paying for.
The reception staff called & asked if we wanted turn-down service - I am not a fan of this approach, it seems lazy as most people will say no but when paying £350+ a night, you do expect it. Our room was incredibly warm so I asked them instead to bring another small bottle of water up, they charged us €7 for a 330ml bottle of evian. It is the little things that make your stay wow, & whilst the staff were friendly, we didn't leave with a sense of eagerness to return. It is beautifully decorated & in a cool neighborhood but there are better places.
- Keith (10/5): Close to the station. - I didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel, but I will definitely be back.
- Bill (10/5): Exceeded our highest expectations - Fantastic hotel. My wife and I very much enjoyed the room, the service level and the overall property. Rich, beautiful decor and exclusive feel. Great drinks and food at the bar as well.
- Lynne (10/5): Faultless - Very unique hotel, superb staff.
- Shanni (10/5): Pigalle pleasure hotel gets attention to detail - My husband and I really enjoyed our stay
Room
Feels super private - even though I did run into other people, when we were in our room it felt like we were the only people in our hotel
Super comfy bed with nice linens
Room service breakfast was included
Room service menu was wonderful & thoughtfully curated
On site amenities
Private use of the hotel's spa for the two of us for an hour (it's a pool and steam room combo but I imagine if you book ahead you can add massages into the deal)
Bar was cosy and charming featuring some very flavourful cocktails and a great bartender
Staff
Warm, welcoming and very charming
Able to arrange a reservation for me at a restaurant that told me they had no space at a moment's notice
Knowledgeable about the hotel's story
Able to produce a converter plug at a moment's notice
Optimum room selection tip
Ask for a room that's on a high floor over the hotel's interior instead of the street as Pigalle is quite lively. I sleep like a log so heard nothing, but my husband said that at one point he was awoken by sounds outside.
- Lucy (10/5): Best Hotel. - Best hotel we've stayed it. Small boutique hotel - very personal service - fabulous cocktails, food, décor etc. Absolutely brilliant.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Terrific Stay at a Fabulous Botique Hotel. - In All respects Maison Soquet was a fabulous hotel, where the staff - especially Benjamin and Laeticia - treated us like family. They obtained for us hard to get dinner reservations in Michelin starred restaurants, handled touring requests quickly and properly, made great recommendations and really provided top notch service. The hotel spa was a lot of fun, and the bar provided great atmosphere at night. The hotel really made our first trip to Paris special. The hotel is about 100 yards from the Moulin Rouge (as well as the Metro) so the area is a bit funky, but no one ever bothered us -- The restaurants in the area was amazing. Hotel was very quiet, and we would stay again.
- marialouise (10/5): Fantastic small boutique hotel - Great for city centre and good restaurants, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, pool and steam room are super clean and private.
- douglas (10/5): The best - Amazing helpful staff
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel, amazing staff - Very cool boutique hotel, restored to the decor of the old brothel it used to be. Excellent location 2 min from the Moulin Rouge.
The decor and staff might be it's best features, who were always super polite and friendly and also helpful with recommendations.
They have a small pool and steam room downstairs which you need to book, for free, for an hour slot. We had breakfast in bed, access to the spa and a late check out on Sunday all for free. Usually the day travelling back is horrible. check out. waiting around etc. For us, it was so relaxing, not rushed and actually felt like an extra day's holiday.
- Deborah (10/5): - The location was excellent. Hotel was beautifully appointed. The staff were outstanding- so very polite, helpful, kind and friendly. And everyone spoke English really well. Can’t say enough great things. Very quiet rooms.
- Carol (10/5): Stunningly designed boutique hotel in Pigalle - Absolutely stunning heavenly hotel! The public areas are amazing - small but cosy and stylish. The bedrooms are small but beautifully designed and decorated. Did not get to use the private spa - next time!
- Chris (10/5): As good as the reviews say it is. - The hotel is as elegant and amazing as all the reviews led us to believe. The pictures cannot do it justice. Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Worth the price!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - VERY cool and service was impeccable! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊👍👍👍😊😊😊😊👍👍🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
- Henry (6/5): - This is not a hotel for anyone over 45. The room was extremely small with about a foot of space around the mattress. My guess is that unless staying at a former brothel with period furnishing is a rush for you, you might find this a bit uncomfortable as we did. In addition, getting in and out of the shower was difficult for us since we both have knee and foot issues and the the tub is quite high and there were no grab bars.
On the other hand, the staff was excellent and breakfasts were very good. The locations was a welcome change from our normal Champs Elyse locations.
To repeat, if you are spending most of your time out of the hotel or in bed, you won't find this comfortable. I think when I was 20, however, this would have been a great kick.
- Andrea (10/5): - It was a lovely location. The staff were amazing and the hotel was just beautiful. Smelt fabulous, decoration exquisite and ambience and atmosphere exactly what uoj want for a hotel break. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
- Mark (8/5): - Charming, small boutique hotel located in the heart of "real" Paris, a 30 Euro cab fare from the Eiffel Tower/main tourists areas. Rooms are very small by North American standards with not a lot or room to store your clothes if you are two people.
Rooms are decorated as vogue for the 18th century period they represent and therefore are dark, with really expensive tapestry/cloth wall coverings etc. while there is lighting, it is muted. The bathrooms are clean, lots of hot water with an amazing over sized rain shower head, with is not a normal feature in Europe. The maid service ensures your towels, which are wonderfully thick and fluffy are replenished and room is made up each evening.
The staff go out of there way to ensure your stay is the most comfortable they can make it. The lounge/Bar and eating areas are small and somewhat over stuffed with period furnishings, making it difficult to maneuver around. My wife most probably had the most expensive glass of Armagnac she ever has had and also enjoyed, a 1993 vintage at 50 Euros as she could not quite make out the price list when looking as the lighting in the bard area is very dim. Which then make ones wonder how the cleaning staff actually get to see things to do their job.
While you can borrow power converters from the front desk, we had our own I would have expected in this day and age with so many folks travelling with PC/USB charging devices that the hotel would install this capability in each room as a standard.
- james (10/5): exceptional - fantastic place ,,,,staff are just the best and so friendly and helpful throughout the hotel ....no complaints at all
- Joseph P (10/5): Great romantic hotel - Really great helpful service
- PK (10/5): Incredibly unique and unforgettable establishment - Even the French who visited us at the Maison Souquet exclaimed, "I LOVE this place! You don't see places like this in Paris anymore!" The MS establishment is remarkably quiet and private, and there are subway and bus stops within just a couple of minutes' walk of the hotel (giving easy access to all of the sites). As a boutique hotel with only about twenty =rooms, the staff are really there to take care of you (i.e., umbrellas for rain, printing out your tickets or boarding passes, food recommendations, etc). Even in the low tourist season in January, they remain fully booked, which is easy to understand in hindsight. I frankly can't remember having such wonderful experience with a stay. I promise you will not regret staying here!
- Fiona (10/5): Magnifique - Where do I start! The history, the decor, the atmosphere - Parfait! I predominantly stay in 5 star establishments but I can hands down say Ive had my best hotel experience here. Very intimate hotel, with only 20 rooms so the staff provide you with A star service. The hotel itself is gorgeous, I could quite easily have stayed indoors for my entire trip. I will most definitely be back and I cannot wait to book again. Thank you Maison Souquet!!!
- E (10/5): Excellent staff - Attention to detail and customer service are excellent. The staff are willing to provide any assistance and do so promptly. Handwritten welcome and good bye notes were a nice touch. Very personal service. Would definitely stay here again.
- Cig (10/5): Excellent hotel. - We stayed here for a long weekend and can not wait to go back. The hotel is beautiful. The atmopshere is romantic and lush. The private spa experience was unusual and a highlight. The service was exemplary. This is a beautiful hotel.
- nick (8/5): Maison Souquet is a great little boutique Hotel - Maison Souquet is a great little boutique Hotel with an interesting history. It’s kitsch cool and sexy. Great location, Pigalle area is very much a location with a similar history and feel to Soho in london. In a very spread out city nothing is central but staff are great and I would stay again
- vanessa (10/5): Storybook romance in the heart of Montmartre - This hotel is a hidden gem located in Montmartre. My husband and I always look for unique, historic hotels with charm and a great story. Maison Souquet transports you to another time. A hushed tone from reception welcomes you as you enter the hotel for the first time; a great experience awaits. The hotel is small, intimate with beautiful décor in every direction thoughtfully chosen by the owner. The décor calls back to the buildings' origins with deep velvets and dark woods. The rooms are small and very well appointed. The bar is intimate with a great cocktail list and a lighter fare menu. We very much enjoyed the privacy of our Hammam experience. MS is an oasis after a long day exploring Paris. The staff we encountered were kind, attentive and always willing to assist with any request. A special Thank you to the gentle man at the reception desk who was especially kind during our stay. Until we meet again.....
- christie (10/5): Stylish boutique hotel with a classy bar - We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay. The staff was personal and friendly, esp Tuan the assistant manager . We felt well looked after. The private pool and spa session was relaxing and pampering. We also liked the bar which served very nice cocktails and it's got a french touch to it. Overall a satisfactory experience.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - A beautiful hotel, in a perfect setting to explore Paris from. The staff were kind and welcoming, and knowledgeable about the local area.
The room was opulent and spotless, with a lovely attention to detail. We would not hesitate to return.
- Tom (10/5): A special kind of romantic hotel - The hotel, the staff, the style, the history, the location all make this one the absolute best romantic boutique hideaway hotels in Paris. Those that have stayed know...
- Amritraj (10/5): Awesome stay... - Amazing stay.... awesome time.... only that the breakfast needs to be enhanced!
- Mark (10/5): Great hotel with fantastic staff - We had a great long weekend stay (July 17/ Coldplay concert) in this historic place, that is now a top, high class personal hotel. Once visited your understand that it's almost you don't want others to know about this wonderful hotel, and I deliberated over doing this review. Good places are few and far between this will not disappoint. The Hotel is well connected and the team managed to get us on the guest list to Silencio private club. When staying in Paris on business or an escape, Maison Souqet is the place to stay and relax in a attentive private environment.
- Geoff (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel in a great location - I really like this hotel. It has an unassuming frontage, but it's close to amenities. It's a small boutique hotel, but immaculately presented, with comfortable rooms.
- gale (10/5): Clissified - We enjoyed the history of the accomodation and were lucky enough to enjoy a show at moulin rouge
- Brian (10/5): Wonderful Anniversary Trip at Maison Souquet - We stayed at Maison Souquet as part of our 30th anniversary European vacation and it was wonderful in every respect. The hotel was lovely and the staff was very attentive and always helpful. They treated us very personally. It was also a nice surprise to be upgraded to a very nice junior suite.
- Bill (10/5): Great location, fabulous hotel and superb staff - We've stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide but I must say that the staff at Maison Souquet are outstanding. Our room was small but beautifully presented and represented excellent value. While it is within walking distance of many good restaurants, food at the hotel and the dining experience in the intimate dining room is a lovely way to spend an evening. Easy access to taxi stand to get around. We had a most enjoyable stay at the Maison Souquet and would highly recommend it for a romantic long weekend.
- Peter (10/5): Amazing Hotel. Surpassed all expectations. - My wife and I travel and far bit and generally have good hotel luck, Maison Souquet was without a doubt the best hotel we've ever stayed at. A wonderful location, close to bars, restaurants, sites. A beautiful and unique design. Rooms that do not sacrifice comfort for style. A bar that you will wish was in your hometown --with a fantastic music list. And, best of all, a staff that is superb. While all the staff was amazing, the two bartenders Paul and Clement, were above and beyond. In short, a hotel we will return to whenever we are in Paris and one we'd gladly recommend to anyone. (Albeit, if you are travelling with children this is not likely the best option...)
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay - The Madison Souquet is a great hotel the decor is second to none and creates a brilliant mood , it's got tons of history and makes for the perfect romantic break , it's just 100 meters from the moulan rouge which is also a great night out and the area is very lively and friendly
Staff are also extremely friendly I would highly recommend this hotel
