- Stephanie (10/5): - My room had everything you needed, well equipped kitchen, bed was warm and comfortable, very homely feel The rubbish disposal, its a bit of a trek to get there from the 4th floor
- Arkady (1/5): The accommodations were entirely different and much inferior unit to the unit that we booked - We liked the location. Were extremely disappointed with the accommodations We received a room that was completely different from what we booked. The room we booked was described as a “Deluxe Apartment” which was supposed to include:
- 3 bedrooms
- 570 m2 of space
- A hot-tub in the building
- Hardwood or parquet floors
- Balcony with “mountain views"
None of these features are accurate: there is only a single bedroom, not three. The apartment is less than a third of the size advertised. There is no hot tub available (it is under renovations) . There are neither hardwood nor parquet floors anywhere in the unit. The balcony faces the street, not the mountain — there is no Mountain View.
We specifically selected this room over other much less expensive and otherwise more desirable options because this room was advertised as having 3 bedrooms (allowing us to use the common area early in the morning without disturbing anyone who is still sleeping). We were also looking forward to using the hot tub and enjoying the Mountain View from the balcony.
Had the unit been advertised accurately, we would not have booked it. We would have booked one of the many alternatives
- Michelle (10/5): Cosy deer lodge.. - The apartment was clean and even though it was a pull down bed there was plenty of room for a couple. Location was great, easy walk to shops and gondola. After contacting owners about lack of hangers they quickly supplied 6 as well as a large bottle of Canadian Maple Syrup as a gesture of good will. We were amazed at their gesture of hospitality, it was very welcoming.
- robyn (10/5): great stay - great location
quiet side of the building
good privacy
well equipped
- Robert (4/5): Wouldn’t stay at that property again. - Nicely located on the edge of the street, it was quiet most of the time. I would say besides the leg falling off the kitchen table, the bed was the worst bed we had ever slept on, I’ve slept in tubs that were more comfortable.
It took almost an hour to actually find the property, new staff made for a challenging evening.

- Suzana and Milan (9/5): This is a fantastic suite. Accessible to all, be it with strollers or.wheelchair. Elevator to main floor or to parking i - Suite is in an excellent location. Spacious and roomy with easy access to all amenities. Beautiful patio, everything you need is provided. Hosts were incredible, helpful and responsive to all questions. Would definitely come back! Lively bars are in the immediate vicinity. If you’re a light sleeper, take along a pair of earplugs as some folks can be loud. The windows are excellent, but some sound can travel.

Bocciato.

- Carol (5/5): Way too noisy! - The apartment itself was lovely and comfortable. A bit dated but nice. During the day it was nice to sit on the deck. We were in Bear Lodge suite 209 which unfortunately is right across from a nightclub. From 9:30pm till 3am every night you get overly excessive crowd noise - screaming - from patrons coming and going. No chamce of any sleep even with earplugs. After 3 sleepmess nights we couldn't leave quick enough. Would never recommend to stay there.
- William (10/5): -
- Raju D. (10/5): - Rooms were very clean, with lots of towels in the storage. There are fans for the hot weather. Overall it was a great stay. We left one of our charger in the room and the management was prompt to retrieve it and send it back to our home with an amount paid to the shipping company by us. We got it within 2 days Parking lot was very tight, because many spots were reserved...the guest spots were very small, we had challenges to park our truck.
- Anna (10/5): - Accoglienza, posizione super centrale e parcheggio incluso sotto la struttura. Il divano letto un po’ scomodo.
- Dani (10/5): Fantastic Stay, Great Location! -
- Camilla (8/5): Great location, clean and quiet - The apartment was clean, quiet (due to being at the rear of Bear Lodge) well-located and very well equipped. The common areas were not as clean as the apartment, and it was a shame that the fitness room and hot tub were closed for refurbishment and there were no alternatives (which was perhaps why it was so reasonably priced).
- Angel (8/5): Very good -
- Candy (9/5): Superb -
- Sesula (10/5): Cozy and Comfy - Great location, quiet, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Too hot in living room even with any heat off, but opening windows helped.
- Sesula (10/5): Exceptional - The location was ideal close to everything. The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Even though the condo was amongst the trees and no heat turned on, the temperature was too warm in the living room area.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Good location and a well equipped apartment The bed and pillows were on the hard side
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
- Chieko (8/5): Very good -
- Tomh (8/5): Very good -
- Aman (10/5): Family vacation - Easy pick up and drop off
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good - easy.
- Mari (8/5): Very good - It says parking was included. I was mislead to think that I did not have to pay for parking. But I actually had to pay $20 per day to park. It was not straight forward. Also the hot tub was in another building.. so we end up not using it. Other than that, it was overall pretty good.
- Ra (9/5): Superb -
- Hailey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (9/5): Very pleased with our decision to book this location. Close to shops and amenities, and trail walks. - The location was great, easy to walk to stores, restaurants and shops. Our room was on the quiet side of the main thoroughfare, which was good for sleeping. Lots of near-by tails for walks and hikes. Room seemed warm, we ended up turning all the thermostats off. The bathroom light switches were placed awkwardly (behind swing in door). Shower water pressure was high, a way to regulate it would be nice.
- Aman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ross (10/5): Our stay was awesome; we'd really love to come back again - Location was super convenient and we really appreciated the provided amenities and laundry. The space was just the right size and we loved the large balcony looking into the plaza. We liked that kitchenware was provided so we could cook our own meal if we wanted. The pull out bed was super painful to sleep on and there were a few crumbs around the couch that I think the vacuum just missed. Maybe could have used a thicker extra blanket.
- Anita (7/5): Good -
- Frank (5/5): Passable - Central to the village. Reasonable parking fee ($15/day). Unit was clean. Unit looked a bit dated and worn. Very noisey at night due to bar music and people in the streets.
- David (10/5): Great apartment at Aspens. - Location, apartment, pool and hot tub
- Ding (9/5): Easy check in and at the center of everything in the village - Clean and easy to check in The carpet and couch collects dirt and needs to be updated.
- Louann (10/5): The best experience I’ve ever had. - Close to everything like shopping and sightseeing,
Clean, air conditioned, large balcony looking over the village Nothing, everything was great
- Salman (3/5): Poor -
- Ala (1/5): poor quality stay - Location only Poor Quality far from the elevator room , under the bar which we could not sleep including our 7 months babies until 3 am after the noise was gone.
Manager refused our late check out for an hour later, check out 10 am was so early for our babies to be ready to feed and prepare.
service desk with poor experience and each time we ask something like we need teeth past or shampoo the response was we will check with the manager and get back to you)
Pay the same cost and stay in better hotel
- Joshua (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (7/5): Good - Location was very central - could walk everywhere. Not a fancy suite but good value for the price and great for a short stay. The suite is quite old and needs a facelift. Hot water is erratic, beds not that comfy. Location is great but can be very noisy as right over a pub.
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Greg (9/5): Superb -
- Tracy (7/5): Good -
- Holly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (7/5): Good -
- Joanne (8/5): Had a lovely time, excellent facilities, but it was very expensive - Lovely apartments, good size for a 1 bedroom, enough room even when using the sofa bed, good facilities, needed the washing machine will all the ski clothes we had - the free tin of dishwasher and washing tablets was very handy. It was well heated and the fireplace was a nice touch. It was a good location in the centre of town with a short walk to the slopes. The reception were very helpful. The hot tub was lovely in the gym. Towels were too small. No instructions on how to use anything - especially the recycling requirements as I'm sure there could have been more waste we could have recycled. Door code stopped working at 9.30am on the day we left, even though checkout is not until 10am - we were downstairs in the basement dealing with the garbage and couldn't get back into the room that had all our luggage in. The ski locker padlock was very tricky to use, so we ended up leaving our locker unlocked.
- Heather (2/5): Terrible location and paper thin windows, super loud and not helpful staff. - The location is directly across from Whistlers busiest nightclub and we were kept awake till 2:30am 3 out of 4 nights by people leaving the nightclub. We asked to be moved to a room further away from the nightclub but were told its not possible. I have stayed at Whistler 10 or so times and I will never book at this location again. - Pat (9/5): Superb -
- Amir (8/5): Very good -
- Aman (10/5): Great place to stay -
- Thomas (7/5): A convenient location in the village but not as nice as some of the other places we have stayer there. - The location was great We had a problem with the water in the bathroom shutting off, went to the front desk, which is in another building and were told to call bookings.com since we booked through them. She said they don’t have anything to do with the rooms. Fortunately the water came back on after a short time. Also, the garbage/recycle situation is ridiculous. You are required to take all of your garbage and recycling out both during your stay and on departure and it’s in the basement no where near where you exit the elevators or stairs.
- Aman (10/5): Great place and great location. - Great location and space. I think by mistake there were still wet towels from the laundry in the wash. We noticed it when we went to do some cleaning ourselves. But we did the laundry for them. Lol
- Simone (9/5): Superb -
- Jaclyn (2/5): I won't be staying there again. The photos when booking did not match the property at all. - The property was old and run down. We had to call maintenance twice. Once as the floor in the bathroom was flooded upon check in and a second time when we realised the toilet did not flush and almost over flowed. The bathroom also had clumps of dark long hair all over it.
The carpet is old and all the walls had chips throughout the entire place.
- Aditya (1/5): Stay for location else avoid - The location, its right in the middle of town and everything was with 2-5 minutes walk To begin with, the whole after hours booking process is cumbersome. We had to call multiple times to the property just to confirm booking. Had to pay using the link provided by property customer care team as the payment details from booking.com did not go through.
The after hour checkin process was horrible. It took close to 1.5 hours to complete it. Part of it has to to do with our on the fly booking. So, if you are planning, I cannot stress enough to book in advance, please dont book on the fly as we did.
Once we checked in, the nightmare begin..
We were surprised to see plunger in the washroom, but did not think much as it was 3 in the morning. It would be there for just in case situations, right…? Wrong, it was there for every single use! We had to use plunger after every single use, and multiple times because flushing won’t take your stuff, you will have to push it using plunger.
Just imagine being in this situation with your friends, its horrible.
We are not sure if it was only for our apartment or for the others too, we had so much back to back planned that we never followed up on this with the management.
- Ranald (9/5): Superb -
- Ammara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kami (8/5): Very good -
- Vincent (7/5): Other than the late night noise at from people yelling and screaming. Everything else was good - Location was great. Close to Olympic stage for concerts Too loud at night from partiers.
- Dave (8/5): Great location - Location
Balcony size
Comfortable bed Check in process could be enhanced. We arrived before the check in closed and had to wait for them to come back.
Furniture a bit dated
Small towels
- Jan (8/5): Very good -
- Arun (5/5): Not satisfactory - The service was very bad. The location of hotel, car parking & the front desk were at different places. Highly inconvenient. Hotel name is different than what was given.
- Gillian (5/5): no help with unit problems or enquires - location lack of service
- Tim (9/5): Superb - Great location, quiet Bathroom taps need fixing
- Aman (10/5): Excellent property -
- Harumiw (7/5): Good - Nice room with a cosy fire place, good size bath, and very handy to have washing machine and dryer in the room. Comfortable bed. Kitchen facility is a bit dated, electric hobs look really old, though it worked perfectly well. There is a big fridge/freezer, which is handy, however it was quite noisy. The location is good for exploring Whistler, but it is a bit of walk from gondolas/lifts.
- Kirsty (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed
- Katie (9/5): Superb -
- Darwin (8/5): all in all ok. - location noise from street and bar below
toaster did not work
not enough blankets
- Paul (3/5): Expensive -
- Kat (5/5): 14 days would've been improved by ability to sleep the 14 nights! Noise in the street until 2.30am. - An older apartment, but it was clean and basically comfortable, so it suited our needs (on the surface). As we were there a fortnight it was good to have machines for clothes washing and drying. We mostly self-catered and the kitchen was well enough equipped. We also had a few meals out that were good - the central location made it easy (even in bad weather) to access various restaurants & cafes on foot, and the supermarket. Our apartment was directly opposite and facing a nightclub. We were unaware of that before arrival. The club itself was quiet, but the people in and around it were not! As the club didn't close until 2am (except Sundays and Wednesdays) it was not quiet until 2.30am most nights. Totally untenable if you wanted a good night's sleep, and needed to ski the next day. Lack of sleep really impacted on our ability to enjoy the holiday and ski. As a skier it was with mixed feelings when we saw it rained one night, but it reduced the talking crowds in the street! We will never book this apartment again, even if it was offered at half the price. The carpet is also quite old and stained, it could do with a refresh or even replacement!
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Ryan (9/5): Superb - location nothing
- Michael (10/5): Location was great ,room was clean, tidy and very well appointed. We would highly recommend the Deer Lodge and this parti - everything nothing
- Anne (7/5): Great location and apartment. Could do with a paint and maintenance refresh - Great location in the centre of Whistler, close to all amenities. Comfortable apartment and I really like the fire as it made the lounge cosy. Bedrooms and other rooms were clean and the kitchen equipment was fine; plenty of everything you would need for a holiday, including ironing and washing facilities.
I found the reception staff helpful and happy to assist.
We were located in Eagle Lodge. Needs better instructions for recycling and ski storage We had two garbage bins - as not Canadian we didn’t know which was for recycling or normal waste. Also need clearer signage for where and when to put the garbage. I was wandering around the storage and car park area trying to find where to leave the garbage bags.
Ski storage locate had wrong code inside door of apartment so have to get new one from reception.
Could do with a bit of a paint refresh and maintenance as looked dated and had signs of wear.
- Raj (8/5): Great location, comfy apartment - perfect location, comfortable apartment lots of lights not working. Hot tub that was advertised was out of commission.
- Jeff (6/5): for my dollars, not good value. I expected much more polish. this was an entry level hotel experience. - location and kitchen non stick pans were worn out. bed was too soft. basic spices(5 types) and olive oil should be provided. garbage disposal area was disgusting. 1/2 roll of toilet paper was provided with no extra rolls in cabinet.
- Wilson (7/5): Good -
- Gregory (7/5): A nice property that could be really great with a few minor changes - Kitchen in apartment
Very comfortable bed
Ski lockers
Washing machine/dryer in apartment Long walk to ski lifts
Being outside Furnies, it was VERY noisy until 11:30 most nights, -3 am on Saturdays
A general lack of light in the apartment -even with all lights turned on it was quite dim, especially in the bedroom. Bathroom was fine for light.
Poorly fitting plug meant the only way to run a bath was to use the shower (tap emptied directly onto plug and kept knocking it loose)
- Anonymous (1/5): I guess you get what you pay for. pictures were totally deceiving as was the description. - price poor condition, run down, carpets were filthy, kitchen poorly equipped and old.
- Kari (8/5): Very good -
- Cathy (5/5): Passable -
- Scott (6/5): Convenient location, but average/poor facilities - location was very good, kitchen was functional and laundry facilities in room were good. The place is probably one of the oldest buildings and needs some upgrades and better maintenance. Booked for 4 people and was put in Bear Lodge. ski locker totally inadequate for 4 guests. fold out bed uncomfortable. Had a wet dog smell that needed a scented candle. carpets, door and paint should be replaced/redone. Hot tub was in a separate building (Deer lodge) and really small and could not cater for many guests staying. For approximately $500 per night (Jan 6 to 11) expect a lot better than this and would stay elsewhere next time.
- Catherine (10/5): Great studio in Whistler Village with walking access to gondolas and access to a hot tub! - Great studio in Whistler Village with a cozy fireplace, cute balcony, access to a hot tub and small fitness room, snowboard/ski lockers. This studio had a Murphy bed that was comfy which can be put away during the day to use the dining table for two. It was easy walk through the village to the Whistler Gondola and Excalibur Gondola, restaurants and bars. WiFi was excellent and we used it for work. Loved this spot and would stay here again! Had to take out our trash which was located in the below ground parking level and was quite a roundabout walk through the garage. The fitness room was small and had a few machines, a few stationary bikes and no free weights.
- Scott (3/5): Poor - proximity to dining/shopping the unit was in some disrepair and the parking was very limited.
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Vishesh (9/5): Superb - Perfect
- Annie (7/5): Good -
- Samuel (8/5): Very good -
