- bakpaok (2/5): Very bad room and service ever!!!! - I had a bad experience ever to stay at 5 star hotels. I stay with my husband and baby on 18 March 2026. Our first room was 2222. The AC was broken, and the water heater also not working well. My baby shower with almost cold water in the afternoon. After that my husband call and complain about it, she said to wait 15min for the technichian. We wait almost an hour and my husband call 3 times but no action and solution. We are tired, my baby crying because the room so hot and not comfortable. After that my husband came to the reception and she just do some ACTION to move our room. It was 7.45pm we have to pack our bag and move. We are so upset and tired . Our expectation for 5 stars hotel at least have standart and checklist. AC and water heater is so bacis for hotel facility!!!! We paid higher than our hotel before (golden tulip) and we expect room and service better but in fact NO. Next day 19 march 2026, In the morning we go for breakfast, my husband request for baby chair and sit inside the resto. The staff said not available all baby chair used and full inside, we sit outside the resto near the hosteat. And then not long after about 5 minutes, another guest come and request for the baby chair and he said wait, and will looking the baby chair for him. We are so so UPSET agin, why he dont do the same service to us??????after my husband complain and ask why? Then he just give us babychair and sit inside. We are SO UPSET for the TERRIBLE SERVICE experience during our breakfast :( Absolutely will not come back again to this hotel!!!!!

- OnAir59024823852 (10/5): A Memorable Family Stay in Batu - We stayed here for a short family getaway from Surabaya and had such a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premier room, which made our stay even more special. What we loved the most is how family-friendly the resort is. There are so many activities for kids that my child didn’t even want to go home. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming. Definitely one of the best family resorts in Batu. We would love to come back again.

Some issues with facility. - Overall great experience, slow checkin during peak season of CNY but they are giving their best (all 4 admin desks are stacked and staff rushing left and right) Happened to get a room with a leaky shower-head (floor is really wet). The room key reader broke but was quickly fixed. The breakfast was the best. I did not see a single food item that was “empty”. With so many people coming in. Plenty of staff are constantly restocking the buffet options.
- 390shintaa (10/5): Fam vacay - All the staff are super friendly, from the security on entrance to the pool guy are amazing. The location quite nice. The architecture and design quite classy. That very good design made the noise level among rooms are zero. Quite and comfy. The room we stayed in pretty large, the bed comfy, clean and neat and complete amenities. The price is very worthy and define a literally five star.

First I am doubtful because the hotel is not new, then I read the review, and call directly to the hotel, the reservation officer I forgot the name explained clea rlyabout the room category and very nice man. When I arrived, I like the spacious and nice decorated lobby . I had premier pool view and add 1 extrabed. I came withe 3 grandchidren and 1 kids helper, so we were 5 persons. The bedroom and the bathroom are spacious, and well maintan, clean and bright. Only the hair dryer is old hairdryer and it did not work, but then I called the reception and they sent me a portable hair dryer. My grand daughter left her animal bracelet, perhaps it was dropped behind the bed, then the hotel message me and send it to me by post and I had to pay the delivery cost. Thank you so much, appreciate it. The breakfast is also nice, The Restaurant' staffs are also proffesional. I have to make reservation to avoid the crowd ( there are 3 time slots ). The kids under 5 years are free. Definitely recomend The Singhasari, the rate is good compare to others and most important The Singhasari has excellent staffs who are always easy to help the guests.

The room was incredible, especially the balcony and the super comfy bed. The hotel facilities were outstanding—truly a one-stop destination for everything. The pool was great and I enjoyed it a lot. It’s very kid-friendly with plenty of activities for children. Highly recommended! Definitely the best place to stay while in Batu

However, Jaccuzi pools are only operate one pools of three pools. The others two pool was not operated even many vistors came there. The jaccuzi also not so big. Hopefully to improve for further operational.

Traveling with young children usually means lots of “what-ifs,” but at Singhasari, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Both indoor and outdoor play area was a lifesaver — safe, clean, and fun — and the swimming pool was a huge hit for the little ones, complete with a shallow area perfect for toddlers. With reasonable price, they provide breakfast, super large swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, indoor and outdoor playground and many more. My toddle won't go home. Ruang tunggu yang spacious, classic ornaments, various types of Indonesian cuisines, and tons of outdoor activities. You'd love staying here with family and friends. Breakfast menus are to die for. The on-site restaurant, Izakaya, was amazing—we dined there four times, and every visit was a great experience with delicious food, beautiful presentation, and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts were also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and great taste. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool, which were a fantastic addition to our stay. The housekeeping was excellent, and the entire team was always polite, kind, and ready to help. The hotel’s location is also quite convenient for getting around. We will definitely return!
- 972endangs (6/5): Unhappy experience - Its not my first time staying with Singhasari Hotel, Is almost every 2 months, but my last stay was horrible . On booking notes, i requested that the bed need to put it together as only twin bed are available. And they gave me room 3007. Once we arrived at the room, i was wonder that the bed are still in original position, its mean they ignore my request. And second thing The Closet was broken . so we need to wait for maintenance to fix it. And the worst part is.. the AC was not COLD at all.. and it was uncomportable situation till we have to open our back door to get a fresh air till morning. But the amazing is.. the staff was so humble.. and there is a lot of inprovment on breakfast as well.. maybe for beverage choice like cappucinno or latte need to put it as breakfast compliment. And still.... i make reservation for this month, Hopefully.. they will give a nice experience as ussual. See u after 2 week..

Service is unmatched, even my Grab Drivers noted they much preferred the service from the attendants here. Just a bit of mishap in terms of cleanliness (a used bud on the floor when we first arrived) other than that absolutely wonderful! Toilet paper was so thin and only one roll even that only view yard???? and just one roll available??? I think the GM should try to use the toilet himself so he knows what is going on. No extra electrical outlet, how do you charge the computer and working at the same time at night without lamp? One outlet has been used for table desk. I think room has been design by 3rd grader rather than by professional. Please do not count as 5 star hotel but may be fit for 3 star hotel. Extra charge for fresh brew coffee at 5 star hotel. Your satisfaction rate was 4.6?? May be it was rated by someone that stay most of the time at 3 star hotel and even that only once a year stay in the hotel. I stay more than 200 days in the hotel so I know what the different will be.

- DR NORZILA (8/5): Nice and comfortable - We enjoyed our stay here. Reception staff were welcoming and great! Scenery from the room was breathtaking. Room was comfortable. The only concern was that we could not make calls from our room and had to go to reception. Overall, we were very satisfied.
