• Thales (7/5): - good for short stay in Nice, quite close to all attractions with easy access. The shower space is very small and the window glass is not so private. You often hit the shower tap and suddenly change the temperature. Floor gets wet all the time. Lift failed on the last day, luckily I was on 1st floor.

Расположение отеля просто супер! 2 минуты и ты на море👍 Рядом куча кафешек,где можно на любой бюджет посидеть. Один минус... Когда мы приехали (а мы иностранцы) не у всех есть возможность вызвонить персонал по местному телефону. На сообщение могут ответить не сразу и стоишь как дурак на тротуаре с сумками, не знаешь что делать. Ресепшен находился в другом здании.

Dimensioni bagno troppo anguste, capelli nelle lenzuola, la presenza della moquette non era chiara in descrizione, c'è possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze (presso l'hotel 20Euro al giorno ma da prenotare con anticipo o parcheggio al palais Masséna 25Euro al giorno) ma non ben spiegato nella descrizione, staff dell'hotel di riferimento (hotel Villa Rivoli) un po' brusco nel rispondere alle domande di noi italiani (semplici chiarimenti relativi al parcheggio e su dove gettare l'immondizia). Il letto era abbastanza comodo ma il divano letto sembrava un'amaca.

• Dariusz (10/5): Idealne miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie Lazurowego Wybrzeża :) - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Idealne miejsce na wypady do pobliskiego Monaco i Cennes. Blisko plaży, komunikacji miejskiej, restauracji i sklepów. Wszędzie było blisko, a nie odczuwało się miejskiego gwaru. Duży plus za całodobową recepcję z przemiłą obsługą kilka kroków od apartamentu. Wymeldowanie przed 6 rano nie było żadnym problemem. Mieliśmy też szczęście, bo apartament był wolny i mogliśmy się zameldować przed 11, a nie po 15 :) Sam apartament był w sam raz dla 3 osób. Łóżka wygodne z czystą pościelą. Duży plus za gniazdka przy łóżkach i kinkiety. Łazienka czysta. Jedyny minus, to za mało papieru toaletowego. Dwie rolki na 5 dni dla 3 osób? Trochę mało. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty typu kubki, sztućce i talerze. Najważniejsze, że był korkociąg, kieliszki i nożyczki ;) Może obiadu się nie ugotuje, ale śniadanie bez problemu. Nie było papierowego ręcznika kuchennego, ale z bawełnianymi też było ok. Ogólnie pobyt uważam za bardzo udany i chętnie wrócę w to miejsce. Cienkie ściany, trochę było słychać sąsiadów. Za mało papieru w łazience i brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci w kuchni - nie jest to jednak duży problem, pewnie można dostać zapas w recepcji.

Les précédents commentaires sont sur-cotés L'annonce ne précise pas qu'il faut aller récupérer et redéposer les clés dans un hôtel a proximité, où la standardiste qui ne parle pas quasiment pas français vous raccroche au nez.U'e fois l'accès au logement effectué,on déplore la moquette au sol,imbibée d'eau au niveau de la SDB,les lits doubles trop.petits pour 2 adultes bien portants avec sommiers grinçants en option et surtout le bruit dans le.couloir toute la nuit.Personnellement je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit,sympa avant 10h de route au retour.

• Ilias (5/5): The exact opposite of "value for money". - Good location. The room was spacious. The bathroom also. The bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was cheap and lumpy. They had an instruction paper that said you have to clean the kitchen or else there is a 50€ fine, and if you want extra clean towels it costs 5€! Despite of the 109€ we paid for one night!

• Hanna (10/5): Нужно починить до конца кухню, и сменить ступеньки, без обуви спускаться и подниматься опасно, как детям так и взрослым - Местоположение великолепно, в целом всё хорошо , апартаменты находятся в 5 минутах от английской набережной, рядом трамвай в любую сторону, магазины и рестораны всё рядом. Для этой цены замечательный вариант. Благодарю вас за приятные впечатления В душе нет дверцы, поломана дверца на кухне в шкафу для вытяжки, опасные ступеньки в спальную комнату на второй уровень . • MUHAMMADAMIN (7/5): solid hotel for budget travellers who are not looking for lux. - generally speaking it was quite good hotel for one night, i was staying with my friends and was expecting 2 beds and 1 sofa however there were only 2 beds. But even through im still happy with my expierence in this hotel. Especialy with personal who were very kind and attentionful. toilet was a bit small.

La literie était très confortable. Il faisait trop chaud dans l'appartement et l'emplacement des assiettes dans la cuisine n'est pas intuitif. L'accroche-serviette dans la salle de bain est fixé trop bas.

Este alojamiento no cumple ni mínimamente con lo que promete y resulta totalmente inadecuado para recibir huéspedes, y mucho menos a 4 adultos. Al llegar ya se percibe el problema principal: la falta absoluta de limpieza e higiene. El apartamento estaba sucio, descuidado y daba la sensación de no haber sido limpiado correctamente en mucho tiempo. Más tarde lo confirmamos: no existe servicio de limpieza profesional, la limpieza depende del huésped anterior. El equipamiento es indignante. Para cuatro personas, ni siquiera había cuatro tenedores. La cocina es inutilizable: no tiene horno, faltan utensilios básicos y no permite preparar ni la comida más simple. Es evidente que está pensada solo para aparentar que hay cocina, no para usarla. El departamento es incómodo, mal distribuido y poco funcional. Las camas son incómodas y la ropa de cama no transmite ninguna sensación de limpieza. Tampoco había toallas suficientes para todos los huéspedes, algo básico que cualquier alojamiento mínimamente serio debería garantizar. La situación fue tan absurda que, apenas llegamos, el propio conserje encargado del check-in se disculpó y dio a entender que la estadía sería mala. Incluso nos advirtió que, si no dejábamos el departamento perfectamente limpio al irnos, nos cobrarían 50 € de penalización. Es decir, uno paga por alojarse en un lugar sucio y además debe limpiarlo para no ser multado. Ahora todo cobra sentido: la limpieza es deficiente porque directamente no existe, y el huésped termina haciendo el trabajo que el alojamiento debería asumir. En conclusión, solo sirve —y apenas— para pasar una noche de emergencia, sin expectativas de comodidad, higiene ni equipamiento. No es un lugar para descansar, ni para cocinar, ni para disfrutar Niza. Si valorás mínimamente tu dinero, tu comodidad o tu tiempo, evitá este alojamiento. Lo único que vas a encontrar es una cama incómoda, suciedad y una experiencia frustrante.

• Isabelle (9/5): Très agréable, Parfait pour nos 2 nuits. - Confort des lits, salle-de-bain parfaite. Situé au calme, dans zone résidentielle et en même temps magnifiquement situé à 2 pas de la promenade des Anglais, de la zone piétine, boulangerie, bar et resto.. À proximité des trams et bus. Accueil sympathique et serviable. Cuisine basic, juste pour un encas ou petit-dej. Un vrai repas est difficile. Échelle pour lits en mezzanine en tube, fais mal aux pieds. On était 3, espace parfait. À 4, on se serait senti à l’étroit.
• Zsófia (5/5): - Jó lokáció, közel az Óvároshoz, és az azúrkék tenger 4 percre van. Két stúdió szobát foglaltunk, az egyiket kifejezetten azért, mert balkonos és kertre néző. A megkérdezésünk nélkül elcserélték egy nem kertre néző és nem balkonos szobára, amire a kulcs átvételekor se hívták fel a figyelmünket. A szobában egy koszos törölközőt felejtettek, enyhe rossz csatorna szag volt a szobában, a fürdőszoba ajtót nem lehetett becsukni, mindig kinyílt, a fürdőszoba ablakot nem lehetett becsukni. Amikor mindezekre és főleg a rosszabb szobacserére felhívtuk a figyelmüket, akkor egy bocsánatkérés után ingyen reggelit ajánlottak a családnak. Viszont amikor másnap reggel lementünk reggelizni, az újabb személyzeti alkalmazott alkudozni kezdett, hogy hányan reggelizhetnek végülis a családból, majd a végén mondta hogy persze reggelizzünk, ha a kolléga megígérte. Ettől a cirkusztól úgy elment az étvágyunk, hogy enni pont már kedvünk se volt.

The apartment was small but well furnished and it didn’t feel small. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They responded quick and helped us. only the ladder to the bed’s upstairs are a bit scary but that’s not a problem.

Remise des clés sans soucis à l'hôtel arôme qui jouxte celui-ci au numéro 65 pendant les travaux. Travaux absolument pas génants. On ne s'est aperçu de rien.

SMS message vocal aucune réponse. La réservation ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais pu voir sur la plate-forme Booking. La literie à revoir mon dos s'est courbé en 3 nuits de souffrance. Pas de balai ni quoi que ce soit pour faire le ménage.
