• Milena (10/5): Good - Zakwaterowanie w hotelu nie bylo mozliwe o deklarowanej godzinie (14:00), ale hotel w ramach rekompensaty dał nam voucher na darmowy obiad, co było miłe. Obsługę hotelu oceniam dobrze, jednak sam hotel wydawal sie jakby przeżył juz lata swojej świetności, wiele elementów nadaje sie do remontu. Czystość średnia. Śniadania dla mnie niezbyt smaczne. W hotelu dużo młodzieży, ktora hałasowala w nocy. Dużym plusem były małe baseny/ zbiorniki z lodowatą oraz gorącą wodą. Czegoś takiego brakuje w innych hotelach. Na przywitanie czekała na nas w pokoju butelka wina.

L'hotel dispose uniquement d'une piscine et d'une pataugeoire, rien de plus. Le all inclusive se limite à des boissons et très légers snack durant une courte période dans la journée. Pas du tout H24. Le restaurant est simplement immonde. Le SPA est payant (non stipulé sur Expédia). Les transats de plage sont payants (non stipulé sur Expédia) car il ne s'agit pas d'une plage privée réservée à l'hotel. Chaque soir musique à fond au bar de la piscine. Jusqu'à au moins minuit, impossible de dormir. Je ne recommande absolument pas
• Lara (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer in Ordnung, jedoch nicht so sauber. Pool war okay. Das Frühstück war echt nicht gut. Wir haben nur davon gegessen, damit wir etwas im Magen haben. Für ein paar Tage reicht es aber wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
• Daniel (10/5): Tsokkos hotels / Chrysomare Beach Hotel - As Anmarie hotel was not open that time, Tsokkos hotels offered to change our reservation to Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, so this review is based on this facts. The staff was excellent, helpful and kind. We were on HalfBoard and the food was excellent. As in march the temperature is around 20°C the sea temperature was not really good for swimming, but we try it. Beautiful sea and very nice surroundings. We are really thankful for every member of all the staff at Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, they are working really hard.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Praktisches sehr gut gelegenes Hotel - Mir wurde das Hotel von Bekannten empfohlen, die mit einem 3-jährigen Kind unterwegs waren. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht das Neueste, ich war jedoch rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral, Nähe des Zentrums und auch Nissi Beach ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

• Hans-Ullrich (4/5): Wer hier bucht ist selber schuld - Schon der unfreundliche Empfang durch Natascha im russisch gebrochenen englischen Akzent war für uns als Vielreisende schwer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind nur halbherzig renoviert, die Einbaumöbel sicher schon 25 Jahre alt und der Bodenbelag im Zimmer, auf den Gängen und die Gäste erinnern uns an unsere letzten Aufenthalte in Krasnojarsk und Omsk. Wir kommen sicherlich nicht wieder - nicht mal geschenkt.

• Franzi (6/5): - Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Weniger toll war das Personal an der Rezeption, total unfreundlich. Im Service ist das Personal hingegen sehr bemüht. Essen geht man leider auch lieber außerhalb. Die Anlage ist zwar sehr schön, reißt es aber auch nicht raus. Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

WiFi теж за додаткову оплату що становить 5 Evro/доба для 2-ох пристроїв. Хороший сніданок із видом на море. Загалом нам сподобалось.

The receptionists initial reaction to me wanting to check in at 2pm (on time) was not friendly. The pool area was very clean and plenty of sun beds. However, it would have been nice to have been able to relax at the pool without a member of staff (same member of staff), on numerous occasions asking to see my room key and number of room.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Above average - Room was good, however, it was a specific - low frequency - noise during the daytime coming form outside wall!!! I guess it was because entire ventilation pipe was constructed on the wall going from ground floor up to the roof. Wi-fi was not free, therefore I used a mobile internet. Bed was fantastic - king size, extremely comfortable mattresses, and nice bedlinen: we slept like babies. Both dinner and breakfast were good. What was a bit strange that deposits were required for extra equipment: adapters, key for mini-fridge, safe, etc. Recommended for couple stay.

• sara (2/5): Smutsigt. Sunkigt och otrevlig personal - Hotellet var väldig sunkig. Jag reser mycket och har aldrig varit med om ett så dåligt hotell. Till och med hotell i Moldavien, Europas fattigaste land, hade bättre standard. Utifrån bilderna på hotellet och informationen så såg hotellet bra ut och jag bokade. Men rummen och hotellet såg långt ifrån ut som på bilderna. Dåliga platta kuddar. Dom städar inte golv och skrivbord. Rummen och tapeterna och färgerna såg sunkiga ut och rivfärdiga. Personalen var otrevliga. Frukosten ska man inte ens prata om. Ofräscht och inte mycket att välja mellan. Är ni också som jag, som inte gillar att gästerna tar i all mat med händerna för att "känna" och lämna tillbaka, hostar över maten, så välj annat hotell. Gröt såg ut som mjölk med lite klumpar i. Äggen var inte färdigstekta. Ja, ni fattar nog. Rekommenderas inte alls till någon. Speciellt inte till barnfamiljer.

• Bartłomiej (8/5): Świetny hotel z dobrym zapleczem - Spedziliśmy 6nocy w hotelu sieci Tsokkos. Bardzo miła obsługa, zarówno w restauracji jak i recepcji. Bliskośc sklepów, plaży i centrum to dodatkowa zaleta. specyficzny klimat Aiya Napa jest idealny dla ludzi stroniących od dużych miast. Trochę przeszkadza zachowanie osób zza wschodniej granicy. Nie jest to absolutnie winą hotelu.

• Thomas (8/5): One week stay - I stayed for a week on half board. + nice view of the pool and sea from balkony + access to the beach + friendly staff + near shops/restaurants + breakfast buffet good (though dinner buffet not so good and became same-ish) + value good (at least the rate I got)
• Nick (2/5): Not worth it - Moderate hotel, best to call it a 3 star instead of 4. Expensive for what it is. Poor condition of bed, flooring. Asked for an infants bed and it came without a mattress. Instead they laid a duvet which was smelly.
