Could do better with that. It least a hot breakfast and coffee . My floor was disgusting - my socks was discarded after i left.

• Jordan (1/5): - Nothing at all From the moment I checked in, there were serious issues with cleanliness and overall room condition. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and it gave the impression that it was rushed or not inspected at all before being assigned. The environment was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. My children also were bitten by bugs from the bed I had to get stuff just to get rid of them. Air circulation was not good, and the space felt stuffy. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, which made it feel unhygienic. What stood out the most, though, was the lack of professionalism from staff. When I brought up concerns, they were not handled with care or urgency. Instead of feeling like a paying guest, I felt dismissed. There were also concerns about safety and the overall atmosphere of the property. It was difficult to feel at ease during my stay. 🚫 Main Issues: Unacceptable cleanliness standards Poor maintenance and ventilation Unprofessional customer service Uncomfortable and unsafe environment ⚠️ Final Thoughts: This was not a place where I could feel safe, comfortable, or respected. At a minimum, guests should be able to expect cleanliness, basic maintenance, and respectful treatment — and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

• Jordan (7/5): If you don't like your job then why bother working there h - It was cool until I had checked out I didn't like when the last day I checked out it was supper hot outside. I was waiting for my car to get towed and staff was making me uncomfortable because they kept going in and out of the room and slamming doors I could hear then press up against the door to to pick out the people to watch me and It was just overwhelming me because I was still unfortunately dealing with personal issues in my life.
• Virginia (2/5): No that’s - So lonely and only some drugs around where we parked the car in front of the door, the room looked like Normen Bates Hotel scary as fuck i don’t feel safe at all we slept with the tv and lights on all night left early in the morning. I don’t like at all
• Jordan (1/5): Unsafe and Unsanitary — Not Suitable for Families - Honestly, very little. The only positive was the location being convenient. The room conditions were extremely unsanitary and unsafe, especially for children. There were serious cleanliness issues that made it clear the room had not been properly maintained. I had to go out and buy spray just to try to make the beds safe for my kids, which should never be necessary at any hotel. This was not just about comfort — it was a health concern. The environment did not feel safe, and I was worried about my children being exposed to something harmful. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families.

• Xenia (1/5): Your hotel is untrustworthy - Availability My bags were gone through by the cleaning staff. I travel often for work and set up a hidden camera to safeguard my belongings. During this stay to find someone going though my work bag and stealing my belongings was quiet upsetting. I also let a do not disturb door hanger up to find the staff had entered my room again. I also had to rebook my reservation as your system did not show my original reservation. Your system also made it impossible to reach someone by phone. And not returned call to me either as you system said would happen. You business model is such as disappointment and I am very dis satisfied.

Woken up several times during the night by the bathroom fan in the room Nextdoor. Our bathroom fan was also noisy. Sounded like a helicopter hovering over the roof.

• David (2/5): Ugh… it was an emergency stay because of a medical emergency. Cheapest in town. But still too bad for the price. The pri - Nothing The room had a weird smell. The “breakfast” was just some sweet snacks bought at a gas station - the property should be fined for false advertising. I booked through Booking.com with a 10% discount but the staff charged me full price in cash claiming that what I saw in the booking app was a price without a tax. That wasn’t true as the price without tax in the app was even lower. I don’t mind about the $9 extra but I mind when people lie into my face.

• Rainer (4/5): Eigentlich OK, wenn nicht der Höllenlärm durch Badlüftungen wäre - Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück war OK, aber der Lärm, sobald jemand duschte oder die Lüftung anmachte, war grauenvoll. Wann immer jemand im Motel geduscht hat, gab es einen fürchterlichen Lärm, vermutlich durch die Lüftung. Die amerikanische Motels sind ja sowieso sehr hellhörig, aber dieser Lärm war unausstehlich.

We turned around and left to find a place to buy breakfast. The remodel left many items unfinished. The Grout in the corners of the shower were missing. Plaster was falling off the outside walls. The Mattress was not comfortable

• Isidro (9/5): Great Hotel - The property was clean. First thank you for the hospitality. Here is a couple of comments regarding the property: The front wooden door is very hard to open and close. They are heavy for my mom to open the door. Also the French doors is a nice touch but I would have prefer that the lights outside the courtyard were dim at night. Even with the blinds closed light entered the room and it was hard to fall asleep. Perhaps consider adding window curtains for the rooms so that light does not shine into the rooms at night. Very important to note that I like that the courtyard is lighted for safety reasons. Please note that I have never stayed at an hotel like this setup with two doors to the room. Easy check in process and the staff was professional. Last the rooms are large and clean, however the walls are extremely thin because you can hear your neighbors both on the side and upstairs. Overall, the hotel is great and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for the hospitality and for making our family Cattle Call weekend trip our home over the weekend another core memory for us. Thank you so much!
• Christine (4/5): Not great - Staff were cheerful, polite and efficient. Room was clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. This was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The fridge whined, the AC and bathroom fans roared. The shutters had broken pieces so people could see into our room. The WiFi was so slow nothing would load.
• Mejia (9/5): It was good for what you pay - It was beautiful. The bed and the room were exceptional. The only thing was that one of the beds had wood sticking out and the mini fridge kept doing a weird noise at night

I was not happy this time I have had some issues before but this time it was a worst problem there was roaches actual roaches small and big coming out of the fridge and and microwave I was killing roaches all night I was so tired that I didn’t even bother to go complain. The restroom had a leaky shower head, the room had no mirrors .
