Guest Reviews
- Tim (4/5): Original Room Had a Bug Issue so Night was Ruined. - The location is near many of the regular places we like to visit and the price was right. The bed in the room was very comfortable and our room appeared to be clean. One thing that stands out to me is that they cleaned the filters for the air conditioners which sounds like a small thing but places i have stayed all over the country have neglected this simple thing and it creates a bad experience. Once we had come back from being out all day I noticed a small black bug running on the surface of an end table. I figured it is like any other place and one is not an issue. The i went into the bathroom and saw a few more in the sink. Upon a quick scan of the other parts of the room I saw there were more of the same type of bug all over the furniture, etc. I went to the night manager who did not seem particularly surprised by this and she told me there were ants. I disagreed but either way, ants or not, why is my room full of them. She did give us another room to move to which was clean of any critters and we woke the next day and checked out and i mentioned this to the day manager and she was apologetic but apparently had no notification from the night staff that our original room appeared to have a bug issue. Will NEVER go back to that location. Photos added.
- Mary (7/5): This Inn was exactly liked the pictures and the description - We were able to walk to area restaurants and the harbor. n/a
- Lawrence (9/5): -
- Baldwin (7/5): - The chairs near the table in the room were too short for the table height and very uncomfortable.
- Kathie (8/5): -
- Samantha (9/5): - Great location and clean rooms! The walls were thin and other guests were really loud coming back late at night. Windows didn’t lock which was a little concerning.
- Andrew (8/5): -
- Emerson (1/5): Sketchy - The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything. There is a park at the back of the hotel and people are screaming randomly until 2am. I was awoke multiple times by people screeching in the park. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything. There is a park at the back of the hotel and people are screaming randomly until 2am. I was awoke multiple times by people screeching in the park is sounded as if they were directly next to my window.
- Rene (9/5): - Heater was noisy
- Brian (7/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Great location, good value, helpful staff. - Staff was efficient, customer friendly, and accommodating TV did not function properly.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Gloria (9/5): - Excellent location convenient to everything. Room was clean and like having the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
- Rodney (8/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): Great place for your money - Very convenient to get the ferry Whomever we dealt with stayed late until we got there seeing we were coming in after midnight. Very accommodating.
- Jillian Bianca (7/5): Cute little inn - This was a cute little inn in Hyannis. It was walking distance from the wharf and a few good restaurants. The room itself was quite big, and well-stocked. The windows look out into the hallway, and sometimes the curtain has gaps so people could potentially peek into your room.
- Welch (9/5): Great location close to the Cape Cod Central Railroad train! - Clean and nice smelling room. The smell of a room is what some people might think about but it is important to me and I loved the scent of this room it wasn't just a smell of being cleaned but a pleasant relaxing scent! 😊😁 Bed was a comfortable king also very important! I also was pleased that they listened when I requested ahead of our stay to have extra pillows on the bed! I would definitely stay there again! I didn't like that there was no heat source in the bathroom. It was a chilly night and morning so when we went to take a shower it was a bit uncomfortable getting undressed in a cold bathroom. The heater in the bedroom area worked great though! I would have liked some way to close the curtains with a clip though as seeing the windows faced the hallway and a back of a building. Also a danish or bagel would have been nice to have with the coffee. They don't serve breakfast but have the equipment to serve toast or bagels.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good location for downtown and Hyline Ferry Terminal (parking included) - Location to down town Hyannis and Hy-line ferry terminal.
Parking included Bathroom was a bit dated and shower continually dripped leaving the floor and door wet.
- Robert (5/5): Don't like - The staff was rude being watch The staff was rude being watch
- Linda (9/5): - The location was perfect...we could walk main street and nearby seafood restaurants...loved that.
The room was very very clean with a mini kitchen we did not realize was included in the room..2 burner stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Dishes and silverware and glasses and mugs all included...what a bonus!
Location was also quiet and the grounds were clean as well. Thete was even a laundry area with free washer and dryer!
We will definitely come back. We were very pleased with our experience overall.
- Vany (10/5): - I and my husband was surprised about the room! So beautiful and cozy! Nice and cllean! Fantastic! We didn't like the loud music coming from out side. Maybe from some bar.
- Diana (10/5): Great experience. Will plan to returning the future` - Loved the location; close to harbor, restaurants and ferry. Room was exactly like the pictures and very clean. Room was cleaned every day. AND there was free detergent in the laundry room. Great stay. Definetly recommending to family and friends no complaints whatsoever. Great stay. Keep up the great service
- Giacomo ji (10/5): Bravo! I would/will stay again. - Friendly staff; great location near to Main Street stores and restaurants; clean, modern decor, most specifically, the vinyl flooring instead of carpeting. Overall, very well done! The HDTV interface seemed most unuser friendly.
- john (10/5): Had a great time. Good value for money - It gives you a good size room with microwave and fridge in a great location Nothing - perfect
- Stark (10/5): Excellent. Best place we have ever stayed - Location, cleanliness, little kitchenette, washer dryer, they let you borrow boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs etc. staff was great too!!!! Very affordable. We liked everything
- Patricia (6/5): - Good location
Older facility
- Karen (7/5): - Clean and friendly staff Parking was tight.
- Scott (10/5): - Very clean room. The woman who checked us in was so very nice and informative.
- Ishay (10/5): - Parking was easy
- Yoav (6/5): Nice hotel but did not meet our expectations despite the good location. - We liked the quiet, the room was large, spacious and comfortable. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean, the kitchenette was not clean, everything was sticky, and it was not sufficiently equipped, the lamps on the dresser were dusty and we had to clean everything ourselves to make it more pleasant to stay in the room, the internet was weak and unstable, we had to wait for long minutes for hot water, we wanted to do laundry but were given up because the machine and dryer were old and not maintained and we preferred to forgo using them, the hotel is outdated and not properly maintained.
- C4972GJlarryb (10/5): Location - Location!! - We have been staying here for a few years and we love it! It is just a short walk to the Hyannis Harbor and the waterfront restaurants and the Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. It's also a short walk from Main Street Hyannis and the many, many restaurants and stores. By the way - there is the Ocean Street Deli, that is fantastic, and it's only 1/2 block away.
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are the friendliest and most accommodating people ever.
Having a mini-fridge, microwave and stove in the room really came in handy when we had left-overs from dinner the night before.
We will definitely return next year.
- jack (10/5): - The room was very comfortable especially the bed.
- Debbie (10/5): - Staff was extremely nice and informative. Easy walk to ferries. Would definitely stay again.
- Heather (7/5): Great location - Location is ideal and there is loads of free parking which is bonus in this area. We were able to park up prior to checking in and go for our lunch in the town until our room was ready.
The room was decent size and it had a good kitchen area and seating. Despite being on the ground floor you got almost no street/traffic noise at all. Our room seemed to back onto the lot of a telecom centre which meant it was super quiet at night.
Staff were great and super friendly. On checkout, we were able to leave our car while we visited the JFK museum (it was closed the day we arrived) and go for a look around the shops before leaving Hyannis.
Minimal noise from other rooms which was something we'd experienced throughout our 3-week road trip, even in some of the bigger fancier hotels.
The free laundry (washer/dryer/detergent) and the use of beach chairs, towels etc was so well appreciated!
Location again – it is so quick to walk to the ferry ports and harbour as well as along the main street. We can recommend
*Bread & Roses cafe (the french toast is delicious!) for breakfast and lunch (we went twice!) and it has a bookstore
*Anejo Mexican Bistro which does massive margaritas as well as the best tacos.
*Portside Tavern – it was quite a loud bar with the sport games on full volume (as well as annoying ads every two mins) but lobster rolls are lovely and reasonably priced compared to other places. They also do a really good salad & grains bowl called Harvest Bowl which was full of health and well tasty!
*Avoid Black Cat Tavern – we went for drinks later in evening and despite the patio at back being almost empty, the owner told us we could only sit at the bar. We pointed to loads of empty Adirondack chairs and he said they were people who were eating. Who sits on them for food? His attitude was quite unfriendly. We had one drink each and left, meanwhile the comfy seats sat empty. Very minor but the table in the room was too tall for the chairs, so you couldn't use it to eat or write. Sorry its such a small thing and everything else was great!
- Giacomo ji (10/5): -
- Jean (8/5): - An older property with needed renovations. Great staff with attention to cleanliness.
- Ann (8/5): -
- Michael E (8/5): - Nice location to Main St and the harbor
- Dave (7/5): -
- Anthony (8/5): Parking area - Parking area is a little narrow with cars on both sides making it difficult to park or leave
- 57Lulu (8/5): Reasonable hotel -convenient location - This hotel was very convenient to the harbor, ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as well as to Main Street Hyannis. We had a king room with kitchenette so we were able to have breakfast in the room or walk to a restaurant. Walkable to different types of restaurants so you don't need to move your car. The room itself was clean with daily cleaning service which was appreciated. Parking lot could be tight in high season. We'd stay here again.
- Maclean (10/5): -
- C Gita (8/5): - It was easy to get around and walk to the marina for the ferry. Excellent restaurants nearby and the staff was very friendly.
- Dawn (10/5): - A short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, museums, railroad, and to the ferry.

- Marc (10/5): - Great location central to activities and restaurants. Nice friendly staff. Shower water pressure superb!! We will stay again for sure!
- anthony (2/5): - The location was excellent! Close to many wonderful restaurants…
The room was old and worn. Ants on the kitchen counter, hole in the wall, crown molding was broken and hanging off, the bathroom screen was cut/worn, letting mosquitos in, and the tub shower grout was black and moldy looking…
- Gena Roberge (10/5): - Nice stay. Great location
- Donna (10/5): - Location to ferry and shops was ideal. Cute little spot
- marianna (10/5): - Seacoast inn is wonderful place to stay . It is located right by Main Street in Hyannis . Close to shops and many restaurants to choose from . Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. We definitely use this hotel next year . Third year in a row…
- Heather (10/5): - Awesome
- Brian (8/5): - Had to negotiate stairs to access room.
- Ryan (10/5): - Loved it!!
- Michael (8/5): - Was a nice cozy place to stay. We would stay there again. Was convenient to ferries , shopping and places to eat. The only problem was the plumbing. one day our water was very dingy and water in the vanity would not get hot.
- Audrey (8/5): - Great location, great pillows, older property.
- judith (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at SeaCoast Inn. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and the area was quiet. - Doreen (10/5): - Location was excellent. Easy walk to Hyannis Main Street for choice of many restaurants. Also close to the harbor for easy walking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower was very good!
- Dennis (5/5): - Room was spacious but needed major updating. Much of the grout in the bathroom was non-existant. Needs updating.
- John (8/5): Stayed here before , clean and pleasant. - good location to Hyannis docks. Nothing.
- Debbie (9/5): great little motel - friendly, comfortable and location was great - location was great - 5 min walk to main street with bars, restaurants and shops. Mini Marts within 10 min walk. Ferries 15 min walk
- Shannon (10/5): - We loved our stay and look forward to returning again!
This was such a great treasure to find.
- Peter (10/5): - A very nice place to stay right in the middle of town. A short walk to the ferry and restaurants.
- Judy (10/5): - Clean
- Jordan (6/5): Seacoast Inn - The accomodations were fine aside from ants in the room. The staff made the check out process inconvienent and they became loud and rude at one point when I requested a receipt. At the time of this writing, I still have not received my receipt
- gilbert (10/5): - Clean room very nice staff. Easy parking and convenient to the islands ferries.
- Calvin Trice (3/5): - The bed It was musty, hope it wasn't mold

- Kenneth (8/5): - Excellent location for the ferry and as a base to explore the areA
- Donald (10/5): - Comfortable bed and good water pressure.
Thanks
- karen (4/5): - The room appeared to be nice at first glance. however there was a very strong moldy smell. The floor of the shower moved around and was not stable. We left a bag of nuts on the counter after opening and within a few minutes there were tons of ants all over it. We stayed in Hyannis to be close to the ferries to MV and Nantucket but I would never stay in that area again. It is run down and sketchy, especially the downtown area. There are a couple better looking hotels by the waterfront.
- Marcie (8/5): - The property backed up to a park that was open all night. This led to a lot of noice on a summer night. Otherwise, the property was very clean and very convenient to the ferry terminal.
- SERGEY VINNIKOV (10/5): - Отличный отель. У нас была своя кухня, все кухонные принадлежности, большая удобная кровать. Все было чисто. Персонал был вежлив.
- Nell (10/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but would stay again. Some areas need updating and the remote for the tv was problematic for some reason but overall everything was fine.
- Chris (6/5): -
- Geraldine (8/5): -
- Kelsey (10/5): - This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and we’ll keep coming back!! It’s SO convenient to Main St and all the fun bars / restaurants / shopping, super walkable. The staff is always incredibly nice and helpful, parking lot is safe, rooms are big and have a little kitchenette. Not incredibly modern, but still very clean and great for the price!
- Alcides (10/5): Excellent!!! - Nice, clean and close to everything N/A
- Naveen (10/5): - This is my 6th stay at Seacoast Inn and it never disappoints! Clean rooms, perfect location near the harbor and Main Street, and the friendliest staff. Always my first choice in Hyannis!!
- David (8/5): - Nice spot….could use an upgrade….but just fine
- YO (10/5): - ボストンから近く、また是非行きたい
- Michael (9/5): Always a great, quick stopover en route to Nantucket - Location close to the ferry N/a
- Helen (8/5): Great location, comfy room - Excellent location, a few blocks walking to the harbor, and a few blocks to Main St. And, it was quiet.
Comfortable bed and a good shower. kitchenette was minimally equipped - no napkins, paper towel, nor a dish towel, sharp knife, salt, and pepper. We guessed you’re not supposed to eat there.
The internet was almost not there; difficulty logging in, lost signal constantly. If you don’t need to use it, no problem, or use a wifi hot spot. And, we suggested rebooting the router, but that didn’t work.
- Ellen (8/5): -
- Morgan (8/5): Amazing location & accessibility! - Excellent location. Walking distance to anywhere in town and to the harbor. Comfortable room with unexpected kitchenette. Internet connection could have been better, but overall, we were pleased. We will be back!
- John (10/5): - Helpful receptionist
clean room
plenty of good towels
easy parking
The best is its convenient location to the harbor
- John (10/5): - Nice room with a kitchenette. Great bed, very clean everywhere. Staff (especially lady manager) was very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the Comcast cable which was not very reliable but all in all a very pleasant stay.
