Would’ve been nice to take full advantage of the kitchen space but no kitchen items are pro - Was nice to have a full size fridge, kitchen sink and counter space. With it being an extended stay hotel, it would’ve been nice if plates, glasses, utensils, ect. Were included in the room. When these items aren’t in the room it defeats the purpose of the extended stay. Especially with this hotel not having a continental breakfast would’ve been nice to be able to fry up some eggs in the morning.

• Seffens (9/5): Comfortable, safe, and easy to come and go. - I liked the comfort of the room and the friendly staff - plus, the free coffee downstairs is a huge plus to me. I had zero issues and did not require anything extra. Utensils in the room would have been nice. Also, I would love a fitness room. Breakfast could be nice, but not needed since there is a full kitchen.

• Jerald (7/5): Extended stay with everything you need. - I didn't realize it was an extended stay, so it had facilities that other motels wouldn't, which was nice. Very clean. Room and bathroom was equipped with everything you needed. Worked out pretty well. There were no cooking utensils, I did inquire about that and apparently you are expected to bring your own.

• mavrik (10/5): I should gatekeep this hotel but I cannot. - Great place to stay with the right price. You get a clean room with good storage, a full size fridge and microwave, and a dual burner stovetop, all for the same price of other hotels. You don’t get breakfast, a fitness room, or pool; which eliminates many noisy travelers from the building. If you don’t require those, you get a place that feels close to a home and I quiet cozy building. Stayed there 7 days now in two clean rooms and haven’t been bothered while trying to sleep once. Got to cook steak and pork chops in my room as well. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to share. My new favorite place to stay by far.

• Emily (2/5): - While the check in area and room never appeared “dirty” per se, but the smells…wow - it was so bad we left without unpacking (of course they wouldn’t refund any money!!) The beds are about a foot off the floor and are either extremely worn or are used beds!!! Don’t even get me started on the other unsavory characters staying at this long stay hotel. I would swear they were cooking Meth in there or they were cooking socks.. Hence the smells.

Numerous events scheduled for the weekend and had to book another place last minute and pay a higher price. No help was provided to solve the issue.

We arrived at 9 in the evening so our room was only going to be used for a little tv watching and a good nights rest and the room was perfect for that!

• Guðrún (8/5): comfortable, peaceful and clean - the room was comfortable. The staff was so friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. It was a nice and good place to stay as I was going on the train the next day. there was a kitchen but not a single pot, plate or cutlery. There was nothing close by to do or see. My plans changed and I had to stay an extra night and did not have a car so I did not get to see anything of the city.

When we arrived they told us the room was not ready and they didn’t know when it would be, maybe an hour they said. We were in town for a concert and were planning on arriving at 3 so that we had enough time to get ready and not be in a rush. Because we couldn’t get in at 3, we had to sit in the parking lot and wait, then rush to get ready when we got the room. I know that it isn’t that staff’s fault, but it was just frustrating and stressful.

• jech0202 (4/5): Understaffed - Understaffed. Went to attend a concert. The second room is not ready until like 5:30 or 6 pm. When i am paying 300 plus for a hotel, should be ready to go. Was compensated with crappy, disgusting frozen meals.

Our room had a massive cobweb in the corner that looked like it was there for quite some time, not to mention the dirt on the sheets once you start to actually move them around. Not happy with what I paid for this at all.
