- A1161PQaf (10/5): All around great customer service - The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms and common spaces were clean and fun for our group of teenage boys - pool, rec room,touch football outside! The highlight for me personally was the help the hotel reservations manager, CyndiLou, provided in clearing up a reservation confusion for us. She did so with incredible professionalism and care for our concern and family. Highly rated customer service!

Bed was comfy and room was clean. Set up of room was a bit strange. Furniture didn't make a lot of sense for our needs. TV mounted on wall in a bit of an awkward place, closet was awkward to get in and out of from either bathroom or kitchen area. We tried eating at the table pulled out from the desk but the room layout was awkward enough that it was hard to make for comfortable seating at table for two. Would have been preferable to have a simple round table and two chairs near the window than this stuff your corporate folks deemed so cool. Cubbies, cabinets, but no drawers! Finally, I MISS BATHTUBS.

- _warldtravelor1_ (8/5): Friendly Staff - I enjoyed my stay at Towneplace Suites. This was my first time at a Towneplace and I liked the set-up of a kitchenette, bathroom and beds. I found the room quite spacious and the price really wasn’t bad. Breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even guiding us to restaurants in the area. My only con was the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The front desk explained it isn’t necessary cleaned regularly, which many hotels are doing now, but in general I prefer my room cleaned daily. Overall, you get bang for your buck at Towneplace.

- Jenifer (6/5): Minor complaints. - We were there for 4 nights. After our third day we asked for fresh towels and removal of trash. Did not occur. When we mentioned to front desk was told no staff because NYE day. But we did see cleaning lady in our hallway???? Also had to wait for front desk staff when checking at 9pm after 6 hours on road. Not pleased.
- Cruz (10/5): Exceptional - I like the location and the cleanliness of the facility When I arrived to check in I gave the person that was on the shift my booking number and he told me there was nothing for me after I insisted for him to look and confirmed with him that I was in the right location after I said I wasn't leaving because I paid to stay at this location he further investigated and found that he was wrong even though I was showing him proof of my confirmation number I felt very uncomfortable like if he didn't want to find my reservation so I wouldn't stay there it was not a good feeling for me and my daughter

- Relax48962447919 (10/5): Family hotel with wonderful clean service - Visited Harrisburg for family wedding and my first time at Towneplace suites, which was excellent. Very clean place in a quiet location. Debbie at the front desk was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We really appreciated having a full kitchen with refrigerator stove top, and microwave. Morning breakfast buffet was just as advertised with very courteous service and clean. Would highly recommend

- Tiffany (10/5): Excellent, will always look for Marriot TownePlace - The room is honestly spacious with a large kitchenette and a nearly full size table, that doubles as a desk. They could use some memory foam pillows, their pillows are soft and hollow. The beds are very comfortable and the entire hotel is very clean. This is probably your best choice anywhere, it’s a very well appointed hotel with excellent staff. More importantly the room has excellent noise insulation as I didn’t hear anything all night.

- RN2B8914 (10/5): Nice hotel in a great area - I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a small top stove, and even pots and pans to use. Continental breakfast was actually really good each morning. Hot and plentiful. Staff was friendly (except for whomever answered the phone when I had a problem with my bill was not so friendly). There were some charges on my bill that was inaccurately charged and the charges was taken care of very promptly. The hotel is in a very nice, quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

- Warren (8/5): Relaxing Stay, Clean Hotel - Really clean room and common areas. The staff was attentive and eager to help. There was a boil water notice when arrived, so there wasn’t any coffee available the next morning.
- Ham (10/5): Exceptional - Even though it was a single room with 2 beds, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchenette was great and we loved having the big refrigerator. The beds we're also super comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a fan in the bathroom.
- Taisha (8/5): - Friendly Staff, Clean Room, decent breakfast, quiet, lots of storage in the Studio King Bed suite room. It's perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Two adults, two small children. Location is near many restaurants, shopping, like 6mins away or closer, 30mins from Hershey Park. 6mins from Pennsylvania Bakery, which was amazing, it's a must go. Italian restaurant in front/side of hotel was really good, seasoned food. Overall, would stay here again.
