- silvia (8/5): Lovely stay in Pisa! Easy and comfortable - First time as a family to stay in a hostel. Kids loved it esp the games in the common room. We had a private room with bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were nice and helpful. Felt very safe. Very close to the station, we could even get all from the airport about a 15min walk. We also walked to the leaning tower which was about 20mins. We could leave our luggage there after we checked out for €3 a bag which was quite reasonable. Haven’t stayed in a hostel for a very long time so was surprised we had to purchase towels. Other than that was a great overnight stay in Pisa.

- Nayeli Areli (9/5): Buen sitio - El lugar está cerca de la estación de tren y es fácil llegar a pie. El personal es muy amable y eficiente y habla muy bien inglés, español e italiano. La habitación estaba limpia y dispone de lockers para guardar una mochila, quizás una maleta de 10 kg (no incluye el candado, si no llevas puedes comprar uno en recepción por 4 euros). El baño es amplio y es compartido solo con las personas que estan dentro de la misma habitación. La cama era muy incómoda, podía sentir el soporte central de la base y no pude dormir muy bien.

You have to pay for everything on top of the price of the night: - 2€ city tax (it's not mentioned on booking, it's ln top of the price) - 3€ to store your luggage - 7€ washing machine + 7€ dryer You should bring a towel and a locker or pay for it there.

The hostel was clean especially because I was afraid of the sanitary conditions of the bathroom. Firstly the beds are really squeaky and not steady enough and I feared falling from the top bunk.

- Pascal (1/5): Une de mes pires expériences en auberge de jeunesse !!! - Le personnel et l'emplacement (proche de la gare). J'ai réservé en tenant compte du prix, et sans regarder les commentaires, ce que j'aurais dû faire, afin de savoir où je mettais les pieds. Je n'avais pas d'attentes particulières en matière de confort, et de ce côté-là, c'était basique mais correct compte tenu du prix. Par contre, je ne recommande pas de séjourner dans cet établissement, à moins que vous vouliez gâcher votre séjour à Pise. Premièrement, et c'est mon motif principal de mécontentement, j'ai dû m'acquitter en arrivant de la taxe de séjour de 2 euros par nuit (j'avais réservé pour 2 nuits), alors que lors du paiement pour cette réservation, il était indiqué sur Booking que le tarif était taxes et frais compris. J'ai essayé d'expliquer cela à la fille de la réception qui m'a donné une explication très fumeuse, remettant la faute sur Booking. J'ai parlé le lendemain matin au patron de l'établissement qui a d'abord prétendu que j'avais mal lu ce qui était écrit sur la confirmation de réservation. Lorsque je lui ai montré celle-ci, il a dit qu'il allait contacter Booking, mais sans résultat évidemment. Au passage, je n'ai pas du tout apprécié de ne pas pouvoir payer cette taxe en espèces, sous prétexte que l'établissement ne les accepte pas. Autre motif de mécontentement, le petit déjeuner. Payer 4 euros pour un café et un vulgaire croissant, c'est presque le double de ce que ça coûte en ville... Enfin, quand vous voyez que tout est payant, de la serviette de bain aux produits de toilette, en passant par le casier où laisser son bagage (une honte, j'ai dû faire le check out après la 1ère nuit, vu que j'avais réservé la 2ème dans un autre dortoir, et il fallait que je paie pour laisser mon bagage alors que je restais dans le même établissement), vous comprenez que vous êtes tombés dans une usine à touristes et que vous êtes vus uniquement comme une vache à traire. Ecoeurant. A fuir absolument !

Insgesamt sauberes Zimmer und cooler Schnitt, wie halbe Pyramide. Es könnte ein Schild mit Bitte um Verriegelung in der Toilette angebracht werden, das hat meine Mitbewohnerin leider nicht beachtet. Gepäck konnte nur gegen Gebühr gelagert werden.

Auberge extrêmement bruyante, les murs ne sont pas isolés, des personnes jouaient de la batterie et faisaient beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à minuit, le personnel ne dit rien. Il y a la gare juste à côté et une route très passante. Cest extrêmement bruyant. Les équipements sont vétustes et pas propre du tout. Le lit n'est pas confortable. L'auberge est à 30 min à pied du centre de Pise. Si l'on veut déposer notre bagage plus tôt ils font payer. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette auberge.

- Dmytro (1/5): - Terrible service and absurd rules. We stayed here for only 4 hours with a 6-year-old child and paid an enormous amount — €143. Because we were traveling with a child, we were forced to book an entire 6-bed dormitory, as the management refused any alternatives (like a double room or booking just three separate beds). The most absurd part: even though we paid for the entire room, we were strictly forbidden from touching the "extra" beds, with threats of an additional €20 fine for each. It’s ridiculous — you pay for the whole room but are still restricted in how you use the space. The administration was completely unhelpful, refusing to cancel the reservation or find any compromise. I strongly advise against staying here; for this kind of money, you can find a proper hotel with decent service.

- Viola (9/5): - Dovevo prendere un aereo molto presto la mattina e quindi ho scelto di passare la notte in questo ostello, la cui posizione è ottima: a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a un quarto d’ora a piedi dall’aeroporto. Viaggiando da sola ho scelto un letto in una stanza femminile e mi sono trovata benissimo. La reception è aperta 24/7 e tutte le persone sono state molto gentili. Molto consigliato.

's Avonds zijn er cocktails en 's ochtends kun je hier prima ontbijten, ook in het tuintje achter aan de lange tafels. Er is een gezellige sfeer. Dit was mijn eerste keer alleen in een hostel, en het was een prima ervaring. Ik sliep er 1 nacht. Beddenbodem is voelbaar door het matras heen, maar kon desondanks slapen. Hygiëne op de badkamer laat te wensen over, het is verouderd. Maar voor een hostel alsnog acceptabel. Kleine kamer voor 6 dames.

The booking contract states that you must show your ID and a letter of credit. The word has a different meaning. I accepted the terms and conditions on Booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel they imposed other conditions, saying that if I didn't accept them, they would refund the price I had paid and I would have to go to another hotel. I arrived at 11:20 PM.

A cama é extremamente desconfortável, todos os colchões do quarto que me hospedei, eram velhos e completamente gastos, finos e curvados. Dormi mal as 3 noites que passei lá. As meninas que ficaram no meu quarto. Acharam o mesmo. Venderam diária com café da manhã, mas não explicaram que era colazione italiana com uma bebida quente e um corneto apenas.
