Es un cuarto pequeño con vista a unos matorrales. aparentemente el cuarto de la foto solo se lo dan a extranjeros. El jardin estaba lleno de orugas, mariposas y pajaritos, una belleza Las habitaciones son muy estrechas y mal mantenidas. Nos cambiaron de habitacion por que habia problemas con el aire acondicionado. Despues tuvimos problemas con la llave de la ducha (agua caliente no cerraba y caia agua sin usarse). Adicionalmente, me pareció de mal gusto que nos cobraran $2,5 por usar 1 hr la piscina un poco antes del check in. Tampoco avisaron antes, avisaron una vez que ya habíamos usado la piscina. Y por ultimo, el desayuno me parece muy malo en relacion al precio que se cobra por habitacion. Poca variedad. Solo fritura y masas. Seria bueno incorporar fruta fresca, yogurt, mas variedad

Hay que revisar la tubería de la tina del baño, demora mucho en vaciar. La, puerta de la habitación debe contar con mayor seguridad, se estremece con facilidad.

• Ochoa (1/5): - Soy una persona con movilidad reducida, en la reserva solicitamos una habitación que fuera amigable a nuestra llegada nos han dado la peor habitación que tenían pequeña no cabía la silla de ruedas, no había una persona a quien hablar sobre el tema en la noche, al día siguiente quisimos hablar al respecto y el encargado que más bien me parece que er el dueño pero por no querer hacer frente a la situación nos dijo que era el encargado que el no podría hacer nada de nada, ni siquiera el descuento de senadias fue el justo, según el trato pero lo que trato fue reparando con Dos hojaldres gratis o proporcionándonos una habitación que desocupan a la 1 de la tarde para que pudiera hacer mis necesidades básicas porque no estoy pude hacer en la habitación que nos dieron. Hago la observación de que está solicitud se hizo previo en la reserva. La habitación incómoda sucia con un olor a humo de cigarrillo y las sábanas llenas de polvo. No podíamos pedir la devolución porque no había quien nos atendiera. Lo único bueno fue el desayuno, del resto Nada. La disponibilidad de la habitación y la poca empatía del disque encargado

Jardin grand et agréable. Seul endroit de la résidence entretenu. Le chat :-) En résumé, je confirme l'ensemble des points négatifs que l'on peut lire sur les autres avis. Hôtel tenu par la famille Adams...:-) S'apparente presque à un hôtel hanté avec l'ambiance le soir. Seulement trois chambres louées en notre présence. Accueil froid et peu agréable. Entretien des lieux globalement pas fait. Absence de nettoyage de la chambre entre les nuitées. Chambre sale, moisissure douche, cheveux sur les lits, nettoyage WC pas clean, parties communes non balayées. Délabrement des lieux : faïence cassée, vieille SDB, carrelage piscine absent, lumière dans piscine ôtée et présence des fils électriques dans l'eau.... Les arbres tapaient sur la toiture avec le vent la nuit. Sommeil plus que perturbé. L'équipe présente n'est pas la plus dynamique ! Et ne fait pas beaucoup d'efforts

Paintings were damaged and I could hear noise from outside in the bedroom. The TV was small and with no apps to watch films. Internet was poor.
• Kris (3/5): Too expensive for what you get - Check-in was possible late at night, which I really appreciated, and communication through WhatsApp was easy and convenient. I was quite disappointed with my stay. The outside part of another room’s split AC was right in front of my window, and even though I turned my own AC off, it was extremely loud all night, making it hard to sleep. On top of that, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room, which made things even more uncomfortable. The outside lights at night also felt strange and a bit unsettling. Wasn’t able to lock my room from the outside. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all.

Phone numbers are posted at the front desk in case you need to reach them after hours and you never get anyone. Size of the room. Rooms were too old. Employees are not really knowledgeable. Impossible to join anybody in case of an emergency. They do not answer their phone after hours.

• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - It had a beautiful garden and pool, the breakfast was okay and the lady serving breakfast was really friendly. We had a lot of ants in our room and we noticed there were food wrappers under the bed that was probably attracting them. Quite far from town, this was okay for the evenings but when we did a hike it added on quite a lot to our walks. We didn’t have a car, this place would be more suitable if you have a car or bike.

No laundry facilities, bad when i planned this hotel for that purpose. Nice gardens and pool but the rest of the facility is old. Only 8-minute walk to lots of restaurants.

Although breakfast was included, but only 1 small cup of coffee was given and no refills, ran out of bread on breakfast with no apologies. The lady Manager was very unwelcoming. The only person that stood out was Emelee who at least smiled & was very helpful. The restaurant hours were clearly displayed open till 9 pm but when we arrived for dinner all the reception n restaurant was closed (apparently they close at 7 pm)

• Okegs (2/5): Restaurant is not worth visiting - We were staying at a different hotel and decided to try the Peruvian food at this hotel. We were far from impressed. Service was poor despite no one being there. I'm not sure that there was pisco in the pisco sours, and much of what was advertised on their website is not on their menu. The whole fish must have been the skinniest fish they could find, we did not stay for dessert.
