The pool was a little cold and had too many chemicals, it burned the kids eyes. The floor in the room underneath the air conditioner was very wet. There were not enough towels or bedding for the pullout couch. The shower was either dirty or stained upon arrival, otherwise the room was clean. The staff gave my kids snacks and were very kind and the breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

Duane (10/5): - My wife and I traveled together and we stayed three nights. The hotel was fine, but it's isolated. There's nearby Taco Bell, but it was the dirtiest Taco Bell we've ever visited. The tables and chairs were sticky, and there were discarded paper products on the floor -- and that was our first night at the hotel. For our second night, we crossed the road to the east and ate a pizza -- it was fine.

Noe (4/5): - Staff was hit or miss. Some were friendly and some refused to give us pool towels or room towels even though we were standing in the lobby with 2 wet kids and we’re staying for 3 days. They said we were allowed 4 towels for our whole stay with 4 guests in 1 room. That’s ridiculous. Buy more towels if it’s such a big deal or don’t charge so much. A few control freaks working for how expensive it was.

There are 2 fast food restaurants and a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The king room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Rosemarie (6/5): - My husband was in a wheel chair and could not get in and out of the tub/shower and I had asked for a walk in shower. House keeping only cleaned and restocked every other day and when we first arrived. The coffee maker was not stocked and I had to call down. Also the iron in our room did not work and I asked for a new one and didn’t get it in time. I was very disappointed in Marriott because of all that went wrong. The one nice thing was the check in associate was very good and friendly enjoyed every time we came back in the evening to her smile and greeting and I needed that because we were visiting our daughter who had just gotten a liver transplant and I wanted a good stay.

Jeanette (6/5): Okay stay, pool was awful - The hotel was fine, nicely decorated and kept up, and the continental breakfast was good. However, the pool was very cloudy and stinky and the staff did nothing to address it the 4 days we were there, even after we commented on it the very first night. After reading other reviews, we realized it may have been an ongoing problem for months. At least we could use the hot tub a couple times. Also, when we asked for sheets for the sofa bed, we had to ask a second time for blankets for that bed. The sofa bed mattress was one of the least comfortable we've ever slept on. Overall, the stay was okay.

Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and well accommodated. Which was to be expected for the relatively larger price in comparison to area hotels.

Mark (4/5): - We stayed two nights in a King suite. Breakfast was great. Desk Clerk was nice. But...when we arrived, our bathroom had no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers. We had to go back down and ask for some at the front desk. Isn't housekeeping supposed to do that when they prepare a room? We also needed to use the hide-a-bed in the room and there were no linens, blanket or pillow.We had to go get those from the front desk too. When we came in from being gone all day, our room had not been touched....no clean towels, no made up bed...NOTHING. When we mentioned this to the desk Clerk upon our departure, she told us that it's Marriott's policy to only clean your room every other day. So I paid $170 a night and got no housekeeping service and had to fetch my own things...WOW. What ever happened to customer service?

Shower was low entry (not level entry) and had no grab bars. Kept bumping into the furniture, etc. because of the narrow nature of the room.

David (4/5): Nice but no accessible room at this inn.... - Room was NOT an "accessible" room, even though hotels.com stated those were available. Fairfield claims hotels.com didn not forward that info along. I've booked with hotels.com many times with accessible rooms requested - info has always been forwarded. Staff was good, tried to accomodate with king accessible room, but we needed twin beds, so that did not solve problem. Actually checked out of a multiple night stay after 1 night (and paid for the room in full), to find another hotel that fit our needs better, obviously accessibility is more important than $$ in this case. Breakfast was fantastic, nice selection. Pool was tiny. Would have given 5 stars if accessible room, but since it wasn't, how do you rate a hotel if the number one most important thing about the room isn't fufilled?

Hershel (8/5): - The breakfast was pretty OK, very limited but OK. Food and drink were good. Rooms seemed to be clean. Repairs on the shower seemed to have been done by an amateur...pretty sloppy. Shower floor was cracked.
Robin (10/5): - Easy peasy check in with Paula. My room was clean!! Bed was comfy!!! We used the conference room for a bit for our large family gathering. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
Abby (10/5): - Great room! Very large and very clean. Also very quiet.
Nyla (10/5): - Clean room, comfortable bed. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was fun for our daughter. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus-eggs, sausage, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, and microwave sausage biscuits. The host at the front desk greeted us kindly. We liked McDonalds and Taco Bell being close. It’s feels like a new hotel. Great price. We will stay again.

NANCY (8/5): Good hotel. - Good hotel, very roomy. While there is a Taco Bell and McDonalds very close by, no other food options within walking distance.

KATHLEEN (2/5): - Previous reviews mentioned smells and a dirty pool. It was evident from the minute we walked in that the lobby smelled of mold or mildew. The 3rd floor also smelled. Our room was acceptable. If you have children or anyone with respiratory problems, this is probably not where you want to stay. Also the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. The smell was so overwhelming and the pool so dirty that it is impossible to review anything else about this property.

Brenda (6/5): Horrible Breakfast - They were extremely friendly and the rooms are great. Pool was extremely cold and the breakfast was basically just cereal and Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits that you had to warm in the microwave. For the price of this room - and considering the location - the breakfast should have been way better.

Stephen (8/5): - The front desk was not friendly. Seemed bothered when you checked in. The pool had some sort of film on top of it. Definitely wouldn’t get in there. Our bathroom was in rough shape including mole in the shower, Wall paper coming off, the toilet ran constantly until you lifted the lid and fixed that. We had one day of room cleaning for our 3 day stay and it was after our first night. Not certain what there norm is but we need to get over that. I think we would probably stay elsewhere. We have stayed years ago and it’s a newer hotel but it’s in rough shape.
