It left our children's hair smelling like chlorine for over a week despite using shampoo made to remove chlorine. No stopper in the tub, so we could shower but no bath.

- Cynthia (7/5): - The location was perfect for us. When we arrived, there was a power outage in the area. The staff was great getting us in a room and dealing with the issue. They kept us updated about timing for power returning. The room was clean and very nice. We didn't use the kitchen area, but it was very clean and had great space. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get to sleep. We were on the 4th (top) floor. Throughout the night there was a loud noise directly above us like an engine starting. The noise continued throughout the night. We also had an issue with the "night light" in the sink area of the bathroom. It was very bright, and there was no door to close it off, and the light was not removable. We did our best to cover it with towels to try to dim it. If we stay there again I would ask to not be put on the top floor and would bring something to cover the night light.
- Kate (6/5): It was OK! The outdoor spaces were a fun perk! - We enjoyed the breakfast and outdoor areas (basketball, ping pong, etc). The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were also very nice. The front desk staff were OK, but not super welcoming. When we arrived in our room, the lights in the living room and kitchen portion of our room didn't work. We contacted the front desk and were given directions on how to flip a switch on the breaker in the room. This was weird and not really acceptable for a hotel to ask guests to flip a switch in the breaker panel. (It was not just our room, another family checked in at the same time a few doors down and had to do the same thing). One of the lights in the pool was broken and floating in the pool, but still attached to the inside wall of the pool. This gave me a little concern about the safety of the pool. The pool was also a little cloudy and there were no towels when we arrived. The couch, decorative pillows and fake leather covered ottoman in our room were worn and dirty. They need to be steam cleaned and/or replaced.

I showed up and upon checking in, was told that my booking was not in their system and they have 2 weddings with zero availability. But I had a confirmation number from Booking.com and was charged over $500.00. It was a frustrating/disappointing moment, & NO one could help me. After 2hrs of helping myself, I called around & found a hotel on my own, not too far away and spend over another $500.00 just to have a place to sleep.
- Robert (10/5): A very comfortable and peaceful stay close to the NJ Turnpike. - The room I had was designed for a longer stay, with a sofa bed, full kitchen and lots of room. Great bed and pillows, quiet, black out curtain, etc. Definitely a couple of notches above most places along the NJ Turnpike exits 5-8 or so, and really no more expensive. Although I didn’t have time to take advantage, there is a nice looking pool and fitness center as well. No complaints!

- Mahinour (10/5): Loved my stay - Everything was perferct, the room size, cleanliness, the food during breakfast, coffee... We even enjoyed the pool and I loved the outdoor area, very relaxing. No shuttle service, transportation in general around the hotel was hard.

The size of the pool I thought it would be bigger than this.

- Kenneth (8/5): - The hotel property was beautiful, a lot for the kids to do- basketball, golf, swim. The gardens are pretty and nice to explore. A lot of outside seating and fire pits. The breakfast was wonderful- great options and the women running the breakfast kept everything clean and the food full. The only issues I had were with the actual room- the first room I was given had some mold in the bathroom, coming with kids that needed to shower I had to ask for another room so we didn’t breath it in. The second room still had mold but not as much, and the room smelt like animals. One of my kids is allergic to animal fur and we just pushed through the smell but by the next morning I regretted not saying something again. We were given a room right next to an exterior door so I’m guessing that one is used for people traveling with pets. Some pet scratches on the couch and scratches at the door. If I didn’t have kids traveling with me I definitely wouldn’t have minded, bedding was nice, comfy and clean and quiet building.

- Michele (8/5): - We booked a 3 night stay in a double queen suite. Having a kitchenette, table and separate living room was an added comfort. After touring the Six Flags parks during the day, we were able to come home and play board games while eating dinner with the kids at night. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. There were walking gardens, a firepit, a covered grill area and outdoor activities, like cornhole and putting greens. The pool was open late which was a nice option for families that visited the parks during the day. Breakfast was delicious with a different menu every morning. And the staff…they were amazing. Our only complaint was that you could not connect a gaming console to the internet and the TVs were a little outdated. Our favorite part of the hotels offerings, the managers reception. They served appetizers and beverages for all hotel guests in the lobby. The atmosphere was uplifting and cozy, you felt at home. It was truly a great experience. Thank you to the staff for helping to make this trip a wonderful family vacation.
