- Verified traveler (2/5): Could be your last resort to stay.. =( - It's a last minute booking due to the crazy jam in causeway.. But the rooms were very old fashioned & Basic. The room seem to be vacant for long time. It's dusty. And my room mate got a bed bug bite afterwhich.. =(

- Siti Farah binti (10/5): Good budget hotel - It such a great budget hotel. The staff was kind, the room was good, really comfort as I travel alone. Really love it.
- Yan (10/5): Near to the Malls, durian stalls nearby. - Great stay. Near Malls and so within walking distance. Near to durian stalls. Durians and coconuts fresh good and value for money. Rooms are comfortable. No kettle in the room but there is water cooler at the corridor. No fridge in the room. Water sprayer in one of the toilet has no sprayer head so it is not useful and hotel just need to fix up a small inconvenience. We were given pre-printed Hotel wifi password with a dash between numbers which will render password invalid. I Guess that guests will have to call reception to find this out. This is the only small inconvenience in the midst of a great one night stay in 2 rooms for a family of four. Thanks!
- Dickson (2/5): Stay far far away! - Went there last night after making a booking online. Overall terrible experience, and I'm a very easy person to please. I need internet, I need a clean room, and I need to know all the charges upfront. This place failed on all three. Internet failed to work the whole time, staff just said it was normal and need to wait a few days until Monday. Room was dirty, the previous guests hair and skin all around the bed. When I left they said they have additional charges that they forgot to tell me about, I didn't even bother disputing anymore. I told them I was disappointed with everything, the staff have no reaction. Bad place, just stay away.

- JEREMY (8/5): Small room but clean and comfortable.. - Gotten free upgrage to king size bed which is great but the room, while clean and comfortable, is very relatively small. Nevertheless, it's great for travellers on the go whom just needed comfortable bed to rest for a night.
- Joan (6/5): Hotel with no service standard - The room is filled with smoke smell which I had already requested not to have one (luckily the lady staff is good enough to lend us an air purifier). Our room card was not able to used once and we had to go to desk to 'activate' it. Apparently, cleaner didn't sweep floor or clean properly, there is toothpaste cap was on the floor. Most importantly, I showered halfway, and realised the cleaner did not refill the soap! We tried to call the desk staff, he was chatting with the security guard outside and we tried numerous times, he finally picks up but the hotel phone is spoilt(he cannot listen to what we say). The staff passed us the soap and said the wrong colour to use as soap and then after that say soap and shampoo is the same(Not sure if he don't admit his mistake or the soap and shampoo is the same, but if that's the case, why is there 2 slots to fill in the toilet for soap and shampoo)

- Verified traveler (8/5): Friendly receptionist clean room - Dont expect much for a budget hotel. Friendly receptionist and converse well in English. Hotel room was clean and bedsheets smell nice. Basic necessities are there. A hotel for u to sleep and bath. It’s a last minute booking, thus left the last room for double single. Overall experience not too bad.
- Fakhrul amin (4/5): - The 3 adult guess i actually for two. And i agree to add extra bed at additional cost abd when i arrived guess what, they forgot to put extra bed and give excuse that no staff work after 4pm anymore.
- Jane (8/5): Great Location - I booked this hotel for a friend from Indonesia - a couple with a teenage daughter. They like the hotel very much. Hotel staff is friendly and help them to book transport to Lego Land and to Jetty for their ferry back to Indonesia. They find it convenient for shopping and for food. They love the hotel and said they will recommend it to their friends back home.

- Emily (8/5): Convinient hotel with excellent service - The hotel have a very convinient location to find delicious food despite the hotel not providing breakfast. It is also very near giant, tesco and aeon shopping mall. The room cleaniness was better than expected however they only provide the very basic facilities. The staffs were all very friendly and polite. The only critic i have for this hotel is the lack of hooks/shelfs to hang clothes while showering, other than that, everything else is excellent for such a good price. 10/10 would stay here again👍
- CC (10/5): Nice hotel with good price - Rooms are small but very clean. Convinient to Mall and many restaurant around the hotel. They also allow early check in if room are available.
- Aisyah (8/5): Be careful when using the IRON - I stayed in a queen-bed room with a family member. Overall it was good. The room facilities to us are adequate. The bathroom is spacious, and the water were not too hot nor too cold. The only complaints I had was the iron facility. I burned my clothes while using it, even when I had adjust it to the minimum heat. I just hope they can change it to steam iron. If they think it might be subjected to theft, you can chain it to the wall, similar to what I had seen while in college. Because it is the only clothes I brought to attend a wedding, it became quite a bad experience while staying there. Other than that, every else was ok and up to our expectation.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Great loction. Mouldy smell. - Great Location. New hotel. No Breakfast. Very basic room. No window, can feel cramped. Most rooms are small. Ventilation problem. Walkway and most rooms have mouldy smell. Non-smoking rooms, but previous occupier smoked in the room, leaving strong cigarette smell in the room even after housekeeping. Not suitable for people with asthma. Water heater is hard to adjust. Very hot water. Better not to switch it on. Aircon is very cold. Need blankets. Wake up a few times to adjust aircon.

- Koh (8/5): Hotel is walking distance to Aeon Mall, Tesco - Walking distance to each of these malls but need to watch for cars as there is a lack of pedestrian walkways. Booked 2 rooms that were generally clean. We were checked into one where the room had not been cleaned. The front desk set the housekeeper to work right away.
- Benson (10/5): Great Stay at Princeton Hotel - Stayed in the family room for a night. Very decent hotel for the price ($70 a night). Very clean room and comfortable beds, pillows a bit soft and thin but can ask for extra pillows. The lobby is vey simple and brightly lited. The counter staffs are courteous, polite and very helpful. I chose this hotel as it was only 7 mins walk from the Bukit Indah Aean Shopping Centre. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel. Great place to stay for a night to avoid the evening custom traffic.

However, the recept was fast to upgrade and change my stay to a king size bed room. The new room is alright except there is a small leaking from the water pipe next to the toilet bowl. Overall a pleasant short stay...
- Anthony (6/5): Okay for one night stay - Very nice staff. The room, not so much. Tiny, useless pillows. Noise from the neighboring restaurant can be heard late into the night. Descent shower. Many restaurants near by. Easy walk to the shopping center.
- KIM HUA (6/5): Small hotel with comfortable rooms if only in a do - Stayed in a Queen bedroom. Everything was fine for the price though the room lack a window and a fridge. Basic toiletries provided. Have stayed in a single room before which was too small. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and had helped us to order a taxi. Will stay again in future.
- YS (4/5): Item lost but not found!! - Room is small, bad smell from the toilet. Only one electric socket in room! Bed is old and not comfortable. My daughter left her small pillow when check out but it can't be recover event we call the hotel after 3 hours and make effort to go back to the hotel more that 4 times.
