Important Information
Guests are required to register at the reception with a valid personal certificate (ID cards for Chinese guests and passport for overseas guests). Check in with other person's identification is strictly prohibited. Guests under 16 years old without passports or ID cards are required to register with residential certification or birth certificate. Please issue an identity certificate at the hotel's local police station if none of the above certificate is available.
For breakfast, children under 1 metre dine for free; children between 1.1 metres and 1.3 metres dine with half price; children above 1.3 metres dine with full price.

- JUI-HSIN (10/5): 舒適愉快 - 這次帶家中長輩來廈門遊玩 ，入住朗豪酒店 。一進大堂就受到pearl小姐熱情溫暖的招呼， 入住流程快速而順暢， 整個大廳都有香香的味道， 還有很多團客入住， 人氣很高。 酒店提供的免費wifi可以讓我們使用平常慣用的一些app ，這是別家酒店沒有的。飯店離五通碼頭很近，搭公交車到終點站就是。自助早餐種類多樣又美味。飯店房間設備很新，打掃得很乾淨，也很溫馨舒適。 冷氣很涼， 枕頭很好睡，洗澡水水量很大也夠熱， 長輩非常開心 ，還直說下次還要住這兒 。還要謝謝winnie小姐貼心的詢問我們的需求，飯店其他的服務人員也都很熱心，有房內設施不會操作的問題都會得到立刻的回應，非常推薦這間物超所值的五星級酒店給大家。 部分團客直接用手在水果盤內翻找挑選之後，拿取蘋果及梨子，沒有使用飯店提供的夾子。

- CHIA YU (10/5): Best experience in Xiamen - It was an incredible experience staying at the Langham Xiamen Hotel. I have traveled to several countries and spend more than half the year in hotels, and I can assure you that the Langham Hotel Xiamen is one of the best. I spent my birthday at this hotel, and they surprised me with a cake and fruit in my room. The entire hotel staff is excellent, especially miss Pearl Cheng, the guest relations officer, she is so detail oriented . The room cleaning is 10/10. Sometimes we leave our rooms very late, and they still clean them. Mrs 侯年珍 makes us feel right at home. She is very kind. Finally, the breakfast is excellent and has a great variety. The Langham Hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms have no sound isolation from the outside, it was loud from the street all day long so that they even offer you ear plugs. As international chain hotel chain, would be nice that more stuff speak english. Breakfast looked like it has many options but was in fact basic: with poor choice of fresh fruits (there is such a variety that is possible!), poor choice of cold cuts etc.

Reception staff was kind that she has helped me with translation when I had an issue of taxi payment. Not a big issue, but complementary de-caf coffee was not supplied for the 2nd and 3rd days of stay. It should have been delivered if I asked for it, which I didn’t.

I happened to spent my birthday in the hotel and it was even arranged a surprise and delivered a cake to the room. Our room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed and a great selection of pillows. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The location is perfect, near a large mall and many eateries. The bar and restaurants have a good international collection. You also have a wide collection of food options in the Wanda plaza next door.

- Chloe (10/5): - My stay at Langham Place was really memorable. I’ll start by saying the facilities and the room itself were incredibly clean and well maintained. I stayed in a room with two double beds, super comfortable with firm mattresses. I love the old-school feature of being able to close the curtains in the room with a button. I also love how big the bathroom was, with a massive shower and plenty of counter space. The cleaning staff even left new water bottles for us to drink everyday, which was super helpful for us not used to drinking water in China. Nevertheless, I did end up getting food poisoning. The reason my stay was memorable was because when I was sick and waylaid in bed, the staff proved to be extremely kind and generous. I don’t speak a lot of Mandarin, but they were patient with explaining things to me. They helped inform me of the closest pharmacy and when it would open so I could get medicine. I also stayed in my room so long that they postponed the cleaning service until 6 pm. They were thoughtful and called to ensure we would get the service still. The staff also helped us grab a taxi cab to get to a restaurant one night. Overall, I had a good experience with the hotel and really appreciated having a comfortable, roomy space to myself while I was sick. A big shout-out to the staff and everyone who helped me. It ensured that I got to enjoy most of my time in Xiamen.
