- Erkan (9/5): Beklenti Üstü - Otel tüm beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Öncesinde biraz çekincem vardı ama otele gittiğimde tüm çekincelerim silindi. Tertemiz bir otel, ilgili ama sıkmayan personel. Çoğu kişi yemek çeşidinin az olmasından bahsetmiş. Otel o kadar beklentinizi yükseltiyor ki insanlar bu beklenti ile çok daha özel şeyler bekliyor sanırım. Yoksa yemekler gayet hijyenik, lezzetli ve çeşit olarak yeterliydi. Evet çoğunlukla aynı yemekler çıkıyor ama her gün değişen çeşitler de vardı. Bazı detaylar vasatta kalıyor o kadar.

Bir aksamda yemeğe davet ettiler bunlar güzel detaylardı. Plaj/deniz [9/10] : otel uzun bir plaja sahip, hala buyutmeye devam ediyorlar, denize dogrudan kiyidan erisim olmasi ve derinleserek gitmesi, kum plajin olması guzel, gelgit sebebiyle sabah yuzdugunuz derinlikle oglen yuzdugunuz derinlik farkli oluyor,koy olmasi sebebiyle ruzgardan minimum duzeyde etkileniyor, Plaji uc otel birlikte kullaniyor sabah saatlerinde bu sebepten yogun olmasina ragmen ogleden sonra plaj boşalıyor. Tek olumsuz tarafi plaj semsiyeleri sabit olmasi sebebiyle bir sure sonra sezlonglar cok yakınlaşıyor. Havuz [7/10] : 2 adet havuz var bize pek kullanisli gelmedigi icin kullanmadık, küçüktü. Restaurant/yemek [7/10] : otelde 2 restaurant bulunuyor ancak birisi yalnizca aksam yemeklerinde ve ogleden sonra atıştırmalık saatlerinde açılıyor bu sebeple oglen yemeklerinde yer bulmak sorun oluyor, disarida masalar bulunuyor ancak sıcak olmasi sebebiyle kullanilamiyor. Sabah kahvaltisi Mısır standartlarinda kahvaltı çoğuotelde aynıkahvaltiyla karsilasrisiniz, öğlen yemeklerinde çeşitlilik daha sınırlı aç kalmıyorsunuz ama keyif almıyorsunuz, aksam yemeklerinde ise çeşitlilik daha fazla oglen yemeklerine gore daha iyi yemekler cikiyor. Tatlilarin ise hepsinde benze tat var, bir iki gun farkli tatlilar cikti onlar guzeldi.plajda da oglen saatlerinde atistirmalik vardi ancak biz tercih etmedik. Pizzayı tepside yaptiklarından yağlı ve lezzetsizdi. Aktivite/eğlence [9/10] : Aktivite ekibi gayet basariliydi her zaman her yerdelerdi ve aktiflerdi. Iyi zaman gecirmeniz icin ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar. Konfor:[7/10] : önceki yorumlarda odalarla ilgili yorumlar sebebiyle endıselerimiz vardi ancak bize yenilenmis ve guzel bir oda verdiler bu yuzden memnun olduk. Restoranda köpük tabakla yemeklerin üzerinde sinek avlanması hoş bir görüntü değil.

- aragrague (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - Très bon rapport qualité prix dans cet hôtel il y a tellement de jeux aquatiques qu’il n’y a pas de queue nul part pareil au restaurant. Nourriture variée il y a un restaurant de poisson le soir l en midi le buffet et un peu répétitif mais il y a du choix. mention spécial à Ahmed Omar et Mohamed qui ont été très bien. Les maître nageurs font très attention aux enfants et à ce que les consignes soit respectés que ce soit dans les toboggans ou à la piscine Les installations dans les chambres qui vieillissent un peu poubelle et tiroir de salle de bain rouillés c’est vraiment pr chercher la petite bête sinon tout est ok

- A (10/5): Super hôtel piur des vacances en famille - On a passé un excellente semaine dans cet hôtel. Personnel super sympathique et accueillant. Mention spéciale pour zayn du room service et ses attentions quotidienne. Ils ont été aux petits avec nous et sont réactifs en cas de problème. Gros avantage de l'hôtel, c'est que l'on a accès aux structures des autres hôtels pickalbatros : à la plage d'un hôtel situé en bord de mer (accessible en 10 minutes via des navettes qui partent de l'hôtel), et parc aquatique et restaurant de celui situé juste en face de l'Aqua Blu. Il y a énormément de jeux adaptés aussi bien aux adultes qu'aux touts petits, ce qui en fait un hôtel idéal pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Hotel assez proche de l'Old Market : 20 min à pied ou 5 minutes en voiture (pensez à télécharger l'application InDrive pour vos déplacements, c'est beaucoup moins cher). Pas de points négatifs à signaler.

Красивый вид на залив и город, удобное расположение. Массажи в спа советую. Еда была для нас скудновата, но всегда было что выбрать.

Oda eskiydi (2112), kliması kısıkken çok ses çıkarıyordu, rahat uyuyamadık. Sivrisinekler vardı. Odanın kapısı tam kapanmıyor, yamulmuş, üstü açık gibi. Yan oda ile kapıyla bağlantı vardı, oradan da çok ses geliyordu. Şampuanları, vücut losyonları çok kalitesizdi. Terlik, kese gibi eşyaların da sunulacağını bekliyordum. Havuzlar çok erken kapanıyor saat 6'da, daha fazla açık kalabilirdi. Detaylı bilgi de verilmedi havuzların yeri ve saatleri hakkında. Siyah beyaz bir harita çıktısında herşey yer almıyordu, yetersizdi. Renkli detaylı kaliteli anlaşılır bir baskı daha iyi olurdu. Havlu bazen bulamadığımız oldu. Kaydıraklı havuzların her zaman açık olmaması. Yemekler genel olarak pek güzel değildi, lezzetsizdi. Alkolsüz içecek seçeneği fazla yoktu. Bakeryde bayat tatlılara denk geldik. Plaja servis yetersizliği, dönüşte çok zor yer bulduk, çocukla zor oldu. Kızım parkta oynarken, tırmanma yerinde basamak eksikti, düştü. Klinike yakındık, uğradık, ilgilenmediler. Bir tane dışardaki görevli ilgilendi, buz getirdi. Daha önce de kızımın öksürüğü kötüleşti diye gittiğimizde de 75$ istediler.

- Metin (9/5): My wife and I came for a 4-night, 5-day vacation and we were delighted. I'd like to thank everyone, - Everyone's idea and expectation for a holiday is different. When I evaluate, I base my assessment on 3-4 criteria: 1- Welcome upon arrival (This was absolutely perfect. Congratulations to Mr. Ramadan and Irina!) 2- Cleanliness, especially room cleaning. The room structure and furniture might be old-fashioned, but the beds were comfortable. The sheets and pillows were excellent. The bathroom was clean. What interested me was the hygiene provided by the room. 3- Food and staff, it appealed to my taste, but the staff were incredibly understanding. Especially Mohammad and Yusuf at the bar, and I don't remember their names, but they were all incredibly understanding. 4- Sea and pool, the sea is shallow, with a partial sandy area, easy access to the sea by elevator, sufficient sunbeds, and comfortable. A minor issue that bothered me: 1- The air conditioning noise becomes annoying after a while, but it's tolerable because it doesn't run 24/7. 2- There was noise due to renovations on the day we arrived, but reception intervened and the issue was resolved.

Biz ülkeye dönemden önce ishal karın ağrısı şikayetleri ile gittil doktor bizden para talep ediyor pazarlıkta yaparız yardımcı olurum size şeklinde muhabbet çevirdi herşey dahil bir otelde bu şekilde bi muhabbetin dönmüş olması ayrıca güven sarsıcı ve bu şekilde hoşumuza gitmedi

Большое разнообразие горок и бассейнов. Удобный автобус до пляжа. Но можно за 10 минут дойти пешком. Вкусная еда. Много мест, где можно поесть и выпить. Вода в море прозрачная с большим количеством рыбок и кораллов.
- Elena Perugini (10/5): Ottimo - Tutto il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile e gentile, in reception, soprattutto Irina, ci hanno chiesto più volte come procedeva il nostro soggiorno. La spiaggia è di sabbia e l'accesso in acqua è senza pontile e con pochi gradini. Si arriva in spiaggia tramite ascensore. Camera molto spaziosa. Struttura non nuovissima ma pulita in maniera impeccabile. In 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge old sharm. Ristorante a buffet con prodotti locali ed in parte cucina internazionale. Purtroppo non c'è barriera corallina ma molti pesci e qualche corallo. Nella vicina spiaggia pubblica c'è una bella barriera.

Hade vart trevlig med en Asiatisk resturange och fisk resturangen kan bli bättre. Gymmet var perfekt, rent och fint allt man behöver finns där och personalen kom med handdukar och såg till att man trivdes? Vi blev 2dagar bjuda på middag på systerhotellet, var ett super fint och mycket uppskattat. Personalen i receptionen var hela tiden stressade och pratade sämre ryska & engelska än övrig personal.

- Shajida (9/5): Good stay, lovely food, clean hotel and friendly staff - Overall we had a wonderful time; the staff were friendly and happy to help. Our cleaner Ahmed, made new towel characters for our room everyday. The food was tasty and they had so much selection, although they could provide more variety for breakfast and change things up time to time. However we enjoyed our stay to the max and all the facilities were clean and so many activities to do on site which is great when you have kids and don’t want to leave the resort to find stuff. The hotel itself is beautiful and you can tell they have made great effort to accompany everyone’s taste somehow. There was a hiccup with one of the staff at the spa which caused a problem and had to be resolved by the general manager of the hotel. We also didn’t like that we kept getting people trying to sell us services whilst we were just trying to relax at the resort ie spa, activities, taxis. Also they had renovations going on and the builders were quite loud and chucking things from the balcony which is quite dangerous when you’re walking past everyday.

- Morad (10/5): Fantastic stay - We had a very pleasant stay and everything went really well from start to finish. The welcome was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and there were many activities available throughout the resort for both adults and children. We also really enjoyed the variety of buffet restaurants, with plenty of choices and good-quality food every day. I would like to mention that I got injured on the Magic Loop slide, which in my opinion can be quite risky, so guests should be careful when using it. However, I truly appreciate how professional and supportive the team was in handling the situation. A special thank you to the lifeguards who took care of me immediately, and especially to Ahmed Mustapha, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely kind, supportive, and professional. He is an excellent manager and made a difficult moment much easier for us. We were also very happy with our Large Family Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job throughout our stay. Special thanks to Amgad and Mahmood Abdelkader from Property & Services for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly come back again. All good.

- Ertuğrul (10/5): - First of all, the hotel is very clean and very safe; I would stay here again if I came back. Everyone is incredibly friendly and tries to help no matter what the issue is. The food is not the local delicacies that are mentioned and disliked elsewhere; it's quite global cuisine. The slides and aqua park are excellent; you can also use the slides of the other aqua park during the day. I would like to thank Muhammed Omar and his entire team for their friendliness and helpfulness. By the way, I must also mention the incredibly attentive lifeguards at each pool. I would recommend changing the cardboard cups :) They start leaking very shortly after drinks are poured :)

La spiaggia a lato del resort sulla sinistra è fantastica. Quasi meglio di Ras Mohamed Il cibo non era il massimo però qualcosa di buono si trovava sempre
