Reception were so helpful with organising a boat trip, booking airport transfers etc, generally giving recommendations. Very friendly. We had the honeymoon room with hot tub and would definitely recommend. We had room 18, it was at the bottom of the steps so had nobody below us and was very private. Uninterrupted views. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning, you select a time slot and what you would like from a list in reception the night before. Dressing gowns and slippers were a lovely touch to wear to eat breakfast on the balcony. Everything was perfect. We loved it and would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you.

Everything we ordered from the menu was excellent. The only thing that matched the fabulous views was the staff. Every single person from the desk clerks, bar staff and cleaning staff are superb. We were well taken care of and deeply appreciate how helpful and friendly they were. I also can’t forget the wonderful gentleman that helps heave luggage up and down those massive steps. If you are considering staying in the area I highly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate and booked it. You will not be disappointed.
- Danielle (8/5): - This hotel, our luxury room, and the reception staff were excellent and what you would expect from an expensive, luxury hotel (good tour options suggested, transfers arranged, etc). The room was spacious and very comfortable. Bed comfy. The breakfast - delivered to our balcony each morning, was delicious (there was too much of it!). There is no onsite restaurant. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The bar and pool area were wonderful annd relaxing annd offered gorgeous views. Our private hot tub was appreciated on the hot days (when it seemed cooler) and on cooler mornings (when it seemed warmer). The view incredible. A single bottle of water was provided on day 1. For the price of the hotel there should have been one provided daily as tap water is undrinkable. Towels were replaced daily (even when we hung them for reuse) so not a super eco friendly hotel. Tons of steps which some older folks seemed to struggle with (no elevator). Imerovigli is a great spot to stay- walkable to Thira but not as busy and overrun with tourists like Thira. We loved our stay and would happily return BUT our sense was that all the hotels in Santorini with a caldera view (which is nearly all the hotels in Santorini!) were a variation of the same. A hotel with a pool and patio area is an absolute must, and the rest is just a question of luxury wants and how much money you want to spend.

The walking path from Fira to Oia passes right next to the property. The entire property is clean and beautiful. All staff are friendly and helpful. Our hosts Salome and Nikos couldn’t have been better. They are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions and take care of any needs we had.

- Tony (10/5): Amazing trip!!! - We celebrated my wifes 50th birthday here. And it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing! Great Hotel restaurant! The breakfast was delicious, with many options so you don't get tired of eating the same thing wvery day. The location was great for our needs. Not in the most tourist-filled locations, but easily accessible via a quick 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop location. Amazing views of the Caldera! Lastly, Nikos was awesome to work with. He was extremely helpful with anything we needed! As were all the staff. We have a great experience!

- Kayla (10/5): - The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. Our drinks from the pool side bar were delicious as well. The daily breakfast brought to your balcony or inside if you like was delicious and always a delight. They have a restaurant connected to them, that we unfortunately didn't try, but it has good ratings. We ended up walking right outside our resort to a little local spot, that was absolutely delicious with excellent service and still an excellent view of the caldera and sunset. There is also a nearby corner store if you need anything extra that served us well as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and wish we could've stayed longer.

- John (10/5): - This hotel is absolutely incredible. Incredible staff. Incredible views. Incredible rooms. Everything....Incredible. It would be impossible to have any regrets staying at this hotel. The hotel is located at the top of Fira, beyond the crest of the road. So it has a perfect unobstructed view of the West. Each room is set so you can watch the sunset from your balcony. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. If you request anything, they are very quick to help. And they truly will help you in any way they can. There is a walkable trail that runs perpendicular between the upper pool area, and the lower hotels. This trail can take you on a scenic walk around the island, passing lots of other great restaurants and bars, and will lead you to the main square. Up at that top of the hotel is the restaurant (and I should clarify that the hotel is not a building. But rather individual building clustered up the hill side. So top in this case is the main area at the top of their part of the hillside). Beyond that is the street, and there is a small market right there. Theres a few restaurants, shops, and pharmacy within 10 minutes walk. But there is even more to this story. I got inflicted with an exceedingly rare inner ear infection that started just before my arrival. Each day I needed some help. The staff was there at every turn. They helped coordinate literally everything. I'm limited to 1500 characters. But I want to wish a heartfelt thank you to everyone

The view from the suites is fantastic and it is well maintained. The breakfast provided were great and we enjoyed in so much. You could have a peace mind over here by just letting Helen knows your request such as transportation arrangements, sunset cruise and etc, and you will definitely satisfy with their services.

Private jacuzzi and private with no public walkways past the room only fellow guests. The pool was clean but cold.. refreshing but ice cold. Highly recommend Avocado and RARE restaurants for dinner the food is amazing. If your looking for transport into Oia or Thira we found renting a quad bike a fun way to transport around the whole island. Would stay again for sure.

I was in contact with the hotel about their car service pick up from the ferry and departure to the airport and they were always friendly, helpful and fast to communicate! Everyone we encountered was so lovely and kind. Then there is the room. OMG the honeymoon suite was phenomenal!! The bed was super comfortable, the touches of robes and slippers were so nice, breakfast (of your choice) served to your patio each morning and your own plunge pool/jacuzzi overlooking the most beautiful view ever was worth every single penny!!! We hope to return and highly recommend!

Especially Salome who works in reception. She had been amazing at booking things in for us and supporting us to do this. We found the food (breakfast and food in the restaurant) to a high standard. We had a few issues in the room we were staying in, but the hotel ensured we were able to move to another room for a while and ensured our room was okay to return to. We were genuinely happy to have stayed at the hotel, and would love to return one day!

Salome and her colleagues could not have been more accommodating! Breakfast portions were large and the menu was varied. Beds were large and very comfortable (firm).

- Richard (10/5): Sunsets, substantial privacy, relaxing - The Imerovigli location and (relatively small) room overlooking the caldera was very nice, with vivid sunsets each evening. (Hotels in Oia advertise sunsets, but Oia is mostly south-facing, so few properties there actually have sunset views.) Imerovigli is pedestrian friendly and not overwhelmed by tourist shops. Oia is a nightmare of tourists. Daily breakfast was served on the apartment’s small terrace, though quite late for us (after 9:00 am). The hotel experienced regular short power outages every afternoon and evening. No explanation was ever provided, and no apologies offered.

- Caitlin (10/5): Perfect stay!! - Couldn’t fault this hotel - from the moment we booked, we were contacted by Christina who wanted to make our stay as relaxing as possible. She booked our transfers and restaurants for our stay - both restaurants Remvi and Metaxy Mas we highly recommend! The hotel itself is just perfect. We were in a room without a hot tub but it did have its own outdoor space with sun beds and a breakfast table. No hot tub didn’t matter as the pool was right next to us up some stairs. The location of the hotel is spot on - the sunset views are arguably the best on the island. We rented a quad bike for a full day and could get everywhere within 20-30 minutes. The breakfast was incredible - served on our balcony, and the service from all staff was just amazing - everyone was so friendly and willing to help. If we go to Santorini we will rebook this hotel, and will be telling friends and family to do so too!

- KRISTOPHER (10/5): Highly Recommend Staying at Kasimatis in Santorini - I can’t recommend this hotel enough! First, the service was impeccable. Christina, who works at the front desk and was our main contact, was so helpful with every request and question we had, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us book a few activities, ride transfers around the island, and made sure we got to and from the ferry port upon arrival and departure on time. Second, the rooms were beautiful, unique, comfortable and clean. Everything we could ask for in a hotel stay. We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms because we extended our trip at the last minute, and they were very accommodating! The first room looked like the inside of a cave, with an outdoor private hot tub, close to the pool. The second was a honeymoon suite with a balcony hot tub and gorgeous views of the island. We loved getting to experience the variety and honestly loved both rooms equally. Lastly, the breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had in Greece! You are given many options to customize your selection so you can try many different things, and the breakfast is delivered to your room at your requested time every morning. Additionally, after visiting the more popular towns of Oia and Thera, we couldn’t have been happier with the location of our hotel. Imerovigli is much less congested, conveniently located between the two, has stunning views of the island, great restaurants, and an awesome ambiance!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A really beautiful location with extremely friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but lacking in a few areas. First, the staff is so kind. They go above and beyond and provide excellent service. They have a wonderful breakfast- maybe the best we had in Santorini. The pool is very nice and they have decently priced cocktails there as well. Unfortunately a few things put a damper on our stay, and they are things that I’m not sure can be helped. First, if you’ve never been to Greece, you may not know that you cannot flush toilet paper. Despite that, people clearly do. Our room smelled of sewage, and so did the people we were traveling with. I think the pipes are just backed up because the place was very clean. It’s unfortunate but was really unpleasant when in the room. We had to keep the toilet lid and bathroom door closed at all times. The hot tubs also aren’t hot. You can have them turn them up, but it’s still just warm. We booked for this amenity so it was disappointing that we didn’t have that benefit. Ultimately it’s a friendly place with great staff and breakfast and fantastic views, but there are a few minor things that would lead me to try somewhere else next time.

You can enjoy sea view With your breakfast and sunset time too. Besides they have a welcome wine for you. Parking is easy near the hotel. The porter will carry your luggage to your room.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I stayed in the honeymoon suite for 3 nights and it was great! The room was located below the main pedestrian footpath leading from Fira to Oia so it was more private compared to some of the rooms above. The room had a private balcony and a hot tub with amazing sunset views. The room itself was clean and a good size. Not huge, but big enough. Also, there was a safe inside for keeping passports which is always a plus. Service here was great as check-in was quick, the cleaning staff left the space spotless daily, and breakfast was always on time. The breakfast itself was good, nothing amazing, but they definitely give you enough food to power you for the entire morning. That being said, I do have a few complaints about the room. The mositure buildup in the room was insane. As I went in early April, the temperature was around 14 celcius each day and got quite chilly during the nights, so we had closed the windows in the room. As a result, the room's walls would eventually weep with water and even our clothes in our bags always felt damp. I would definitely recommend this hotel invest in some dehumidifiers for their rooms. My second complaint is that the hot tub really wasn't that hot. Again, as it was chillier out during my visit, I guess I expected the outdoor tub to be hotter. I guess this isn't so much an issue during the summer though. Overall though, I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was fantastic and the views of the caldera and sunset are some of best.

The breakfast was nice and housekeeping was good but let down by the room compared to what we thought it would be. The views are very beautiful and sunsets are amazing though.
- Ellie (10/5): - Great view. Half hour walk to Fira, which is busier. I liked that being in Imerovogli, it was quiet, but close enough to walk to the restaurants. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Once we checked in, the guy at reception helped us book the catamaran cruise for us. We also asked them to call for a ride to the airport. The wifi wasn't the best, but it seems like that everywhere we went. The only other thing that I wasn't thrilled about was the water in the shower, which can go from cold to steaming hot. But I didn't mind that too much, might be like that all over he island.

- John (8/5): - They were extremely professional and friendly. The view is to die for. We recommend getting the honeymoon suite for sure so you can have privacy and the view 24/7. The hotel has been renovated, so everything is new. We thought it was really nice to have breakfast in our room (their standard) overlooking the caldera. The hotel facilitated a rental and excursion, which were impeccable. There are several stairs in the property, which is necessary for the beautiful view. I feel a couple of steps while going down the stairs, so be careful. The only suggestion would be to have fruit as part of the breakfast, but this was not a big deal. Also, the toilet had a funny smell after being flushed. I assume this is part of the sewer system in Santorini (this was the reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5). This was a difficult decision because otherwise, they deserve 6 stars. Also, In their defense, we never said anything to the property. So, it is possible they could have fixed it. We felt that everything else was so great that there wasn’t a reason to mention. We will definitely come back and stay again. After traveling through the island, I do not think there was a better view in Santorini.

Hotel lacked amenities....no ironing board and only one small bathroom mirror, despite being a popular place for weddings. Plug sockets coming loose in the room. Male receptionist was very helpful and polite. Female receptionist was not so helpful and a bit rude at times.

- Nicholas (10/5): Perfect for our 3 nights in Imerovigli - Kasimatis was absolutely perfect. From check in to check out, we have no complaints. The staff is incredible, providing excellent service when needed. The property is quiet and calm, the perfect place to relax with incredible sunset views from your own private balcony or hot tub. We were here for three nights as part of our honeymoon and we couldn’t be more pleased. Rooms were nice and clean.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic - Lovely rustic hotel near one end (quiet, peaceful and more private side) of Imerovigli (but only 5 min walk to center of Imerovigli). Lots of restaurants and shops around. Rooms lower down the cliff are nice as they are more private and have lovely views of caldera. The outdoor jacuzzis and terraces overlooking caldera are nice. Breakfast on room terrace is nice. Beautiful sunset (you can’t see the sunset from all parts of Imerovigli but you can from this hotel). Fira is a breathtakingly beautiful 30 minute walk along the caldera. Great way to spend a few days!

The staff were so kind and helpful to us, the only thing that went wrong was that we were upgraded then our toilet flooded and we went down to a basic room and didn’t have soap, hair dryer, or other basic necessities from our other room. We had a great experience overall though and we’ve recommended this hotel to 3 other friends! It’s very romantic!
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent Hotel with amazing views. - We loved every minute in Kasimatis Suites. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony and never wanted to leave the room. The sunsets are to die for and the staff friendly, courteous, kind. The breakfast in the morning was substantial and prompt. We felt completely taken care of and enjoyed every moment of our stay in Santorini with Kasimatis. I would definitely stay there again. Thank so much for everything!

- Matt (8/5): Nice spot in Santorini - Kasimatis Suites is in the same location as Kasimatis Studios (which was being worked on during our stay and about to be re-opened, April 2017) We stayed in Room 6 a Honeymoon Suite and it had just recently been refurbished. It was clean and fresh, with nice styling. Spa pool on the Balcony was cool and really private, Room 6 is down the bottom with no one walking past your room or looking straight in. The location in Imerovogli was great 4-6 Restaurants within 10 mins walk and about 50 more down the hill in Fira (20-30mins walk) A new restaurant Kofini right outside the entrance to Kasimatis was also really good! Only negatives we have were: * 3-4 minutes of hot water in the Shower, reported it to Reception but was still the same after it was checked. Let them know again when we left so they can hopefully sort it out for the next guests. You have to turn on the water heater for 20-30mins, turn it off, then Shower. We tried that, plus leaving it on for much longer and it was the same. * Breakfast was great on day one but having the same thing 5 days in a row wasn't ideal. * The styling of the room was cool but not that functional plus alot of dead space. A nice cumfy chair or small couch would add to the comfort, somewhere to hang your wet togs on the balcony, soap holder by the sink, 2nd towel rail, suitcase holder for the room... etc... few small things would make it excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Stunning views from this little gem - It has its quirks (shower was a but fidgety, electrics were a bit dodgy) but overall this a great spot in santorini. Amazing views, quite secluded part of imerovigli, with a 20 minute walk to Fira, and bus Access to oia. In terms of value for money this is an fabtastic hotel. We stayed in the deluxe suite with an outdoor jacuzzi with a perfect view of the sunset.
