- Niels G. (10/5): - What my girlfriend loved the most was the bathtub! We have been busy traveling the last week and a half and she was overjoyed with a chance to soak in a bath tub. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to Piazza del Campo. Looking forward to staying with Piazza Paradiso accommodation again. We will definitely recommend Piazza Paradiso to all our friends visiting Siena!
- Maria (6/5): - Hard to get to by car. Instructions for driving in to property and then parking were confusing. No staff to help in any way. WSP number given for after hours to contact staff was unresponsive to some texts.
- Laura (10/5): - This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location and good value. - Amazing place to stay, really well located. We didn’t get our check in email until after we had arrived so didn’t have the code to get into our room (the desk is not open late afternoon) other than that no complaints.
- Michele (8/5): Close to the Duomo - Pros: Great location for exploring, super comfortable bed, hot shower. Cons: Parking is difficult if you don't want to pay the 25-30 euros. We parked in the tiniest place in a "lot" that was about a 10 minute walk away and we were extremely lucky to find that "spot". No AC after Oct 1st. The room was pretty warm so we just ended up opening the windows, which helped a lot. The issue then was the noise. Super loud below, with scooters, cars, and pedestrians going by all night. We closed the windows for a while to be able to sleep. It was so loud, even with using earplugs. Communication: we sent a message on whatsapp asking about the AC unit, using the after hours number (since it was after 2 pm), and we never received any response until the following morning shortly before we checked out. Breakfast: you can walk down the street to get a sandwich, coffee, or morning pastry for 12 euros per person. No thanks. We found a nearby market and bought some fresh fruit instead. Overall: We did like the close proximity to everything, and the bed was super comfy. The room was also spacious and nice.

Very clean, hot and huge room. The mini bar was full of pretty snacks. The only thing is the bed was not in a balance. I felt backache in the morning. However, the stuff was very kind, helpful and friendly. You can accomodite comfortably.

My room was nice enough, but staff leaves after lunch, so after that you're on your own. One can leave one's bag when checking out, but it isn't really secure. And the phone they leave out to call a taxi if one needs one didn't work, at least not for me.

Attention, pas d’ascenseur et appartement situé au premier étage (qui en vaut deux). Accueil minimum.

It is suited to many nights stay as well since it has kitchen and laundry areas. The check in process can be done completely online. I would definitely stay here again

Getting to Siena by car is a challenge. Parking and not getting fines is a convoluted exercise. Siena should have free wifi. The administration should smell the coffee.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent choice of place to stay in Siena: very comfortable, impeccably clean, located right in the historical center, barely a 5-minute walk to the duomo and maybe 7 minutes to Piazza del Campo, and even a room overlooking the street was quite quiet. There is a trattoria right across the street, and plenty more dining options within easy walking distance, since you're right in the center. The only slightly challenging thing is parking, but they send you very detailed parking instructions for how to get nearby but without breaking the "zona traffico limitato" rules. (Another solution: if you don't mind a little walk, put "porta san Marco" in your GPS, which takes you up the hill towards the city until you get to Porta San Marco, which is one of the old city gates. At that point, drive past it and start driving back down the hill. Pass all of the "restricted to residents" parking spaces (outlined with blue lines and labeled as only for residents), until you get to the first blue parking spaces with a sign that tells you the hours in which you have to pay for parking. You can park in those and pay at the meter (8 am to 8 pm). From there it's a solid 10-15 minute walk uphill to the hotel, so probably it's much closer if you just follow the hotel's parking instructions, but it's another option if you don't mind walking and don't want to risk the whole ZTL thing at all (or if there's construction, like when we were there). In summary, though: excellent choice for staying in Siena
- Glenn C (10/5): Spectacular Siena - The service and communication provided by Piazza Paradiso was exceptional. We had a very difficult time navigating the streets of Siena and the staff here were a phone call away every time providing help. Maps were laid out with recommendations for dinner and landmarks suggested. The room was very clean and so close to everything you want to see in Siena. I cannot fault a single thing from this hotel. Thank you so much.

The place is steps away from Piazza del Campo. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
- Dave (8/5): Great central location in Siena. - We stayed in a unit across the street from the offices. The room was spacious with a well appointed kitchenette and an adequate bathroom. However, there is an absolutely wonderfully private courtyard accessible from our room that we used every night. Quiet, private, beautiful and exquisitely Italian, the courtyard was the highlight of our stay in Unit #3. We had a great time in Siena and a significant part of our enjoyable stay was our room with Piazza Paradiso Accomodations.
- Don (8/5): Great location to city center - Loved the friendly staff and nicely appointed, clean room. The hotel tries its best to provide driving instructions via the internet. It is complicated to get there by car. However, once you arrive, their parking service makes it easy. There is some street noise but the windows block it substantially and it was not a problem for us. Some stairs to climb if you are renting a room rather than the apartment. Great place to base your visit to Siena.

- Ben (10/5): Excellent hotel close to everything - The staff was very caring and accommodating. They took time during check-in to give us a comprehensive orientation, and then allowed us to store luggage for a couple of hours after check-out. The room was great; comfortable, clean, quiet, and everything worked. The complimentary breakfast at the nearby cafe was wonderfully generous. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Siena in the future.

- howard (10/5): Excellent abode! - A really pleasant stay right in the heart of Siena. Really easy to find with very helpful staff who recommended must see things to do and places to eat for a one day/ night stay.
- Mark (8/5): Excellent Location- Family overnight stay - The apartments are excellently located and they allow you to drive to the door to drop your luggage. You then have to park just outside the gates which is a 8 minute walk. We were a family of staying in one one big room with the expected facilities. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and informative. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road, but it was all you can eat. The food and drink were very good.
- James (8/5): Great little Hotel - It was a great place to stay. Travelled as a family of five and Siena was a wonderful experience for everyone. Parking was a little away but manageable. Some great spots to eat, Nanna Gina's was the best for antipasto and service!

- Joan and Maj (10/5): Right in the walls of the old city - Being in the walled city made this a bit challenging to find. It shares the entrance with another hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpfull. They were absolutely amazing. Our room was very nice. Very quiet and had lots of little touches such as a bowl of candy, nice toiletries, coffee. The location is excellent for being able to just walk out and being right in the historic area. We had a car and the staff helped us in showing us were to park for free. A little ways from the hotel but we dropped off our luggage, then parked. Short walk back to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Would defiantly stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect spacious room, only issue was street noise - Room was very adequately furnished, lots of toiletries were also provided. Staff were very friendly. Only issue is we had a room facing the street and there were people talking loudly past midnight on a weekday, which affected our sleep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing stay - Beautiful spacious hotel room with 2 separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom, great air conditioning. We traveled as a family with 3 kids. Extremely kind and helpful staff, quick response to any concerns, went out of their way to help with transportation. Breakfast included was incredible! Nearby cafe with delicious food, sweet and savory, with juices and cappuccinos. What a treat! Wish we could have stayed longer.

- Katrina (10/5): Great beds and big rooms - - excellent central location for Siena - excellent valet parking service 20 euro per day and they had the car within 10 mins - clean & big rooms - great water pressure and ample hot water - big very comfortable beds (two singles pushed together for a 'double' bed) - hotel desk staff were very helpful and on point with restaurant suggestions - minimal stairs to the floor of rooms (20 easy stairs) - bathroom was big & spacious and had a counter top next to the sink for putting toiletries on (a bonus in Europe) - breakfast: in a cafe bar a block away. Big selection in a very nice setting. you can eat as much as you want no real restrictions. Good pastries, coffee, and big sandwiches if you wish to eat more in the morning. - I would recommend this B&B to any of my traveling friends
