- Vitaliy (10/5): 9 days in May - It was a stunning view. The room was huge, great mattress, big TV, huge bathroom, big shower cabin, big closet, so overall room was great. We liked the buffet, it's usually good variety, good quality. They have two restaurants a la carta and that was fine pretty good as well. The water was in the sea pretty clean and we enjoyed the swimming everyday. The sauna and spa is included and it was nice too. Not the best spa ever been but good enough. They have a great working path along the water which was great for us. The prices at that time in May your excellent so we enjoyed our stay very much. I believe it gets for expensive during the summer and that area is more expensive than and Antalya usually but at this time it was pretty affordable. Overall 10 out of 10. It was all good

- 694zoef (10/5): Brilliant entertainment team for the children - The entertainment team were the most amazing, high energy and fun team that I have ever met on a holiday. Really made a fun holiday for our children. Special mention to Heaven, DomDom and Onur who went well out their way to encourage our children to join in with the pool games and crafts. Cannot praise them enough. One of our party has a diabetic hypo at 2. 30am and we had no food in our room. I spoke to a chap at reception who made a call and a hot sandwich was delivered to our room within 10 minutes. I was only asking for crisps so above and beyond service and very much appreciated. Billal Hazor is on hand every day for help with any queries ranging from dietary needs to local knowledge. He arranged a taxi to Marmaris centre at a reasonable rate and a free taxi to Ecmelor. Spotlessly clean hotel, would definitely stay again.

- S5263NZmichaelt (8/5): March Visit 2026 - Back last Friday from a weeks holiday. Great time had with the missus. Not all amendites open and hotel wasnt really occupied but the hotel did its best. Please partake in the Entertainment games as the Hevin, Dom Dom and DJ try so hard. They are a great comedy trio. The Al La Carte Chinese was lovely you should try it. Buffet is buffet standard so no complaints and drink menu limited. The staff are so friendly and work so hard. The bar staff are quick serving but be aware the consistency in their cocktail making swings from Good to Very Bad.
- barbadosbride (10/5): Great hotel, fantastic staff. - My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5. One part of the room had 2 singles pushed together with the bathroom then there was a separate very large room with a large double and a single bed. The balcony was huge with beautiful sea views. Pool and Beach - We were in the main pool everyday, gorgeous pool area with spectacular views. The pool bar is lovely and although we didn't participate in the entertainment the staff were so friendly. Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10.30 to 12.30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx). Great fun but be warned the water is freezing! The beach is great, only steps from the pool and with a beach bar too. The scenery surrounding the area is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. I would have spent way more time here if it wasn't for the fact the weather was a bit cold. Food - We found the food to be of very hight standard. A good variety and always very fresh. Temperature was a little on the low side but that's to be expected with buffets. While we were there the hotel was very busy at the weekend due to it being a Turkish holiday but the standard of food remained high throughout. The Tapas snack bar was our kids favourite, lovely fresh food throughout the day and being poolside it was just perfect. We also ate at the Chinese and Turkish a la carte restaurants and both were great. Staff - I really can't say enough about the staff here, they always went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. A special thank you to Rachel in guest relations who went out of her way numerous times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall we loved our holiday in Orka Lotus Beach and are looking to go back again soon. Despite it being at the very beginning of the season we certainly feel like we didnt miss out on anything, we love quieter times of the year anyway. Keep up the good work and we look forward to seeing you all again.

(Meryem, and Dilek were great with our kids in the kids club) and Domdom, Havin, and Bugra were great in the evening events. Always had a smile and did their best to entertain even when the hotel was quiet. Great music from DJ Bugra night and day, honestly couldn’t be better. The room was spacious with the most stunning sea front view! Never felt tight even as a family of 4 in it. This might be subjective but loved the decor of the hotel, attention to detail and general modern vibe. Highly recommend. Only note - and this is not related to the hotel - if you book an airport shuttle, the shuttle company will likely assign you a tour guide that will meet you in the lobby. Do NOT book anything with them. Again, not related to the hotel but just a heads up to anyone visiting. Overall nothing negative to say, we loved it and will be back.

- I1201NJmariew (6/5): Not 5 star for most but good location and beach. - Location was excellent away from the melee of Marmaris but within walking distance. Nice beach and good views. The sea was very calm and good for swimming and watersports. The foyer and main bar are modern and stylish. Accommodation however, is variable. Set out in blocks, our room although clean with good facilities had a garden view that consisted of muddy ground weeds and a large wall. Not a place you would sit out in . The wall let little natural light into the room. This combined with a clanking noise in the pipes all night meant we moved rooms . Another concrete block but at least natural light and a balcony overlooking a corridor. However not an issue as it was a clean comfortable room. I accept this was a last minute deal and we did get moved. As outdoors & sporty people we chose this hotel for the beach and gym. As well as a break from cooking. The gym was disgraceful full of broken machines and filthy despite bringing this to staff's attention on several occasions. This significantly impacted our plans.The water cooler was full of mould. No staff on hand an accident waiting to happen (partner thrown off running machine when it stopped randomly). I will end on a positive note though, the vast majority of the staff were lovely we had some good food and cocktails.

- HMarshall1 (8/5): Lovely hotel & beautiful beach – a relaxing stay with a few areas for improvement - We had a really relaxing stay at this hotel and overall enjoyed our time there, but there are a few areas that could be improved. We had originally paid extra for a partial sea view room, but on arrival were taken to a ground floor family room next to one of the pools. We were told this was an upgrade, though it felt like there had been a mix up at the hotel with the booking as there were celebratory chocolates for someone's birthday in the room. Thankfully, after speaking with the manager, we were moved to a sea view room on the top floor which was lovely and exactly what we’d hoped for. The food was nice with plenty of choice, however it did become a little repetitive after a few days as the same dishes were put on every night and there was little change. The drink options were great, with branded alcohol included in the all-inclusive package which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, though some areas are starting to look a little tired and could use a touch up. The beach on the other hand was absolutely beautiful and really well maintained. We always managed to find a sunlounger there, which was much easier than around the busy pools. The entertainment staff by the pool were enthusiastic but at times their behaviour came across as a bit too much and occasionally inappropriate/creepy. The rest of the staff were genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. The 24 hour all-inclusive drinks sound like a bonus, but it did mean that some guests were a bit rowdy late at night. We were woken every night around 3am by noisy neighbours and people shouting in the hallways, and although we reported it to reception the situation didn’t really improve. Despite that, we found the hotel to be in a great location, and we loved the friendly hotel cats who were clearly well cared for. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay! It’s a lovely hotel with a lot going for it, and with a few small improvements it could easily be excellent.

We had a sea front view definitely worth having. There ws wide selection of food and drinks too. The spa was lovely, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and pool all free. The gym was ok. The sea was lovely and the beach. Its not a sandy beach more grainy and dark but soft. Alot of green fishes in the sea. Negatives: The hotel area was very dark, especially the entertainment area top deck wouldnt put lights on Hallway lights going to different floors lights not coming on Our bedroom lights kept going off Our bedroom door was hard to open and alarm kept going off We were near to the pool bar so the noise was loud felt like you couldn't sit outside the balcony due to people starring at you from the bar etc and noise Entertainment could be better started very late. They need to start the kids disco at 6.30pm and do the bingo earlier or scrap it as it was terrible. Entertainment got better with the live band and Turkish dance but they missed the African dance which was stated on their agenda The games room was closed disappointed even thou it stated was on from 8pm so we tried again this time the door was open but lights switched off, we asked the bar people who said they don't know anything which wasn't very good. We then tried later it was open but didnt realise you had to pay this should been clear on their notice board. The gym equipment half of it wasn't working. Opening times was late as alot of people prefer it to be even earlier or 24 hours. We had do gym in the dark as it wasn't opening on time. The spa vitamin drinks section wasn't open and no one there The spa said no under 16 but there were children in the sauna,steam room. Despite selection of foods, alot of beef and not everyone eats beef. Items were not labelled properly like which type of meat it was or if someone was vegan, vegetarian what the ingredients were. Or if someone had a nut allergy too. Lacked information regarding labelling. Chefs didn't know what were asking. Dinner was very late main restaurant opened at 7pm. We went to the al carta restaurant thought we try Turkish food. We couldn't even have any starters as it all contained beef. Only mains had chicken & lamb, the lamb kebab was hard & chewy pretty awful the food was. When we got served arrived at the restaurant thought the waiter was rude and lacked customer service lack of friendliness. The pools were freezing should have heated pools. There was one woman at reception was miserable when we arrived & also same woman when we asked question some female staff at the restaurant alot of staff looked fed up and exhausted. Overall we did have a nice time and hotel was nice.

- alij113 (10/5): Little slice of paradise - ( Undoubtedly one of marmaris’s ( icmeler )hidden gems. Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed in in turkey. From the fantastic pools for couples, families and just quiet chills to its own water park, nothing compares to the orka. It’s many restaurants and snack bars there’s something for everyone and if you still want more there’s 3 a la cartes! The cleanliness is fantastic, and it even has its own private beach with its own bar and a lady who makes savoury crepes. ( also has a 24hour bar!!!) the auditorium where the entertainment is of a night is out of this world! And if you get too tired to walk they even have staff to take you around the complex on golf buggy’s. But aside from all that, one of the most memorable things to take home was how helpful and friendly all the staff are! Including the manager, Rachael, Yasin, Gürkan, memmet ,metcan, sugar in fact too many to mention. If I could give 10 stars I would. Especially to Rachael who went above and beyond for us on an issue that wasn’t related to the hotel. CANT wait till we can get back there. It was honestly the best holiday we have had. - lisabU8563QR (10/5): Paradise - What an amazing holiday from start to finish. Rachel Ozdemir is an amazing lady and works very hard every day to ensure guests have the best holiday. It's because of this lady I travel to the hotel twice a year. Location is stunning you look outside onto the beach. The staff are friendly and will do anything to ensure your requirements are met. The food this year has been amazing and plenty of choice.The kids food was great..ps we loved the chicken tenders keep them coming ha. Talking about food the restaurant manager Bilal Hazar goes out of his way to make sure you are seated and we'll looked after. He is a proper gentleman. Hotel is nipping clean and I had a superior room for the 3 of us and it was lovely and big lots of room. I had no issues with noise levels what so ever. The holiday was definitely value for money and I have since booked again to go next year. Rhe atmosphere is very relaxing.Thanks to everyone at the hotel.
- rob_ross70 (6/5): Nice Place but Very Poor Dining Experience - The hotel complex is large but easy enough to get your bearings quite quickly. We stayed away from parts of the hotel, like the swimming pools and evening entertainment areas as they’re not our scene, so couldn’t give you an honest review on these areas. Hotel is clean, rooms are quite large and are cleaned daily. Our cleaner was brilliant, towel art most days left and deservedly deserved a tip and a mention. Beach area is tidy with a hotel bar in situ and a small hut next to it that sells the most lovely savoury pastries. Went the gym a couple of times, small and very basic but just enough equipment for a small workout. The bars around the hotel are ok, we quite liked the blue bar on the top floor which was a mellow area to drink. The cocktail list was extensive and quite good to try out, the staff here was the most friendly we met. Where do I start with the food!!! Breakfast, same everyday but more than enough to choose from. Poolside Bar (Tapas) same everyday, boring but I’d recommend the kebab wrap from time to time. Evening Food, oh dear, forget about a nice dining out experience of an evening, the main restaurant, in what can best be described as a school canteen, with a free for all. There was a choice of foods, but they were just a different take on the night before. We tried to find a quieter area to have our evening meal but had to run the gauntlet of cigarette or vapes smoke. The food was LUKEWARM EVERY NIGHT and I was told I could use the microwave to warm it up… if you took your food back to any top notch restaurant all the way down to a McDonalds, they would take the food from you, apologise and replace it! There was no visual provision for those with dietary needs and you had to ask for it and when you did, you were made to feel that you were asking for the world. The last 4 nights we dined out elsewhere and it was a much more enjoyable experience. Out of 10 for the dining experience, just about got a 1. 90% of those working at the hotel around ‘the school canteen’ and bars have next to no customer service knowhow about them, to an extent the running joke we had was that they were AI generated… although I suppose you could program an AI person to have at least a little bit of personality. The guy who heads up the Massage Area, in our opinion is rude and arrogant and really does need to go on a course in Customer Service along with the red haired girl in the Lobby bar (just a smile would be an improvement). We did enjoy the holiday, but I certainly would not re visit The Orka Lotus Beach because of the dining experiences and the less than enthusiastic staff. A nice holiday which could’ve of really been a holiday not to forget but for the dining of an evening and the customer service that worked there. … and a bit more sunnier weather! Trips - we did the Rhodes trip for a day, highly recommend.

- 726clairw (10/5): Special people, stunning location and views - Fifth time visiting in five years…excellent value for money for a family holiday - we keep coming back because the hotel and Icmeler town have everything we need for a blissful, relaxing break. - The views and location are unreal, from sunset on the deck to cuppa and cake in patisserie, to sea view balcony…the mountains and ocean views are to be savoured. You could go all the way to Thailand and not see better - It’s safe - people are very kind and friendly and there is a lovely sea front promenade for evening strolls and solo morning runs (also feel very comfortable for our girls age 11, 12, 13 to explore the facilities themselves, provided they’re polite and well behaved!) - It’s excellent value for money… beach with subbed and parasols included, water park slides, amazing blue bar, lovely patisserie, evening entertainment options. There is a lot of variety at the hotel which seems consistently well priced to book. - The people really do make your holiday special. So many could get a specific mention, but Rachel who leads guest relations must be particularly recognised for her knowledgeable and very thoughtful customer service (as just one tiny example, both Rachel went out of there way to help locate my daughters lost glasses - much appreciated) Tolga on security is loved by our girls for his big friendly smile and fun jokes, Mustafa & Ural work hard make sure we have everything we need in the restaurant and Mustafa also offered top tips for local day trips in a hire car. the Patisserie ladies are also very upbeat and cheery and made our afternoon treats a little oasis of calm when taking a break from the sun. - Overall we had a great break and would love to return
- jgwinder (10/5): Great Family Holiday - Once again we had a fantastic time at this hotel it really is perfect if you have a family and want relaxed and entertaining family holiday. All staff are exceptional at what they do with the restaurant team led by Billal Along with the bar staff at the beach cater for your every need. Our breakfast and lunch staff mustafa and Ural started our day with an energetic smile and morning coffee. As always the attention and care that Rachael shows in customer relations is what sets this place apart she simply cannot do enough for you and is always on hand to offer tips and advice on places to go and how to get the best out of your time at the orka. Tolga the security guard is a joy and always had time for a chat and simply brightened up your day. The views whether it is from the beach, your balcony, the pine restaurant or the Blue Bar are a huge asset that the orka has. This along with the variety that it offers from gozalane on the beach, to sweet treats at the patisserie, to cocktails at the blue bar or smacks round the pool you simply get more than is expected at the orca. Finally the water park is a huge plus that all 3 of my children enjoyed. Great time had by all and ant wait to return.

- SEyrakg (8/5): Mixed experience but mainly good value at a 4 star level - Arrived to a very impressive hotel front and lobby. Then immediately went to the less impressive ‘Tapas’ pool bar area. Some aspects are 5 star. Some 3. On balance the Orka is a nice average 4 star if compared to hotels across the Med. Now we were more than happy with that as the price we paid was definitely more 4 star than 5 star. On that basis we found the Orka to be good value for an end of season week. The location was great. 15 min walk on the flat coastal path to Icmeler with its nice winding river and bridges. Longer walk or cycle to Marmaris but along a flat and scenic walk by the sea. In 45 mins or so you get to a lovely sea front and harbour in Marmaris. You can hire bicycles from a local man for £10 a day. Head from the back of the hotel to Marmaris on the seafront path and after 10 mins or so you find the bike hire man on the left. Marmaris very bike friendly with dedicated cycle lanes if that’s your thing. There is another cycle hire place before him, in the shops directly behind the hotel but it was not staffed when we passed so I can’t comment on prices etc. If you prefer the beach to the pool then Orka has its own lovely, peaceful beach and never any trouble getting a pair of sun beds. We had some very relaxing days on the beach and the sea is calm and gentle for swimming. A strong point for the Orka. If you prefer the pool then be warned the pools - including the main central pool - are very small for a hotel this size and sun beds are in short supply. I can’t imagine what that would be like in the summer. Unashamedly family orientated round the pools so the atmosphere there reflects that as it should - splashing and kids etc. Good large water slides for the children in another pool at the Marmaris end of the hotel. The main pool and ‘Tapas’ snack area is grubby, out of keeping with the rest of the hotel and needs a refurbishment. Night time entertainment ok with dancers or singers etc of a decent quality on at 10 pm each night at the Arena area. We enjoyed each night there. Never waited long to be served at the bars. We liked the food generally - it’s an all inclusive buffet style - not table service. Lots of fresh salads, grilled meats and fish and local options/dips which we enjoyed mix and matching. Nice pastries and fruits available at breakfast alongside eggs/pancakes etc and the honey comb was a nice touch. The patisserie delivered some excellent choices in the afternoon and was a strong feature. The spirits provided at the bars were good and measures very generous. Staff - main restaurant staff nice and the lady at the Patisserie always had a smile. The Lobby and Blue bar staff are not effusive but they are efficient at getting you served so no complaints from me. The spa was good and I recommend the deep tissue massage and therapy massage for those who run/exercise/gym a lot. You can haggle end of season and get a better deal. I know it’s been raised a million times before so you come here knowing what to expect but the noise level from the open air DJ set one night was unbelievable! It was on the roof top blue bar that is open air and thus acted as a speaker, ensuring the rooms/areas on the front of what is a very large and long hotel almost shook with the bass for hours on end. The only positive was that it ended at midnight. Again, that may be your thing so great but if not it is something worth knowing before you book. Also be aware that, like so many hotels now, a frosted glass wall is all that divides the bathroom from the rest of the bedroom. I mention it as people should be aware of this before booking, particularly families with older children or friends sharing a room so they make an informed choice. Sea room view was worth paying extra for and was clean, modern and comfortable with good housekeeping. Overall a good value, enjoyable stay where you get an experience appropriate to the price paid in a beautiful bay with easy walks to two local towns.
- andytparker (6/5): Standards of service have dropped - This is our 3rd time here, but probably the last. It seems as if the Hotel is cutting costs. I assume they have brought in agency staff who to be honest look as if they’d rather be anywhere else. Not seen one of them smile, especially the staff in the Blue Bar, just miserable. But it’s the little things we missed like staff asking what drink you’d like at breakfast or dinner, the lady on the beach making crapes and they even removed the fresh orange juice for some reason at breakfast, just the nasty stuff from the machine available. It may be end of season for them, but we paid good money to be in a 5 star hotel but received 3 Star treatment. The regular staff I recognised seem to have been promoted as they were always on the ball. May I suggest Orka Lotus that you revert back to the higher level of service you previously had. The only guaranteed greeting you got each morning was from the ladies cleaning the rooms. If this was a school report it would read ‘Could do a lot better’
- DanandHelen2022 (10/5): Location Location Location - This lovely hotel sits in an ideal location. 10 minutes one way on the boulevard to Icmeler and 45 minutes the other way to Marmaris With various pools with different atmospheres and it’s own private beach with viewing pier there is something for everyone We took an almost daily 30 minutes to chill in the patisserie, the lovely Dilan looked after us so well and we discovered San Sabastian cheesecake, heavenly. The waiter Camal stood out as another person who was passionate about delivering an excellent experience and although not an employee, our TUI rep Farah was exceptional. The old castle and Marina area of Marmaris should not be missed and a boat taxi to Turunc from Icmeler is a relaxing experience too Tip. We paid for a sea view room for not much more and the views every day really made this holiday that much more memorable

Location is a very nice location but if getting the bus to Marmaris, they can be very busy when they get to here as they come from icmelar centre. Hotel is amazing. Service is fantastic. The staff can’t do enough for you. Our room was fantastic. Very comfy. Good air con and great bathroom. Very good value for money. So much provided. Cleanliness is fantastic. Restaurant and rooms and everything is kept up to very high standards. My son absolutely loved it. He loved the pool and waterpark and also the coffee shop as he really liked the doughnuts. Lifeguards at the waterpark were absolutely great and really friendly. Restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Nuriye who couldn’t do any more for you.
- MMW999 (8/5): Overall stay was good but it could have been so much better - Been to Icmeler around 10 times but our first time at this hotel. Arrived 8th October. Overall pleased with our stay. A real mix of view with this hotel. position, beach, beach bar and staff are all excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, with a fridge that was fully stock and we had a kettle with coffee & tea. Unfortunately our room was close to the nightclub and although we were out of season the club did pump out load music out on Saturday night until 4am - We had a side sea view room and we were kept awake all night unfortunately, that's why we know when it finished. Overall the food was ok. breakfast was great, lunch time pool snacks and main restaurant was good but we just personally found that in the evenings the food was barely warm. Really disappointing. I also found the public toilets around the hotel were often dirty, with water on the floors. The beach toilets were unusable on several occasions. Great location with just a 10 minute walk to Icmeler and it's a nice flat walk too.

The food was good, the variety was great, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. 3. The water in the pool was slightly warmed, which was nice. 4. There’s a gentleman named Mehmet at the rooftop bar who is very friendly and provides excellent service, which was great. 5. There’s also a lobby bar managed by three or four women who run it very well and offer great service. 6. The only weak point was that the size of rooms was a little small.we couldn’t find enough space for our second luggage.
- johndavida977 (10/5): Great Service and Relaxed Vibe at Orka Lotus - Just got back from a stay at Orka Lotus in İçmeler. The place itself has a solid setup — clean, well-kept grounds and a nice beachfront spot with lovely views. Food and drinks are decent, and there’s always something going on to keep you busy during the day. Special mention to Mizgin, who honestly made the difference for us. Always smiling, quick to sort out drinks orders, grab knives and forks when needed, and just generally keep things running smoothly with a great attitude. It’s that kind of service that really lifts the experience. All in all, Orka Lotus is a good choice if you want some sunshine, sea, and friendly faces looking after you. Cheers to the team — and especially to Mizgin for being a star! 🌟

It is super clean, lots of options for food, great pools and slides for the children. The staff are absolutely fabulous and so helpful especially Mizgin who remembered our drinks order, was so friendly and was so attentive with the clearing of our table once we had finished dinner. My mum and kids had massages and loved them (extra cost). Free sauna and steam room, indoor pool and gym.

- 763catrionac (10/5): Fantastic - This our second visit this year. We had such an amazing holiday the first time so wanted to return in October . The hotel, and location is stunning. The best place we have ever stayed. The staff were exceptional so friendly, entertaining and looked after us so well. Sukru, Hassan and mehmet were absolutely fabulous and we will miss them lots, they are a great asset to the hotel . We will be returning next June hopefully with more family members.
- ellieo985 (6/5): Lots of things were closed despite being half term which was a shame - - We stayed during half term but so much was closed - there was no Italian restaurant, no beach yoga, no foam parties, no nightclub, the beach food was only the first 2 days, the higher end beach was packed away, la patisserie was closed etc. entertainment was just shows, nothing interactive as the website suggests, and some of the dancers looked like they couldn’t really be bothered to be there. Many of the staff looked like they had had enough. Only once in 5 days so far have we been asked in the restaurant if we want a drink, likely because it’s a free for all and no one checking in like they do at every other all inclusive. Food was typical mass produced buffet and carnage to find a seat any time between 7:30-8:30pm. This is likely because the kids club mini disco doesn’t start until 9pm so they eat at 7pm and have nothing to do until then so just sit taking up tables. Last night was very annoying when the show finished they switched to kids only karaoke! We left, not wanting to listen to a load of kids screaming again. Surely that’s bad planning and the kids stuff should be earlier so they can go to bed and leave those without small children to enjoy the rest of the evening? Room was nice, the shower was lovely (stayed in a sea view room). All in all pretty disappointed and not what we would expect from a 5*.

- sarahrL8394JQ (4/5): Honest review not a 5 star - A very honest review , having stayed in different 5 star hotels in marmaris this hotel is more like a 3 star. Best thing about this hotel is the rooms they are clean and tidy no complaints. Pools are not heated even though on the site it states they are at this time of year. The relax pool area ( adults only) was a massive disappointment sun beds broken, big rips in them, floors filthy, pool dirty, no one serving at the bar the whole entire 10 days we were there. For a 5 star sunbeds should be in good condition and have cushions on these where the most uncomfortable beds I’ve laid on hence why we didn’t use them for the duration of our stay. Food. Pool snack bar basic chip, burgers etc restaurant breakfast seemed all to be cold/ Luke warm. Lunch time in the restaurant was ok. Drinks are not international brands they use local we asked multiple times for branded and we was told we would have to pay extra. Nighttime entertainment is basic what you would get at a 3 star, there is no waiter service at all and only 1 person working the bar. Tv in the room has 2 English news channels there is no option to pay for more unlike other hotels. Overall unsatisfactory stay. Would not return.

Necmettin came over to us to check we were happy with our stay, and was very nice. The surroundings are breathtaking, and not far from Marmaris. Would definitely stay again!

- keng537 (10/5): Young daughter's experience of the hotel - I am writing this on behalf of my daughter who stayed at Orka Lotus Beach with my son, mother and her companion. We are no strangers to Turkey but I felt compelled to write this review due to how much they enjoyed this particular hotel and telling us on their return home. She writes "I liked the waterslides which weren't too scary and the lovely view. I got well looked after by all the workers. The food was nice lots of strawberries and I recommend the croissants. At lunch the snack bar by the pool had all the food I liked (this means that they had a good selection for a fussy eater like her) The entertainment at night was really fun especially the singers and the quizzes. We also got a special opportunity to go on a speddboat to Marmaris and I had a really nice burger that was so filling at the Orka restaurant" Despite having never visited the hotel myself, I will say that my mother goes on constantly about how well they are looked after whilst there with incredible attention to detail and a personal touch that makes you feel very welcome. This is not always the same for other resorts.

The food was tasty the rooms were cozy and the staff were always kind and helpful. But the real soul of place is the animation team Alpi and Burak are amazing so positive funny and full of life. They turned every day into something fun. We are leaving with memories we will never forget.

The in-room facilities were below standard there were no tissues, and only one shampoo for hair and body was provided, so the amenities felt incomplete. Whenever we asked the reception for something, it took quite a while to arrive. However, the restaurant and pool staff were really kind and professional, and their service was excellent.

We had a couple of storms no attempt to clean up water.very slippery in places. We were here for 10 nights could not get in onsite Chinese tried on various occasions. Staff of an evening serving drinks in the rooftop and 24 hour bar pretty good.During the day most were pretty miserable. Food was Ok. Efes lager, Vodka was also good. The best feature of this hotel are the views surrounding by Mountains absolutely stunning !!! Also Lovely 15 minute walk to Icmeler which is lovely we will definitely stay there. Would we return to this hotel probably not.Did we have a good time Yes.
- Vazunna (10/5): Can't wait to return to Orka. - Recently returned from Orka Lotus Beach after spending 10 wonderful nights here. Even though the weather was occasionally unseasonally weird, we had a fabulous time. From check in to check out, the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. Our rooms, which I had previously requested, but not guaranteed, were absolutely spot on. Block 5, ground floor, next to the twin pools with our own little self service bar. [ Efes and soft drinks ]. Rooms are spotless and the mini bar and housekeeping guys did a wonderful job. Thankyou guys. It's a big place, with lots of lifts and stairs and different levels. The main restaurant [ Pine ] is huge with plenty to choose from. Impossible to go hungry with the choice on offer. The Tapas bar [ 12.00 til 17.00 ] around the main pool is great too for burgers, chips, pasta, salads, pizza and pancakes. OMG those pancakes from the lady on the beach were delicious. Drinks were good although I am not a fan of plastic squishy cups so I would recommend taking your own where the staff are more than happy to fill them. Drinks in the Lobby Bar are served in glass. Location is perfect. Albeit we were on the ground floor, we ventured up to the Blue Bar. La Patisserie and Lobby bars where the views over Marmaris and Icmeler are stunning. Icmeler is a nice 15 minute stroll with Marmaris about a half hour walk. Taxis are around £7 to go to either resort and reception can order for you. Finally, the hotel has its own private beach which stretches the whole width of the hotel. Lots of sunbeds, clean waters, a lovely jetty and a beach bar.... We spent a lot of our time here. Mainly because of the proximity to our rooms but also the service we received from the lads on the beach bar. Emir, Fukran and Sekir are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all, a fabulous hotel with amazing staff. We will definitely return.

And special thanks to animation team Alpi and Burak from animation team they always friendly always funny. We came as a guests and left feeling like part of a big happy family.
- tsetsok (8/5): Pitbull - Hotel room service - The lobby bar and the blue cafeteria with the terrace are the best places to relax excluding the beach, and also the blue bar - the bartender with the tattoo on the neck is amazing guy, same goes for the redhead bartender in the lobby and the female who serves in the cafeteria all of you make the difference. There is a huge coastline only for the hotel which is nice and it was clean too. In general the hotel is amazing, however a few remarks - there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the management did send people to spray, however there were more, the rooms weren't well cleaned, I found a lucky coin under the shelf next to the bed. The water in the shower was 80% of the times cold, the waiters not all but most of them didn't wait to finish the food and grabbed the plates from the table. As for the gym, sauna and massages, the only thing that I would say as remark is the price of the massages, you know that is ridiculous high, since you could get a taxi or the bus to marmaris and book for 20-30 euro better. Ah also the view was amazing, from time to time felt like I was in Switzerland or in American resort for relaxing. 4 stars I think its fair.

Because we had stayed at the hotel before, we had no hesitation in booking again for our holiday in September/October. We were not disappointed. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, the food was varied and catered for any diet, especially the fruit and veg. The hotel staff were extremely friendly from the Guest Relations, the restaurant staff and all the bar staff in the Lobby and Beach bars. We will be looking for to booking our holiday at the Orca Next year.

Food: massive choice and we found the quality of a high standard. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily if you require it. The highlight for us was watching the sun setting every evening at the Blue Bar located on the top floor of the hotel. We had a blissful holiday, thank you to everyone at Orka Lotus Beach ❤️

Very nice staff and excellent entertainers. Everyday there was a different show on at the stage with various different types of dancing and magic shows and acrobatics. Very nice entertainers at the pool, big shout out to Alp, Burak and Wendy. The loveliest people who we talked to throughout our entire stay. The drinks were lovely and the food was really really nice. Drinks were served 24/7 and food was served nearly all day with only one or two hours break in between the meals since there was a snack bar from 12-5 and also dessert bar from 4-6. Rooms were nice as well as room service cleaning our room everyday. At all very very nice stay would definitely recommend and will comeback definitely.

- Cengiz (8/5): Nächstes Jahr wieder - Tolles Zimmer, schönes Hotel direkt am Meer Zu wenig liegen vor allem am Pool, Essen teilweise vom Vortag eigentlich nicht schlimm aber Kartoffeln und Gebäck teilweise zu hart.
