You get a pink slip pool pass from reception, take it to the Saigon Sports Club reception; which is right next door and they swap it for a wristband. The pool was almost private, very few people use it. It was fine for what I wanted.

It was new years in Vietnam and everything closed for 4 days including the gym/pool. Place looks like abandoned. Nothing as it shows in the picture ( just like everything in Vietnam)

• Celia (7/5): Cama cómoda - La habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda. El baño era espacioso y tenía ducha, es decir no pones perdido el baño de agua como en la mayoría de sitios del SEA. Personal amable pero sin más. La ubicación no es la mejor pero en grab llegas al centro de la ciudad rápidamente y al rededor del hotel hay restaurantes y supermercados. En booking ofrecen piscina, restaurante y gimnasio. Todo pertenece al gimnasio de al lado del hotel, el cual si quieres usar cuesta 10$ por día. La piscina si que es gratuita pero tienes que pedir una especie de cupón en la recepción del hotel para presentarlo en la recepción de la piscina y te dan una pulsera para poder disfrutarla pero no hay hamacas y casi sitio para estirarse, solo mesas del restaurante. Y la piscina cierra a las 5 pm. También pregunté el horario del restaurante en recepción del hotel, después de un rato que me comentaran que la piscina cierra tan temprano y me dijeron que de qué restaurante estaba hablando. Me quedé confusa y me dijeron que estaba cerrado. Luego entendí que estaba junto a la piscina y que no pertenece al hotel, pero vi los precios y eran elevados.

• Stephen (8/5): Staff were very freindly - I booked this as i was landing at 2am and just wanted a room to get my head down. The grab taxi dropped me off in a complete different place and it took me over an hour of walking around at 3am to finaly find it. Thankfully veitnam is quite safe and the people are so freindly and helpfull. If this had happened in somewhere like colombia i might not have been alive to tell the tale. I think google maps needs to update the map because i also spoke to another guest who had the same problem. The apartment was fine could do with a lick of paint and a refurb but it was fine for me. The veiw from the windows and balcony were fantastic. And the staff were very freindy and helpfull. The pool is not part of the hotel there is a large high class gym just at the back and guests have free use of the pool, the pool was very nice clean and well run

• Fabio (4/5): - Room size The room was dirty and still had long hair from the previous guest all over, I had ONE towel (probably unused from a previous guest) no shower mat, no other towel. Dust all over the place, shower not draining turning into a bath after 2 minutes. In 3 days no one even attempted to do some cleaning or at least give a towel. Nothing!. There is a kettle and cups but no coffees so you will have to get your own. Curtains close fully except for a gap next to the bed head board and light filtering also from a windows paced at the entrance very bight in the morning!!!. They charge 3% ,extra for cards payments and they will charge you for late checkouts Now I am in the proper Hotel for the same money.

• Harriet (3/5): Meh. - The room was spacious and had everything we needed inside. The images on the website for this property are false. The pool had just black tables and chairs around it (far too hot to sit on) no sunbeds. Only ONE pool even though the website states it has two. The pool isn’t apart of the hotel, it’s the gym next doors pool that you can have access to. The restaurant next to the hotel was very poor service, overpriced food and not very nice. Apart from the restaurant next door there isn’t many places near by to eat. I did think the price of this hotel and its pictures were too good to be true and that was correct.

TV is old type, and not a smart TV. Furniture is dated. Towels had holes in them. Ceiling in the bathroom had mold stains. But for the price I paid, I can't complain much.

I went to the grand opening of soul great happy hour. I really liked the drinks there. Food is excellent. I liked SSC voucher. It granted me half price entry. That's a good deal. I will definitely come back to train more at the SSC and stay at the hotel because it's next-door. The bed needs a little more cushion. The air conditioning took about 30 minutes to cool down the room. I recommend if a western visitor is coming turn on the air conditioning prior to their arrival.

• Ghost (7/5): good for a short stay. staff were very friendly - close to the main street my room was quiet and no outside noise could be heard room was spacious breakfast was delivered to the door friendly staff the hotel doesn’t have a pool but it is connected to Saigon Sports Centre which has a pool. You will receive a free ticket to use the pool each time you want to use it the lift got stuck and we had to call a manager the bed is super bouncy and often uncomfortable to sleep on

In the photos they make it look like the swimming pool is in the hotel, but it is actually just a voucher for the swimming pool in the gym nearby. What was a shock for us, we traveled with 2 year old and they would not allow us to enter the pool area with the child. They say there was an accident sometime before and they have a policy that no kids are allowed, what a logic! There was also very loud music til late hours that didn't stop after our complaints. Breakfast disappointed us too. We are quite tolerant but we experienced all this in one night stay so I think that says it all.

Nice hot shower and comfortable bed ..with good tv reception.. we were on a busy street but the room was very quiet with huge windows and nice size deck ...The mall around the block was excellent for children with two indoor playgrounds and a supermarket..Also on the same road was a fish emporium restaurant you have to try !! Kids would love it !! This was a great stay if you have kids and your good at crossing roads ..if not, you will be afterwards .. breakfast was great & delivered to your room .. Magnificent!!! We highly recommend ⭐👌
