• BevSawb (8/5): - Very well positioned in a central position close to a lot of the main attractions. Lovely room with the slight proviso below. The bed was on a kind of mezzanine and the way up was a quite tight wooden spiral staircase. Slightly scarey taking a trip to the bathroom in the night, but we managed ☺️ Also the ceiling up there was a little slopey, so easy to accidentally bump your head. Not really a huge problem to be fair. We have stayed in other rooms in this hotel and they are absolutely fine.

• Elise (10/5): Un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Turin ! - L’emplacement était idéal et l’appartement spacieux ! Nous étions au calme et tout s’est très bien passé ! Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et aurions aimé avoir un petit kit de salle de bain dans l’appartement. Également, il faut bien préciser que le parking est en supplément.

• John (5/5): Poor facility in good location. - Good location. It wasn't an apartment, it was a studio room with poor layout. The kitchen was minimal, there was no dining space just a table in front of a couch. The street noise was load because the window was poorly fitted. I can't recommend it.

• Fiona (10/5): A delightful stay in a beautiful a pool aren’t in the heart of Turin. - The property is in a fabulous location, easily accessed metres from beautiful restaurants and shopping. We were invited to leave our cases earlier, but when we arrived we were actually given the keys to our room. It was great. The concierge was delightful and full of information and maps for exploring both locally and further away. Nothing. It was was wonderful

• Hermann (9/5): Petit appartement idéal pour se faire connaître la très belle ville de Turin. - L’emplacement aux limites de la vieille ville, non loin des endroits plus importants de la ville. Le quartier avec beaucoup de cafés, restaurants et bars, magasins. L’appartement même avec une chambre ( lit confortable ) et un salon-cuisine bien équipé . Le parking securisé dans la cour du bâtiment.Le personnel , surtout Giovanni (?) de la réception, extrêmement accueillant et attentif, qui parlait aussi bien français pour comprendre nos demandes et questions. Un grand merci! L’appartement 11 donne sur la rue ( avec tramway )devant le bâtiment , trop bruyant pour dormir à fenêtres ouvertes. Mais il y‘a une climatisation…La lumière dans la salle de bains est un peu insuffisante pour le maquillage. Un miroir agrandissant serait aussi utile.
• stephen (7/5): A decent base in Turin that could be better still with a few tweaks to details. - The Loger is handily located for exploring for Turin. The rooms are clean, large and contain a very good number of facilities. I think the Loger falls between two stools at the moment. It is obviously trying to present quite a luxurious image but lets itself down on small details, an example being the disposable plastic cup in the bathroom - apart from not being very eco-friendly, it didn't scream "luxury". Also, I wasn't impressed by the warning sign over the sink threatening a 25 euros fine if any dishes were left unwashed! Apparently, the cleaners aren't allowed to clean dishes, which seems bizarre and isn't something I've experienced anywhere else.

• Claudia (10/5): Ottima soluzione - Appartamento da 6 persone, molto spazioso e molto pulito. Bagni completamente rinnovati e moderni con tutto l'indispensabile e dispenser nella doccia. Forniscono anche ciabattine usa e getta. Una sorpresa inaspettata: soffitti affrescati e a cassettoni. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma era completamente attrezzata, con fuochi, forno e anche microonde. Reception molto ben organizzata e accogliente. Noi siamo arrivate molto presto e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli che poi ci hanno recapitato in appartamento. Posizione eccellente: a 2 passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e molto vicina al centro e al museo Egizio. Anche la Mole raggiungibile a piedi. Comunque sia bus che metropolitana sono a pochissima distanza Tutto perfetto

Très propre et bien agencé, tout refait de neuf, il ne manquait rien. Accueil à la réception sympathique et serviable. Parking devant l' hôtel, et de nombreux commerces aux alentours. Tout était parfait RAS.

• Elisabetta (9/5): Very nice apartment, quiet and comfortable. - The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its central location was ideal, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from Torino Porta Nuova station. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment on the top floor (with lift) with sloping roof was a bit uncomfortable, you could hit your head over the beams. The city tax we paid was 3.50 per person per night. Which is not what Booking.com is advertising.

Ci si muove a piedi verso il centro storico ma ,volendo,passano proprio davanti bus e tram .Mini appartamento con angolo cottura fornito di tutto ( bollitore ,microonde,macchina caffè con cialde oltre forno e mini frigo e un bel tavolo comodo ), è stato davvero ottimo poter fare una prima colazione in camera prima di uscire .Letti e guanciali confortevolissimi con gradevole biancheria . Staff eccellente e super disponibile . È previsto il cambio biancheria solo dopo 4 giorni ....per gli asciugamani è un po' troppo .

• Yuko (7/5): Totaly l satisfied with ma stay. I spent most of my time sightseeing, and for that, the hotel's location was perfect - The best location. Simple and convenient system. Staff are friendly. And I could keep my luggage before and after using my room. My room was very noisy with traffic from early morning until late at night. If you're not a fan of the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend checking the room first before you commit to staying. The facility looked enough but It was a dealbreaker that there were no outlets around the bed or sofa. I need a luggage rack,too. There’s no bath mat in the bathroom. They probably would have brought one if I asked, but I guess it’s not an essential item?

• Pastore (10/5): Perfetto!!! Appartamento grande e ottima posizione - Abbiano passato qui il nostro bellissimo soggiorno a Torino. Personale molto gentile. Appartamento accogliente e spazioso, ci è piaciuto tanto! Abbiamo amato tanto la posizione. Una zona tranquilla, in centro. Ovunque ci trovassimo a Torino, cercando questo appartamento su Googlemaps per tornare, eravamo a massimo 20 minuti di distanza! È vicino la stazione PN, museo egizio, piazza castello, mole antonelliana, palazzo reale, parco del Valentino... Tutte tappe che molti turisti, noi comprese, hanno in programma. Per di più , circondato da tanti locali dove fermarsi! Consigliamo assolutamente di pernottare qui! Grazie, siamo state bene!

• Bianca M. (10/5): Great location! Even greater apartment! - We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed! The apartment was also just a few mins aways from 2 groceries (carrefour express and esselunga) and Porta Nuova. Everything we wanted to see in Turin was just less than a 10min walk away from the apartment. There was a requirement to inform the front desk of check-outs before 9:00am ahead of time. We weren't able to do so, and only realized the night before check-out that our train leaves at 9:20 and had to do check-out earlier than 9:00am. Lucky for us, someone was at the frontdesk before 9:00am and did the check-out for us.

Appartamento con spazio adeguato a 4 persone con doppi servizi. nulla di significativo solo la scala per accedere al soppalco è un pò stretta e può essere difficoltosa per persone con difficoltà motorie o anziane.

Focaccia, petit dej" à 20 m. # un Carrefour Market à 2 min à pieds. # le centre historique à 5 min # la gare Porta Nova à 2 min Tout cela explique ma grande satisfaction. Et l'état du logement et la qualité du personnel d'accueil sont à la hauteur... Rien à reprocher... Mais il vaut mieux savoir se débrouiller en anglais...

• Patty (9/5): Very nice accommodations with great location. Responsive staff - Spacious apartment and they were kind enough to extend check out by an hour. Didn’t supply enough toilet paper, dish and wash tabs for 6 people. They should mention in booking that you would be responsible for purchasing after initial supply.

• Alex (10/5): Our stay in Turin was refreshing, laid-back and comfortable. - The division of rooms was great & apartment gorgeous, the location is in walking distance of key sights and there are tram connections as well. We really enjoyed our stay in Turin. There was nothing we didn’t like. The only tip I would give is if you prefer to check in at a reception desk with staff then arrive before 4pm. You can still check in remotely after that, but it means following detailed instructions.

• Ellul Mercer (5/5): Comfortable spacious apartment overall, great location but needs investment in more quality finishes - Location was perfect, very central and close to the main station and main commercial areas all within walking distance. The noise transfer through the common areas and upper floors was unbelievably loud, as well as the noise from the trams passing every 5 minutes right outside our bedroom window even at night. I suggest you invest heavily in carpeted flooring both in the rooms and the common areas and properly sealed quality double glazed apertures. Had it not been for this issue we would have considered it an excellent stay, but unfortunately this ruined it for us.
