• Wally (8/5): - CLean room with no carpeting. I prefer carpeting in a bedroom, but many hotels/motels are opting for vinyl covering forease of clening, But it is cold to my feet and i prefer carpeted rooms

• Verified traveler (4/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Not what the pictures show. Turned on water to shower & rust came out of the pipes. Can't turn around in bathroom it's soo small. Bed was not comfortable; my husband & I both tossed & turned all night. Definitely a no frills hotel.

They have did some work, but it’s shady work to the place and I didn’t like them coming in my room when we were gone because they don’t have any signs to put on the door just do not disturb. They just come in Even when we were sitting there they just they came in cause they forgot their gloves, but it’s noisy and like I said, it just wasn’t comfortable.
• damon (8/5): Awesome stay - Manager was very helpful when we left our fan there. Then my sister left her drivers license there after she picked up our fan he called us to let us know so she could get it back. I like how he doesnt charge through hotels .com app until you get there. That way if your plans fall through you dont have to worry about getting your money back. We will stay here again when we are coming through town.
• Quirk (10/5): Exceptional - The beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Cold floors, no carpet. Bathroom was too small. It was not big enough for a person with a disability.
• Joyce (8/5): - This is an old motel that has been renovated. It was very comfortable, clean and safe. The owner was on site and was very friendly and helpful. If we were in Cassville again, we would stay here.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Although this property is "dated" compared to more modern facilities, our rooms were extremely clean, the water pressure for the shower was good, and the room didn't have that "odor" usually associated with older motels. The staff were very friendly and informative. Their recommendations for dining and shopping never failed us. They worked hard during the time we were there. My wife and I had doubts about this place when I made the reservations, even up to the time I opened the door to the room for the first time. What a surprise! When I return to this area I will most definitely stay at this motel again.

We say on line that pets were accepted and I verified when I made booking that it was pet friendly, when we arrived they said no pets, when my husband said I printed out the computer notice saying pets were allowed they charged $10 more and said ok.

• Dagmar (2/5): Never , ever!!!! - We didn't get to stay. It was advertised that dogs were allowed but when we got there we were denied a room even with reservation. Since then they changed their rules in the room description. front desk person was extremely rude. He cost is several precious hours to meet our son. Will never stay in one of their hotels. It's not that they are fancy properties anyways....... Found a hotel that night that let my pets stay for free and were more than welcoming!
• Jimmy (4/5): I will pick somewhere else next time - The pictures are deceiving. The rooms aren't that clean, and the swimming pool is filled with rocks. Our room had water damage on the bathroom door and floor. The linoleum was peeling off the floor. The room smelled like an ash tray even though it was "strictly no smoking." We checked in late at night, and the clerk gave us our room key through a window slot because the front door stayed locked (which makes you feel like you're in a rough place).

Their address in GPS didn't work, but they were under Lodging and got us there with no problems. Very accommodating and nice place to rest in their comfortable beds.
