- Gareth (10/5): Crystal Cove - Villa review - The Villa exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location and facilities. It was very spacious, homely and was located in a friendly gated community. The location was superb with easy access to general shops, outlet malls, great variety of restaurants, Disney and Universal amongst other attractions. Also very convenient to the International Airport. The management team were always very responsive to emails and dealt with any queries in a efficient and friendly manner. Plenty of useful information was also provided on site. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

- Magda (8/5): Hidden fee but great place. - Great price and nice house. I was disappointed that the pool broke in the middle of our stay. The grill didnt work so we waited 2 days for a replacement. If you want the pool heated you have to read the fine print, pay more money and make sure you do this 3 days before you arrive or they wont turn it on. Other than the small inconveniences, the price wasn't bad. We did receive a night comped. They made it right in the end.
- Robert (4/5): DIRTY BEDS - The place seemed okay upon first appearances other than the dirty carpet. We did notice a crib and stroller in the master closet which was a little strange bot no big deal. Next when we went to put our car in the garage there was an old car and more strollers and cribs in the garage. My son alerted his mother that the bed in his room had a bad smell. That was an understatement. The bed had a horrible sweaty smell on one side and the stench of cheep perfume on the other side. When we pulled back the sheets the bed was clearly dirty. We immediately checked the other rooms and found that the bed in the master bedroom was also dirty. We put the sheets in the washer and went out to enjoy our day. When we arrived back 9 hours later the washer was still running. The furniture was mostly old and a warn out. The patio furniture consisted of some broken folding table and chairs. The blinds at the sliding glass door were falling apart. I could go on but I’ll just say spend your money somewhere else.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The house that I saw to rent was a 2 story house with a pool at: 8452 Chrystal Cove Loop in Kissimmee Fl. 4 bedrooms I actually got a single story house at: 4722 Blue Diamond St. in Kissimmee, Fl. 4 bedrooms and a screened in pool The price for 3 night was around $460 However the total cost was $696 Quite a jump in price. The fees were outrageous ☹️ The house was nice. The skillet was unusable Plenty of dishware Lost electricity and no cord on garage opener so had to get on my car to release Unable to contact cozykey personal by phone or internet House was besides these few things is a positive experience No cord on fan in master bedroom The sliding door blinds going to pool area: 2 blinds missing 3 blinds were not stable moved at random
- Renty (10/5): Private House With Private Pool = AWESOME!! - The property is Gorgeous and well maintained. The home was spotless and beautiful as well. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was wonderful for adults to not have to share with children and I had a private huge bathroom all to myself. Everyone loved the pool and having 24hr access to it.
- Hideo (2/5): 困難多数 - ホテルの地図のところには何もありません。 ここに宿泊するのは大変です。 まず、いわゆる、ホテルのフロントみたいなものはなく、全てメールのみのコンタクトで宿泊することになります。初めて宿泊する方にはかなり厳しいかと。部屋にあるのはシャンプーと小さな石けんがあるだけです。トイレットペーパーも予備なし、3泊以上は困難かと。補給もありません。 プール付きとありますが、仕切りがあって、実際入ることが出来ません。見るだけです。メールで問い合わせしても、返信もありませんでした。 さらに、いくつかの困難がありますので、同じような他の施設を利用したほうがよいと思います。 そもそも、情報を頼りにホテルを選んでいますが、その情報が不正確あるいは不親切だと思いました。
