• Antonio (6/5): Not the best,but acceptional - Every tv in the house did not have cable set up. The hot water in the tub in the master bathroom did not stay hot for long. And the check in was kinda annoying because u had to fax or email this guest form ,id, and carr info.... Which i did but the rep said they did not recieve these extra forms which delayed my entry into the house. And later they reset the code to get in becuase of this forms that mysteriously didnt get recieved
• Verified traveler (2/5): - There are termites like insects all over the place and when entered, it had a smell of damp moisture like the place has been closed and vacant for quite some time. The furniture condition is also aged and not comforting/inviting. We were not able to use the pool due to cold water temperature and poor cleanliness.
• Grace (10/5): Awesome vacation - The house was beautiful. I thought it was closer but it still was a great choice. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of room. 4 bedrooms. 3 baths. If I go back down with family I’ll just need a little bigger house with more bedrooms.
• GeorgiaHammett (8/5): - Love the location at an dead end street. Only about 500 steps to the Berkley Lake and park like sitting. Beautiful area. Loved the pool in our fenced back yard. Although the pool deck needs to be refinished. Pool needs a hand rail getting into the pool for safety. The home was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with dish ware and ample storage. Dishwasher really needs replaced. Shelves do not roll out well at all. Hard to be very careful rolling racks out and in. Be sure to bring a supply of larger trash bags with you as you will need them. Some wear on the living room furniture. Carpets need cleaned. None of this was a show stopper, but they just need to update and replace a few things. There is an excellent response to my request for darts, chalk for the cue sticks in the garage/rec room. Wonderful ! Although this home was not the one i had originally chosen, it was still really good for our family of 7. .I would recommend using Cozy Key for your family vacation. They were very easy to talk to and deal with.

• Jennifer (10/5): - The air conditioner goes down to 70 but the upstairs stays warm. The sheets kept popping off The bed. But the house was clean with plenty of towels. And The pool was great. Overall we would do this again and had a blast.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Very dissatisfied - We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The furniture was old, worn, and ripped. The comforters are very old and one was dirty. The carpet was old and dirty as well as the pool furniture. I completed a review for check-in and a staff member was sent to address our concerns, however, the only thing that came out of the visit was a clean comfort to replace the dirty one. This home needs to be renovated before being rented again.

• Bill (6/5): Storm damaged....tired house. - Roof had plastic tarp from storm damage in Fall, lanai screen missing whole screen panel section and had several holes. Pool dirty. Paid for "lake view" - got a tired house on a drainage pond. On a good note, management company was excellent to deal with, house was very clean.
• Cheryl (8/5): Good location - be prepared to buy household items - Just a short drive to all parks - Spent 1 week where the size of the house was good for 7 adults. No housekeeping while there. Be prepared to buy household items such as toilet paper, soap for dishwasher, kitchen sink and washer and also garbage bags as they only provide the very minimum to get you through one day. My one complaint is they expect a lot done before you leave, they want all beds stripped and at least one load in the washer - where they did not provide any soap to wash linens. All garbage out of the house and the dishwasher turned on (where they provided only one dishwasher pod and one garbage bag for 7 days).
• R (6/5): Grosses Haus in ruhiger aber abgelegener Gegend - Unser Haus hatte genügend Platz und einen schönen Pool. Das Haus wurde in einem sauberen Zustand angetroffen. Leider sind die Kinder Betten nicht im besten Zustand. Auch der Billiardtisch in der Garage hatte seine besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Es hat in dem Wohnzimmer sowie in den 2 Erwachsenen Zimmer,bei Dennen ein Bad sowie Toiletten vorhanden waren, je einen realtiv grossen Fernseher. Wobei welcher im Wohnzimmer leider die Lautstärche nicht verstellt werden konnte. Der Geschierrspühler ist relativ laut, sodass er nur bei Abwesenheit gestartet wurde. In der Garage befanden sich die Waschmaschiene sowie der Trockner.

• Hillary (10/5): Lovely home - This was our 2nd time staying at this house. We love it. It's close to the places we frequent the most. The house is comfortable and clean and the kids enjoy the pool and the fact they can swim into the night.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, air conditioner was programmed to 84 degrees, so you had to keep turning it back down, pool sticks had no tips to them, the neighborhood was really nice, close to stores, restaurants, Disney, etc.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Home needs fixing - The home is really spacious for a big family, but the master bedroom shower is a mess. water either comes out really hot or really cold. there's no in between. my husband and i had to shower in another bathroom which had standing water in the tub. the plumbing needs serious work. I also noticed there are ants and termites in the master bedroom. The wifi password was nowhere to be found and when i asked for it, the response was very blunt. after I had paid for it, there was no more hellos and thank yous. oh, and quiet times are supposed to be observed from 9 am to 9 pm, but on our check out day, they were mowing the lawn before 8 am. simply put, you get what you pay for. I would think twice about staying here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Family Getaway - This was my family's first time staying at a condo resort instead of a hotel and it was a great experience! The unit had everything we needed and was located at the Bella Vida which was literally 2 minutes away from Walmart. The only issues I had was the bed in the main room wasn't very comfortable and although the condo accommodates 10 people, the swimming pool at the unit was very small. Overall it was a great stay and we will do it again.
• Cindy (10/5): Great for large family - The CozyKey staff was EXCELLENT in helping get us situated at the last minute. The house was clean, attractive and fairly convenient to DisneyWorld.
• Brian (10/5): Great Orlando Vacation home - This was my first time renting a house instead of a hotel. First off, CozyKey was excellent at responding to emails or phone calls. They helped me get into the house early. The washer wasn't working properly one day and CozyKey sent someone out to fix it that same day. Now as far as the house well it was excellent. There's two separate living areas which is great 4 one room for kids and one room for adults. I was impressed how each room had a flat screen on the wall. The pool was relaxing but I highly recommend you paying the extra for the pool to get heated because they cover the pool when not in use meaning that no sun penetrates the water. We enjoyed the option to bbq on the gas grill. Overall I was pleased with the style/decoration of the house and how safe we felt in a gated community.

• Brian (8/5): Nice House - First time renting a house and this house was a pleasant surprise. It worked quite well for us for the 5 days we were there. It is in a quiet area and appeared to be well taken care of. One disappointing thing with our experience is that we weren't informed that there was a $25/day fee on top of what we had already paid for the house rental to heat the pool until about 1 week prior to our stay. This company seems to have a fee for everything.
• Jessie (8/5): Over all great place - The house is perfectly located for the attractions around Orlando. I would only have two complaints regarding our stay. The couch was comfortable and I'm sure at one point in good condition. But the material flaked off when you sat on it and got all over everything. The second thing was there should be. A standard size coffee maker. The little 4 cup on that is provided was not suffiecient for our normal needs but we made it work. Over all, a very nice stay and we will recommend the company and would stay again.
• Michelle (10/5): 4 bedroom house close to Disney - Definitely worth the money. Huge house with 2 living rooms, 3 baths, 4 bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and small pool. Gated community not far from everything you would want to see. Plenty of room for a huge family. Cable, internet as well. Huge grill on patio. Washer and dryer.
• soledra (10/5): Will stay here again - Everything was great at this stay except for the oven. I tried to bake a frozen pizza and the oven did not work. It stayed in preheat mode for 30 min, it only got warm, but never hot. this is he only negative thing I have really. the bathrooms need some update, but overall it was comfortable and clean in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.
• Pao (8/5): - My daughter locked herself in one of the bedrooms. She didnt know how to unlock the door. There was no spare key to be found. I called the owners of cozykey, but there was no answer, no return calls until noon the next day. I had missed their call and they never called back and did not leave a message. I had inquired about how to get a hold of someone in case of an emergency prior to our trip. They said after hours, it goes to a voicemail. They would call back if it were an emergency. Well, I thought it was an emergency since my daughter was only 3 years old and crying in the room. I ended up calling the security at the gate. He did not have another number to reach them besides the one that I had. I didn't know this, but he ended up calling the fire dept. By the time the fire dept arrived, my husband had figured out a way to pick the lock.
• Gina (8/5): Convenient location - The house was great location, spacious and a nice private pool. My only complaint would be the couch was very old and needs to be replaced and the bed linens as well. Other than that it was great place to stay.

• Karen (10/5): Very nice private home. Great location - My family of eight booked a trip to 4 Disney World parks. This Villa was a perfect place for us to stay. It is located about 20 min from the parks perfect for the end of the day when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. We loved walking around the lake to explore and watch the different species of birds come to visit what we dubbed "Bird Island" We would definitely stay here again.
• Steve (10/5): Huge, beautiful house, much more than I expected. - The house we stayed at was in a gated community with security guards, and was so much nicer and larger than I expected. 100% worth the stay, highly recommended. We only needed space for four, but the house could sleep up to twelve, and was wonderfully furnished and just spectacular in every way.

• patrick (8/5): nice house but could be outstanding w / work - House was nice in a close convenient area the price was good,rooms and baths were nice, gated community with security guards, which was nice, on the down side clean your carpets very dirty and worn, cable TV downstairs was not programmed and wouldn't work, upstairs TV worked fine, only one roll of toilet paper(if the house is booked for 4 or 5 days accommodate please) some stains on the walls, should be cleaned or re-painted, Jacuzzi pool was dirty unusable. still would recommend lots of room for a family trip
