The attention to details was very poor for a 5 star hotel. The hot and cold taps worked the other way around, the USB and bedside charging ports didn’t work, the room numbers outside each room were grubby, the cleaning in the bathroom was poor and the towels were thin.

We shared our story with Yuna at check-in, and she went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable once again. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked another stay at Oakwood COEX to continue our trip in Seoul, which was equally wonderful. We highly recommend Oakwood Incheon and have already booked our stay again for this summer—we can’t wait to return to both locations.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and I recommend the cafe on the 65th floor for the great views and a coffee. Our daughter loved the strawberry cake the kids room had good toys for our daughter as well, and an arcade machine for the older kids in our group. Will definitely stat here next time we need to go to Incheon early

- Bujang (10/5): I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and families and love to stay here again - We love staying at the hotel very much they have everything that we want like a washing machine nice location we can just easily walk back and forth to buy groceries at the lotte mart and near to the halal restaurants but we also have complete set of cooking utensils in the kitchen easily to cook when ever we want the most thing i really like is that each of the bed room got its own toilet and shower so we don't have to go outside of the room to take shower like other apartment only the master bedroom got its own shower and toilets inside we also love to see the beautiful view from every side of the apartment we can see sun set and sun rise it was so so lovely All is good but if we can have the breakfast buffet until 1030 or 11 it will be much better for the children and if can we want to have english breakfast like baked bean harsh brown oats vegeterian fried rice

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set the tone for a great experience. The room was very well maintained—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My family and I enjoyed our time together. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing a stunning sunrise the next morning before heading to the airport. It was the perfect way to start my travel day and added an extra touch of magic to my visit. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in South Korea. Highly recommended!

Connected underground and nearby to Lotte Mart and within walking distance (20-minutes) to Costco and nearby beautiful park. A little confusing transferring elevators to get to the hotel side but NDB. Tons of pilots and flight crews staying here. Breakfast was really generous with incredible views to be had in the more private dining room off to the right, so tuck in there vs. gorging with the rest of the guests. No BS authorization hold on CC but my room was also prepaid. Didn't make it to the top floor bar but this building is so high some colleagues of mine that did said it they couldn't see much due to the clouds.

They have pluming issues, water pressure is low, on top of that, the shower hose had a leak spraying water from another side too. The sink drain was very slow and sink would fill up. Staff not friendly and do not help with luggage’s. Overall not recommend!

The hotel is everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. A special mention goes to Tommy who gave me an upgrade from a studio to a beautiful suite! - Erindegala (10/5): amazing stay all the time! - the hotel is in prime location of incheon area. its quite clean and has lots of restaurants around! hotel is next to lotte mart where you can shop all grocery needs, some clothes like a department store. across the streets are songdo hanok village which they have the historical architectures but they made it to cafes, restaurant or shops. its very pretty to walk around! if you’re staying in incheon this is definitely the hotel. front desk staff to concierge, they’re all just wonderful! especially Roy in concierge is very helpful when you need to make reservation. he helped me make some eyelash appoingment and even knew what i was talking about! not only he’s helpful, he’s very knowledgeable too!
