• Evgeniia (9/5): Отель рекомендую! Цена и качество соответствует. - Хороший отель за свои деньги. Приятная, относительно не маленькая территория, большой бассейн, есть горки. До пляжа 5 минут. Отличное питание, команда и шеф стараются, вкусно. Рыба, мясо, все было всегда. Вечером была развлекательная программа, хотя уже конец сезона. Местный алкоголь, но мы изначально это понимали. Бронировала на букинг вид на бассейн, а по итогу заселили с видом на дорогу.

Один парень из персонала был груб , выборочно относился , к гостям из России очень старался но почему-то к нам из Центральной Азии оказал грубое отношение. Считаю неприемлемым такое поведение. Плохо убирают туалет на пляже где женская сторона. В остальном модно сказать хорошо Берег чистый молодцы мальчики Туркмены.

• Claire (10/5): Great value for money, staff work hard and relaxing stay overall. - Great price, pool view, always sunbeds available, just a few usual idiots putting towels out then disappearing but I remove them these days so not a problem for me personally. There were lots of shops and a few bars and restaurants within a three minute walk. Come out of hotel, turn left then left again. This wasn’t made clear by other reviewers. Alternatively, turn right out of the hotel, a few shops and the beach within a few minutes. We got the bus to antalaya one day, rather than pay for a tour, we got the bus direct from the bus stop near the hotel,only 3 euros each and a nice way to spend a rainy day. Coming back, we got the bus as far as Kemer, had a drink and browsed around the shops before catching the bus back to Camyuva. We were the only English people all week, the rest were Russian, Ukraine and Finland that we knew of. Entertainment put on some nights, belly dancer, traditional Turkish dancing and a live singer,people could dance. Male staff member on reception, spoke English and was always super helpful, thank you. Staff worked hard topping up food in the restaurant, clearing tables, we never queued for food or waited for a table to be free or cleaned. Pool towels available, room cleaned daily. Pool clean, they had a foam party one day which was fun and they served ice cream by the pool at 3pm each day which was really tasty. Personally, I didn’t like the gritty beach, but the water was warm even mid October. We never heard an English voice the whole week. We enjoy our own company, but it would have been nice to just have someone to say hello to now and again. Bar staff struggled to understand us, we should have used Google translate in hind sight. The attitude of some people waiting for the restaurant doors to open like they were starving - although this became amusing. People filling their tables with plates of food that they stock-piled and wasted annoyed me at times.

• Irina (8/5): A nice stay in White Lilyum Hotel - White Lilium Hotel offers a delightful stay with several commendable features. Its location is excellent - just a short walk from the sea, making it ideal for beachgoers. The meals were consistently impressive, with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that added a healthy and flavorful touch. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. A standout feature was the exceptionally large swimming pool, which provided plenty of space for relaxation and leisure. However, there were a few drawbacks that affected the overall experience. The swimming pool, while large, had extremely cold water, which made swimming quite uncomfortable and disappointing, especially since it was expected to be preheated. Initially, I was assigned a room facing the street, which was noisy; although the management kindly relocated me to a quieter room on an upper floor, this should have been arranged beforehand as per my request. Lastly, I encountered issues with receiving proof of payment—despite leaving my email at checkout, I have yet to receive a receipt or invoice confirming my stay. I hope this administrative issue will be resolved soon.

В номере нет чайника и кружек. Не хватает лежаков у бассейна и моря. Люди кидают в 7 утра полотенца, а сами гуляют неизвестно где, в связи с этим, людям которые приходит на пляж лежаков не достается. Очень за гриль, выдают по одной рыбке и порционно.

• احلام الشريف (1/5): تجربة سيئة جدًا ولن تتكرر أبدًا. مستوى النظافة والطعام سيئ للغاية، وتعامل الإدارة غير مهني. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق إطلاقًا، - الحسنة الوحيدة هي موقع الفندق الجيد وقربه من الشاطئ أقمت في الفندق وكانت تجربة غير مرضية أبدًا. النظافة كانت سيئة جدًا، وتم إبلاغ مدير الفندق، لكن الرد كان مخيبًا للآمال حيث قال إن “هذه إمكانيات فنادق 4 نجوم”. بصراحة، لا أعلم كيف حصل الفندق على تصنيف 4 نجوم في ظل هذا المستوى من النظافة والطعام. أرجو من إدارة الفندق أو الجهات المسؤولة عن التصنيف مراجعة مستوى الخدمة والنظافة بشكل عاجل

L'accès à une plage privée Il est dommage de ne pas avoir eu de serviettes, tapis dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivé très tard et impossible de prendre une douche 😡 De plus hôtel majoritairement avec touristes russes et donc pas d'activités, et très peu de personnel parlant anglais.

Персонал привітний,жодних нарікань Кухня різноманітна:випічки,риба і м'ясо щодня Чесно,якість перевищує ціну.... Анімаційна програма є,але вона не напрягає Що дивно,випивки тут вдосталь,але жодного разу ми не бачили п'яних людей.Рекомендую для тихого,не дорогого сімейного відпочинку

• Alexandru (9/5): Good, but not for **** stars - location none of the workers smile even once and some look at you with disdain, there are always lines in the canteen, you leave the table to get a piece of bread - when you come back everything is cleared from the table, go get some food again, on the beach they take up places but there are no people, they come when they want, the toilet on the beach is not cleaned, I paid 381 € for 3 nights, the hotel on site costs 90 € per person, also there is no Wi-Fi because they sell it, for example 10 € for a week

• Alex (5/5): A mixed experience In White Lilyum Hotel - Customer service, especially from bar staff (Kerem, was 10/10 alongside his colleagues). There was a Customer Relations Manager (I think that's what he was) who tried to ensure to best of his ability we were looked after. The swimming pool was great, although the water for the slides was not on throughout the day (disappointing for kids). The gym was pretty good but basic. Cocktails were surprisingly good. The area outside the hotel had scammers and we unfortunately faced some hostility in the area. The hotel did react, supposedly, as they put security on our beach. Our beach however, was just a wash with sunbeds and not much actual beach space. The food was mediocre at best and with almost zero options for children. Not much meat for meat eaters, especially considering the price. I enjoyed the deserts and vegetable options but not really work £2k + for just 6 nights. The TV was only in Turkish. The hotel guests were primarily from Eastern Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. For my English girlfriend and her kids (I am of Croatian descent), they felt a lot of passive aggressive behaviour aimed at them. Lots of angry stares pretty much through 90% of hotel guests. As a Croatian I experienced more friendship and better interactions but even myself, I was shocked at the lack of manners and politeness from a majority of hotel guests. Although the hotel staff were majority very nice, not all however, it could not possibly make up for the bulk of rude and I guess low level hostilities from guests. Discussions with one Eastern European lady in the hotel alongside my English girlfriend said they also felt uneasy by some of the Turkish guests in the hotel, something in the way they stared at them. All of the above can certainly highlight some complex cultural differences but unfortunately it doesn't make for a good holiday, irrespective of how nice hotel staff could be. A shame. In respect to being all inclusive, alcohol was only available until 10pm and ice creams by the pool for only one hour a day. Most of the entertainment was aimed at the more Eastern European contingent, alongside language capabilities of the staff. It would feel for many Western guests that they would be outsiders in respect to other hotel guests and very strongly. Lastly, Booking.com allocated two triple rooms for us, I.e one double bed and two singles.
