• Simon (8/5): Excellent service and comfortable, well maintained hotel with kind and friendly staff. - The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They were consistently available, responsive and kind. The layout of the rooms is sensible and makes best use of space. The decor is is smart, neutral, and does not get in the way. It may seem a small point, but the big oval marble table was a real plus. Very useful for multiple purposes, easy to wipe clean. I will definitely book again for my best Hong Kong trip. Nothing to complain, all was fine.

• Stefanie (9/5): Schöne Zimmer, gute Lage - Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und sehr groß Leider waren Toilette und Dusche abwechselnd verstopft. Es wurde schnell behoben, dennoch nervig. In der Lounge stehen lediglich Wasser und Tee zur Verfügung. Nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen Softdrinks oder wie in unserer Beschreibung erwähnt, Snacks.

• Jef (8/5): I really had a very productive stay - I got a free upgrade so this was excellent (room 32) I can see that these are not standard hotel rooms - shower and bathroom a bit pushed in a space and no black out curtains. Room amenities were good. Spaces were quiet small even if I had an upgrade. I do intend to book you again as I had full privacy. For reception and cleaning staff. Excellent .
• Peter (9/5): Beautiful room - grat location and value. - Perfect location in the heart of HKG's Central district meant everything was easily reached either directly or via one of the traffic hubs. Wonderful suite took up a full floor of the building. Relaxing modern decor left the bustle of the city outside. Unfailingly friendly and helpful staff. My critiscism is really minor: electric plugs near the night table could be better placed and spaced to accomodate the adapter plugs most travellers use. An electric kettle would have been a helpful addition.

Possibility to leave luggage after check out and use a shower before going to airport for a night flight.

• Al Hardy (10/5): Excellent location and killer view of the city and Harbour. - Our experience at One96 was exceptional from check-in through to departure. The front desk staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring high-quality bedding that provided a restful night's sleep. Bathroom and shower facilities were maintained to a similarly high standard, with strong water pressure and premium amenities. Notably, the view from the room, overlooking both the city and harbour, was impressive—offering dynamic vistas both day and night. The roof terrace provided an excellent setting for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. The property's location is highly convenient, with numerous shops, bars, and dining options within a five-minute walk, as well as close proximity to Central Market and the escalators to the mid-levels. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and I look forward to returning in the future. only down side to the room would be the placement of the TV. Is is located in the center of the window, obstructing the full view. I would recommend the TV to be on a bracket to swing out from shelving or in a cabinet that power rise up. The view was what you wanted to see.

• Kassymzhan (7/5): Номера не 76м2, а максимум 50м2. - Хорошее расположение отеля, буквально 300 метров до набережной. Очень хорошая и мягкая постель с воздушными подушками. Есть кофе машина. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой, что очень хорошее при жаре 34С. Рядом куча магазинов в том числе 7 eleven, а также много различных кафе и ресторанов. Но в плане шопинга сразу скажу что туговато, нужно ехать в аутлеты. Само здание узкое, номер примерно 50-54 м2 не больше. В отеле 38 этажей. Нас сначала заселили на 8 этаж с видом на 10 этажную стройку. Вид был просто ужасным, тем более это был наш первый визит в Гонконг. Я пожаловался на вид из окна и на то что номер сильно занижен по площади, так как в Букинге указана площадь 76 м3, а по факту около 50м2 и я сказал на ресепшен что я напишу об этом в отзыве в любом случае. Я спросил можно ли отказаться от проживания, мне сразу отказали, говорят у них нельзя делать отмены бронирований. После чего я по просил дать номер этажами выше, но мне отказали. Но через 20 минут постучались в номер и сказали что у них оказывается есть номер на 22 этаже и предложили переехать туда. Вид из окна 22 этажа был по лучше и мы согласились. Интернет плохо работал. Мобильные телефоны подключились к wi-fi, а ноутбук я так и не смог подключить. Освещение днем не работает, я не мог хорошо побриться из за того что не было возможности включить свет в сан узле. Кондиционер над столом постоянно гремел и мешал спать, пришлось его выключить.

The location is also good. 1- I didn’t like the smell at the street ( before you enter the hotel) I know it is not their fault but they need to follow up with the city to rectify it. 2- The toilet wash basin is very small and funny shape.

The washer was a big saver for our trip! Toilet main door was a little hard to push and noisy. Our water dispenser’s water tasted a little funny even though the water has been replenished after housekeeping but we were still able to get water from the lounge.

With a 5 minute or less walk to 7/11 or supermarkets. Would deffo stay here again . Very cheap as well The fact I could find anything about the $1500 HKD deposit for the one night stay. And the drain in the shower took forever to drain and flooded very quickly but it didn't flood the bathroom.
• Andrew (8/5): comfort, fabulous staff - one or two snags that are a bit tacky - but perfect location and classy - Great location, fabulous staff, very very comfortable bed, great view of the city, No international news channel or even youtube on the television - rather tacky for a high-end hotel and the decor on the one bookcase conssiting of empty boxes with hokey philosophical quotes also was tacky for such a high end place where the staff and amenities and comfort are toop notch. The fact that htere was no restaurant was fine, there are pleany of eateries on the doorstep

There was never any mention of the room type in the ad for the room. That information should be provided by the hotel and Expedia. Had It known about the room type I would have stayed elsewhere.
• John (10/5): Location, location, location - The location is the main reason to stay here, especially if you’re in HK for gastronomy as the hotel is within a very short walk to many of the city’s top restaurants and cocktail bars. The rooms are clean and comfortable though lacking in decorative character.

Overall we were very satisfied with both stays and will most likely come back if price stays competitive.
• Yun Chor (10/5): - My wife and I stayed 3 nights. It is a boutique hotel with one apartment per floor. The apartments are much more spacious than hotel rooms and the interior designs are clever to maximize space (which is a premium in HK) for similar prices to standard hotels. Great view from glass windows (full length) from our 28th floor apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine was convenient as I was already on the road for many days. Notice it is not a standard 'hotel' so there is no restaurant or foyer etc. Very happy to stay here again.

The room was comfortable and quite spacious for HK. Not much! There was only one lift for the whole building so it could occasionally get a bit busy but it was generally fine. The gyms available to guests are very basic (but fine).
