• Lina (4/5): - Leider war ich von meinem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war für den aufgerufenen Preis deutlich zu teuer. Die Ausstattung wirkte alt und lieblos renoviert, an vielen Stellen war erkennbar, dass nur oberflächlich ausgebessert wurde und insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Lage hat sich abends als sehr unangenehm herausgestellt, da man sich dort in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu diversen Etablissements befindet und die Gegend dadurch kein besonders sicheres oder angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass für das bloße Abladen des Gepäcks (nicht für das Parken!) eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 65 € verlangt wurde. Darauf wurde beim Check-in weder hingewiesen noch findet man hierzu einen klaren Hinweis bei der Buchung.

• Isaac (6/5): - War ok aber, es nicht korrekt die Unterkunft as Hotel zu nennen. Es ist wie einer normal Unterkunft. Es kein Aufzug. Ich muss beide Kinderwagen hoch tragen. Aber für die Sicherheit das Konzept ist sehr sehr gut. Man möchte auch der Personal kennenlernen, laute der Personal am Empfang wir dürfen einfach gehen, wenn wir sollen.

• Selina (2/5): - Wir hatten zu viert ein 6-Personen Zimmer, davon abgesehen das dass Zimmer abnormal teuer war für eine Nacht, war es nicht sauber, im Hinterhof und die reinste Katastrophe. Vom Badezimmer möchte ich garnicht erst anfangen. Alles in einem überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

The only two issues: - the site mentions that the hotel offers a huge all you can eat Breakfast Buffet. Upon check-in, the lady said that it was not possible and that I have to go to the shopping mall (30 min walking distance, or one Metro stop away) - the walls seem to be made of cardboard and I could hear my neighbours shower, snor… and even other noices 😅
• Basharat (6/5): overall nice and good. - room was clean staff was nice good parking available. it was warm summer, and no fan was in the room, too hot int the room, not got confort sleep.
• Keziah (4/5): Not terrible but not good, I wouldn't recommend - The beddings and towels were white and clean so that was nice. We wanted Pizza for lunch, it's literally a 5 minute walk so it's super convenient. I also liked that they put the Balea liquid soap to bath with, I don't like the small soap tabs. I ordered Chinese food, tasted really good 👍🏾 The toilets were stinking and there's no AC, in Summer that's not the best environment to be in. Also the rooms were not cleaned since we entered neither were the beddings changed from the time we checked in, and we were there 6 days! So it was a bit too dirty for my liking. Also it seemed like the manager was the same person to cook and clean or take out the trash, not sure if it's cos the place is understaffed or it was a form of cost cutting. Either way it still felt awkward.

• Neza (3/5): Poor - The bed was comfortable. Staff unfriendly. Reception and corridors need renovation and ventilation. In the app, it says that parking is included, but you still have to pay for it in the end. Rooms run down. Badly cleaned bathrooms and lots of limescale. I don't recommend it. Especially for that price.

There was no airflow, the only way to get air in the room, and deal with the smoke smell, was to open the screenless window. The smoking area was just below the room, and that would lead to more smoke entering the room. Also, the room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. It had two old, empty shampoo bottles from a previous person and the door was filthy dirty.

Wir hatten ein Günstiges Hotel gesucht nur für die Druchreise, haben auch nicht viel erwartet, ABER blutglecken auf dem Boden, Badezimmer stank nach Urin, alles verstaubt und verdreckt, Flecken auf dem Boden im Badezimmer und um die Toilette herum, geputzt wird da nicht! ⚠️ NICHT BUCHEN, EGAL FÜR WELCHEN ZWECK ⚠️
