- Furqan (9/5): Beautiful hotel and splendid facilities - The hotel itself is gorgeous. The in house facilities are exceptional, including spa & ski services . The stylist and masseuse were outstanding! The breakfast spread was very nice too. The view from our rooms was gorgeous. The staff could have been more attentive and motivated. The whole check-in procedure was underwhelming. The receptionist at the front desk looked a bit lost. The concierge was not helpful at all and looked almost annoyed. The staff at the lobby restaurant and breakfast area was not well trained. We were served pork on two separate occasions even though we very clearly stated, multiples times on both occasions, that we cannot eat pork.

- samir (9/5): не заселяйтесь в номера рядом с лифтом - в целом все отлично завтрак обслуживание качество продуктов ассортимент лыжная комната и ее сотрудники официанты на завтраке и в сигарной и в баре плюс отлична музыка живая по вечерам ассортимент сигар и напитков обстановка в отеле красивая контингент жильцов все очень изыскано и люди приветливые самая главная проблема то что мне дали номер 357 а он был рядом с лифтом первый номер от лифта и постоянно был шум от лифта в номере и я плохо спал по ночам нет биде в ванной тапочки выдали на три дня один раз и в спа сервис очень слабый я переехал сюда из Бадрут Палас может оценка слишком завышена но там в спа можно выпить чай и соки и персонал более приветливый заточенный на решение вопроса тут дважды пытался записаться на массаж предлагали неприемлемые варианты или 30 минут или время позднее или раннее

- Nikolaus (8/5): Wird dem Ruf der vergangenen Tage nicht mehr ganz gerecht - Sehr schöner Blick auf den See, sehr schönes alteingesessenes Hotel, in dem man noch den Glanz früherer Tage erahnt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und funktionabel, allerdings mit einen Doppelbett, das zwei Einzelbetten sind, die ständig auseinanderrutschen Alles sehr umständlich gestaltet, schon um einen Skipass zu bekommen muss man mehrere Stationen durchlaufen, das Personal höflich, aber nicht bemüht, geschweige denn herzlich. Es ist mittlerweile leider zum Massenbetrieb geworden im Vergleich zu früher. Der einzige, der dem Ruf gerecht wurde, war der Hotelmanager in Person, der es schafft jeden persönlich zu begrüßen.

- Bilral (10/5): Wonderful Winter Stay at Suvretta House - We truly enjoyed the amazing stay at Suvretta House. It was a perfect winter weekend and the hotel and staff experience exceeded our expectations. The highlight was the new spa: Very luxurious with several jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths, gym. All newly built on three floors with a spectacular view of the mountains. We also very much enjoyed the dinner at the Grand Restaurant. Amazing food and great service. All this in the middle of a winter wonderland with direct access to the ski slopes. We will certainly be back!

- DW123418 (10/5): Old World Swiss Charm and a 21st Century Spa Create an amazing 5-star Experience - Just a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute shuttle drive) from the center of St. Moritz, the Suvretta House is an amazing old world hotel with fantastic modern spa just steps away from the ski slopes. The Suvretta provides a wonderful escape from the stress and bustle of the world. Service throughout the hotel is impeccable. Rooms are super comfortable and the recently renovated spa and gym facility is 5 star plus! The hotel exudes old world charm from the enormous lobby with picture windows looking over the lake and mountains to the massive, original wood paneled dining room (jacket and tie required at dinner). Food is fantastic from an enormous buffet breakast to 4-course gourmet dinners. There is a ski lift within walking distance of the hotel and the guests are provided with their own private ski lockers. This super traditional 5-star hotel recently opened a renovated gym and spa area on 3 levels that brings it right into the 21st century, including a large, airy workout room with Technogym equipment, a separate Pilates and yoga room, and multiple spa treatment rooms on one level. A second level features a series of saunas, steam rooms and plunge pools and then there is a pool level with an indoor Olympic size pool and a large swim-out outdoor infiniti pool with jacuzzi style jets on one side in addition to a separate outdoor hot tub -- all with amazing views of the majestic Alpine scenery. Could not recommend this hotel more.

- 112janem (8/5): a worthy hotel but seriously flawed. - Overall, it's a beautiful location. The room was spacious and clean and the view was extraordinary. Skiing was enjoyable and the ski in/ski out was a welcomed feature with one big caveat. see below. My biggest fault was with the personal at the desk. The hotel offers a private ski lift to reach the larger ski lift. This requires off loading the small chair lift and walking across a road in order to reach the second lift that services the mountain. Unfortunately, there is NO sign WARNING of BLACK ICE and I slipped and fell backwards in the middle of a road where cars pass and HIT MY HEAD. I was walking in plastic ski boots with no tread and carrying my skies. Fortunately, I was able to get up from lying flat on my back and a ski instructor offered to inform the hotel. Later when I was back at the hotel, I mentioned the fall to the man at the front desk. His reaction was startling. Instead of an apology or asking of my wellbeing, he renounced all responsibility on the part of the hotel and said this road was part of the jurisdiction of the ski resort NOT of the hotel. How are hotel guests suppose to take advantage of the ski out feature without sustaining an injury if they cannot cross from the hotel lift to the main lift without slipping. The hotel advertises this feature so I think they do bare some responsibility. Could the hotel not provide a rubber tread to cross the road or place a SIGN warning of the dangers of possible ice? Could they not offer a staff member on days when there is ice to offer safe passage of unsuspecting guests of the hotel across the street? Nevertheless, I will never forget his unkind and unsympathetic response. I could have been more seriously injured and it would have put an end to a ski vacation before it started. A further major flaw include the obnoxious smell of cigar smoke wafting through the main lobby which precluded me from enjoying sitting in the lobby to listen to music in the evening. I hope management considers changing out supercilious personal at the front desk and make efforts to ensure the wellbeing of guests so they don't slip on ice as I did nor are they forced in inhale second hand smoke.

- D806CDphilipp (10/5): In it’s own league - All the five star hotels are nice in St. Moritz , we like the Kulm as well (maybe a bit more fun )but the Suvretta house has that special wow factor , discreet but extremely high end , old world , beautiful , classy with that special private club palace atmosphere that only exist in a few more more places around the world. Staying here is always beyond supreme , people that do not want to be seen stay here . Service , food , accommodations and public areas are out of this world . I strongly recommend to stay here and the Anton s bar and Club bar are destinations in it’s own right , even the bar food menu is incredible , and the new spa is the best Switzerland.

To many photo shootings with loud influencers, tired kids crying in black tie restaurant or chasing in pool with parents who do not react. This kind of precious hotel should have adults only areas or hours of use.

I also want to mention the professionalism of the waiter, Federico, who is very passionate about his work and puts in a lot of effort. The breakfast was very poor. The fruit and avocado were very poor quality and not fresh. The Benedict eggs were also very strange. I did not like the quality of the massage. It was also inconvenient that there was no transfer to the cross-country skiing. I had to constantly call a taxi, but not all taxis take skis, which was extremely inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was good.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was below expectation. The croissants and bread at breakfast were not fresh (on both mornings) but rather dry and it appeared that the croissants were at some point frozen and then reheated. We were surprised that simple orders like fruit juice and forrest berries cost extra (over 24chf each) The dinner in the Stube was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary and definitely not worth the exorbitant price.

The swimming pool water was very hard, that's makes you feel very itchy. The SPA was a bit old and tired, definitely needs an update. Our room was very nice large and comfortable.

The manager greats you upon arrival and departure and takes a true interest in your happiness. The front desk staff and concierge could not do enough for you. The restaurant staff fast efficient and professional all with a smile. The people that worked in the pool and spa area took great care of everyone all the time. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were fantastic. Everyone that worked at this hotel were happy, friendly, professional and some of the best hospitality people I have seen. Now the hotel itself?? Equally amazing!! Beautiful entry, beautiful rooms, fantastic health club and pool area. Easy access to town. The rooms, lobby, restaurant and grounds were impeccable!! In the mornings to go skiing we walk down the stairs from floor 3 and the smoke still is so heavy. The Non smoking is in the lower area far away and filled with kids. There are far better ways of catering to both audiences. Staff was amazing, food, location were all world class. We unfortunately won’t return.

Ski rental equipment at the hotel was top notch and it was awesome to be able to ski in and out right from the hotel. Only wish that I had stayed longer.

Bereits bei der Ankunft wird man herzlichst von den Hotelmitarbeitern und dem Hoteldirektor persönlich begrüßt. Das Gepäck war superschnell auf dem Zimmer, wirklich spitze. Dort angekommen fanden wir einen persönlichen Willkommensbrief sowie kleine Naschereien zur Begrüßung. Das Frühstück ist eine Augenweide und lässt keinerlei wünsche offen! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Liegen im Spa sind unserer Meinung nach schon etwas älter und nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie, wobei der fantastische Blick ins Engadin mehr als entschädigt. Fazit: Tolles Wohlfühlhotel, wir kommen definitiv wieder!
- Shaun (8/5): A relaxing weekend ! - We experienced an enjoyable stay with a few disappointments. The room we were allocated was on a low floor facing the car park. So a view facing the car park,and almost no mountain. We made the hotel aware of this problem with no solution being offered. The hotel was almost empty ! The sauna opens at 12.00 noon and closes at 7.30pm with the pool. Very early in our opinion. Otherwise food,friendliness,and room service was excellent. The concierge was particularly helpful in all matters. The food quality was amazing ! The breakfast lacked for nothing,and the Bollinger champagne on the Sunday was a fine touch !
- Martha (10/5): Paradise in St Moritz - It is an absolutely fabulous hotel. The management can not be equaled. We were so impressed with the detail to which everything was cared for. The staff from top to bottom is exceptionally well trained and very pleasant. The staff knew us by name which is highly unusual in a hotel of its size. Our only problem is that we will be comparing other 5 star hotels with the Suvretta Haus and be disappointed. We are looking forward to another visit to the paradise of this wonderful hotel.

Every aspect, every little detail was beyond (my very high) expectations. Location, service and facilities were just exceptional. All this with old world charm and chic, while being extremely welcoming. The food also was top notch. Our favorite restaurant in St Moritz is definitely Chalet Chaselas, the hotel’s restaurant on the slopes
