Guest Reviews
- Adrian (6/5): - I did not get the staff name that worked the front desk overnight while I stayed there, but t she was very helpful Waken up the next morning from my first night there with the housekeeper trying to enter my room while I was sleeping without respecting the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The pillows were too small and very worn out
And decorative lenin on top of the covers, head stains on it
- Deborah (8/5): - Convenient All was good

- G (3/5): Clerk was rude - I didn't like a staff member saying that Mt child smelled bad and calling me and hanging up in my face. His attitude is horrible. It took me a second to digest what he said because of his accent. But whe. He hung up in my face and had an attitude, that's I realized I should have handled him for saying that about my kid. I reported him, but the manager didn't care. I also have a support animal and he HARRASSED ME ENDLESSLY ABOUT HIM. And even as I was leaving, he was so passive-aggressive.
- G (1/5): - I liked the maids and the ladies at the front counter. I didn't like a staff member saying that Mt child smelled bad and calling me and hanging up in my face. His attitude is horrible. - Stephanie (4/5): -
- Michelle (5/5): - Nice No breakfast, nothing in the room but a bed and tv
- Lydia (4/5): - Stay was..fine. It was a bed to sleep in. I had to go to TJMAXX and buy a blanket though. It was basically just two top sheets on the bed and the flattest pillows known to man. The bed frame was metal and quite loud. Tried to just treat it as a place to sleep and leave during the days. One day I left my room and was catcalled by some men which made me feel very unsafe.
Overall, it was what I expected with the price. The place in town was convenient for me as it was right down the street from the AFB.
- Amara (10/5): - My experience here was wonderful. The staff greeted me warmly and provided quick service whenever needed. The room was neat, spacious, and comfortable. A very good place to stay.
- Olivia (10/5): - This hotel really impressed me with its cleanliness and service. The staff was attentive and professional, and the room felt cozy and well arranged. I would definitely recommend staying here.
- Tamera (8/5): - Was worth the price
- James (4/5): - It was close to the interstate but the road is under construction so u can only turn right out the parking lot. The picture on the app. Is misleading. Get inside the hotel it's being remodeled. Get to my room the walls are dark and they have little night lights to a switch arccos the walls.. the tv is from the early 2000s lol. Plus the tv on had one channel the other channels said no signal 😑. The bed is on a rail and must have a metal plate under it when u sit on the bed move around u hear it making a loud noise can't be quiet in that bed if trying to play a little bit.. so I asked for a new room they lady at the front desk sent me to the 3rd floor 😐 ohh lord. Get in the room it's so dark from the walls being black ⚫️ 😒 u see puffs in the paint near the bed. I touched it it's definitely water damaged from the ceiling down the walls with mildew 🤮🤮 running down.. I ran out the room and went bk to the first room and made it work for just one night.. I didn't even say i was leaving the next morning 😕 😒 😩.. I will never stay at another oyo hotel. You burnt ur bridges with me north little rock/Jacksonville I'll sleep in my truck before I sleep in a oyo again!!!!!!!!!! I should've took pictures but let's just say i wouldn't even want to hurt my phone memory like that.. completely a hot mess surprised there wasn't and bugs 🙄 😑 😒

- Deon (10/5): - Very nice place to sleep
- Keara (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - rode on construction makes it inconvenient but that's not their fault
- Gabrielle (5/5): Passable -
- Chantel (6/5): - Staff is very nice but walls, microwave, and comforter was nasty and stained.
- Terri (6/5): - Clean room, great staff
- Regginald (10/5): - Property is clean, not noisy at all, garden areas are clean and is pet friendly too
- Ashley (1/5): Bad -
- Regginald (10/5): - Property management is top notch, professional, rooms are bug free, it’s a work in progress, room is decorated beautifully.
- Cindy (10/5): - This hotel is always clean. Its close to Walmart. The staff have always been super friendly!
- Megan (6/5): - Floor felt like it had sand all over it and room was not super clean
- Crystal (2/5): unless you want cops called don't go to oyo - I got my room online and when me and my service animal who was wearing her vest and had previously stayed prior to our arrival at the oyo on John harden drive, the employee said unless I had registration papers my service animal wouldn't be allowed without her registration papers and so I said well I'll take her to the house and then I would be back,, but without informing me,, the employee went up and got my belongings and took them downstairs and then waited for me to enter the building and then waited until I inserted the room key of witch should have been deactivated seems how the oyo employee said I cancelled my room!! so then I come downstairs not realizing what is happening,,and was approached by two jpd saying I was trespassing and that I'm banned now from oyo hotel!!! wow
- Keila (1/5): Bad - My bed sheets had cigarette burn holes all on them, and the inside smelled like weed, also one night I walked down the stairs to go to my car and there was a meth pipe sitting on the stairwell! Absolutely would never go back.
- Shyane (4/5): Disappointing and uncomfortable. - The pictures are EXTREMELY misleading. Common areas were meh, my room was so far off from the pictures I really was only there to sleep. I refused to shower due to lack of cleanliness. There was left over food from a previous guest in the fridge, splatters on the bathroom mirror and some substance on the ledge right above the mirror. Floating weird gross chunks that came out when the toilet was flushed. Guests next to me were letting their toddler run door to door and she tried to follow me into my room. The bed made a loud popping sound if I sat down on one corner. Definitely would have rather slept in a car for the duration of my trip. I run a housekeeping department at a large hotel and I would NEVER let a guest checkin to a room that was anything close to this.
- adrielle (10/5): - Will be staying here again!!
- Megan (8/5): - Good
- Bublee55 (8/5): Very good -
- Megan (8/5): - Good
- Sarah (2/5): DO NOT BOOK HERE - When we arrived, the hotel informed us that they had no rooms available even though we had a reservation. This also happened to another family who walked in while we were on the phone in the lobby trying to find a hotel with availability in the area. Do not book with OYO because they will give your reserved room away. We tried to contact customer service and they were not helpful. They could not find the property in their system by the hotel name or address. I would not recommend making a reservation here.
- Erica (2/5): - I was highly disappointed in our stay at the Oyo. Upon arrival the front receptionist was rude, & the building had an unfamiliar odor. Once checked in & into our room we were greeted with hair in our supposed to be freshly made bed, writing on the walls, burn holes on the furniture & blankets in a non smoking room & absolutely no toilet paper. Highly do not recommend staying at the Oyo Hotel.
- Becky (2/5): What the actual hell - The maid let somebody in my room that did not belong in my room. I have no idea who they were. They stole everything in my room when I brought it up to management and made them let me watch the camera. You can clearly see the maid. let the stranger in my room, and then the incompetent worker tried to blame it on me even worse. And then the next day after I made him change rooms for me, I put a do not disturb on my door and the maid came in my room anyway they violated my rights for privacy. I wanna be compensated for the over $1000 worth of stuff that was in my room And I feel like they owe me a week cause I paid for a week and I was worried every day that I went to work whether or not my stuff was gonna be there when I got back. None of the made speak English or understand English, I asked for do not disturb sign and they gave me a bottle of Comet Horrible horrible horrible
- Verified traveler (2/5): 2/10. Do not recommend - I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from. But it was terrible. I am not a picky person. I never stay in “high end hotels”. So I wasn’t expecting much.. the shower was dirty. The water was warm at best. The blankets & sheets had cigarette burns on them. The pillows had hair on them. It smelled horrible. You can definitely smell that they smoke in some of the rooms. the bed was very uncomfortable. The guy at check in was really nice though. I saw a few reviews of “sketchy people” but don’t really care about that. But it was correct.
- Casandra (2/5): No rooms even for a paid reservation - Showed up with a reservation and was told they had no more rooms available and now they refuse to answer the phones for customer service to reach them to confirm the information so I can get a refund
- Crystal (6/5): Mid to fair experience but not bad. It was okay - Hot water was a little lukewarm, wifi was very low speed 1 to 3mbs, additional "online booking" fee was charged that was not stated when reserving, checkout time notated online was 11am but at hotel was stated 1030am with a 40 dollar penalty. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable otherwise.
- Amanda (4/5): You get what you pay for - The pictures made this place look really cute but it was not. It was awful there were multiple cigarette burns in all 4 comforters in the 3 rooms we had. Also each room had a different odd smell. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. I should have known better for $60 a night but it was definitely an adventure. The front desk clerk was very friendly though!
- Victoria (10/5): - Glad to stayed there
- Victoria (10/5): - Good stay
- Joseph (10/5): - Great
- Victoria (10/5): - All amenities works perfectly
- Victoria (10/5): - Perfect

- Bobby (4/5): - Towels bed sheets were stained badly
- Victoria (10/5): - Perfect stay
- Bryan (10/5): - The service was very good and the location is the best. Very close to ealmart and fast foods
- Bryan (10/5): - Great staff, clean rooms, super helpful, and very accommodating! Staff is always super willing to help out and always smiling. Great place
- Bryan (10/5): - This motel is a great place for family and kids safe clean and on top of their game
- Bryan (10/5): - they are friendly and always there for any need that mat come
- Halter (3/5): Poor - It was next to Starbucks and had wood floors in room Smelled of smoke, didn’t restock toilet paper or have Kleenex in room, couldn’t lock door only use chain
- Verified traveler (10/5): good - amazing quiet resonable and calm
- Melissa (10/5): - Great quite clean great customer service
- Megan (8/5): - Good place to stay
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Jolinda (10/5): - Nice Stay
- becky (10/5): Awesome - Awesome
- Eden (5/5): Passable -
- Verified traveler (2/5): disgusting motel - I asked for the second floor and they lied and said they were all full n gave me a room on the 3rd floor which is a horrible floor because all the rooms r disgusting. The sheets are nasty and stained n some have hair or cigarettes holes on them...the pillows are flat and the covers are old and nasty. The curtains on window are old and disgusting and the floors aren't clean ..and they have mites very badly. I would never pay my money there again.
- Chris (1/5): My husband and I will not stay there ever again - Everything, it was very loud doors slammed all night kids ran up and down the hall no hot water…. House keeping did not come in and clean the room had to ask for fresh clean towels and washcloths .. the sheets had cigarette burns not an enjoyable stay at all
- Eden (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Frosted flake affair - I thought this would be a clean, safe place to stay next to the USAF base, but it was full of people with face tattoos having affairs and smoking in the room next to me with a towel under the door. I noticed one couple leaving the premises with a gallon of milk and some frosted flakes, in separate cars, clearly after a clandestine tryst.
Not recommended. Steer clear.
- Dallas (6/5): - Everything was cool but the little Indian man from the front desk is Very Aggressive an I don't like it that why I left.
- Emily (4/5): - They were really rude and The Beds are super uncomfortable
- Stjohn (5/5): Passable -
- Tasha (10/5): - I felt like I was at home. Very comfortable and quiet 😁
- KriShonda (4/5): - Unhappy
- Chloe (6/5): Pleasant - Easy accessible room. My room was right next to the door that led to outside, so it was easy to get my son from the truck to the room or vice versa. The bed was very hard. The housekeeping wouldn't leave a roll of toilet paper in the room even though you were almost out. The tub didn't stop up to be able to give my son his bath.
- Sean (10/5): Very accommodating and pleasant. - The staff. Everyone was more than polite and friendly.
Everything was as it should be.
Will definitely stay here again should the need arise.
- Sabrina (5/5): Passable - Comfy place for the price Dirty bathroom, leaky shower fixture
- Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Once Only - It served its purpose, but there were some extremely sketchy folks in and around the property.
- Latericia (3/5): It’s a place to stay for the night or week if needed. It’s not a good place for family vacation - No deposit required
Front desk was helpful Poor housekeeping
No smoking rooms
Loitering
Stains on walls
I checked in / out of the same room three times back to back & notice the same residue & stains from before
Unsanitary
No breakfast included
- Patrick (1/5): Could not wait to leave after a long nap. -
