• Jose (5/5): - It was nice and quiet the female at the front desk is rude the breakfast you get the same eggs and sausages 7 days a week the breakfast attendant person stays there babysitting everyone while they eat watches everything you touch as soon as you touch it he goes and checked on it non of my kids felt comfortable with that breakfast attendant person so yea nice and quite but wouldn’t stay here again It was very quite the Spanish guy in the front desk was very awesome

• magaly (1/5): Disappointed - Thank you kat at the front desk to change the room for us and trying to help us. My stay at this location was extremely disappointing, and I would not return or recommend this hotel. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of comfort, cleanliness, and service. I had a reservation from Wednesday through Saturday. The first night was particularly unpleasant. There was excessive noise coming from the room above mine, making it impossible to rest or even watch television. I contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was told they did not know which room was above mine, which was very concerning. Despite reporting the issue again around 11:00 PM, nothing changed so i had to go back to the front desk. This experience also highlighted the poor condition of the hotel. The building is clearly outdated and in need of serious maintenance. Loud creaking, cracking, and constant noises were heard throughout the night. The floors and beds were especially noisy, to the point where it felt unstable whenever someone walked. After being told there were no available rooms, the front desk associate (Kat) eventually moved us to another room closer to the front desk. While the noise was slightly reduced, it was still disruptive. Cleanliness was another major issue. Our original room with a king bed was not clean, and we had to request clean sheets. The second room we were moved to had two queen beds, but one was unusable due to excessive hair on the bedding, which appeared to be pet hair. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards for comfort, cleanliness, or guest service. I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this property.

In terms of value for money, service, and cleanliness, this was probably the best hotel of our 10-day New Hampshire/Massachusetts trip. The cleanliness was outstanding and really worth mentioning. The breakfast area was a bit small, but the selection was perfectly fine. The location is excellent — after checking in, we easily visited nearby Newburyport. Highly recommended.

There's a mall close by with shops and restaurants that I like and a Starbucks and Dunkin close by. One can drive to local parks, Hampton Beach, Newburyport and to Amesbury within a short distance and Cider Hill Farms is close by too. I like everything.
