• 860clausv (10/5): A very positive stay in CDE thanks to its excellent location, good facilities, and exceptional service from Staff. - Las Ventanas is very well located, close to everything. Highly recommended if you want to stay near the Paraná Country Club. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet service, both for breakfast and lunch, is varied and plentiful. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Hotel with a cozy atmosphere. Great place. I would definitely stay there again. Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Recomendable si deseas hospedarte en las cercanías del Paraná Country Club. Staff muy amable y colaborador. El servicio de buffet, tanto de desayuno como de almuerzo, es variado y abundante. Habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas. Todo el ambiente es acogedor (idem la piscina). Buen lugar. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar si visito nuevamente a Cuidad del Este.

Great customer services Their breakfast was delightful, coffee was amazing, we had dinner at their restaurant as you can see on the picture below it was great The chef’s food was spectacular We will definitely going back !

• Paolo (8/5): Quaint Hotel - The hotel is located a little outside of Ciudad del Este, perhaps could be regarded as a mini resort, though it really isn't far from the city centre, by car perhaps 5 min. The evenings are quiet, the dinner service is excellent. The room I got was big with a little kitchenette. The only down side was the shower which was leaking.

• Regina (8/5): Peca na limpeza do quartos, e área da piscina - Estive no hotel no período de 29/12 a 01/01/2019. O hotel é pequeno e bem aconchegante, restaurante com refeições A La Carte é muito bom, porém, a refeição servida no buffet no domingo não gostei, pouca opção de salada e as carnes decas e duras. A ceia do ano novo só não foi perfeita porque foi servido apenas um tipo de cerveja a Heineken, sendo que havia no hotel outras marcas bem melhores e o espumante apenas chandon. O que peca neste hotel é a limpeza dos quartos e principalmente a piscina e toda a área da piscina que estava mal cuidada e suja.
• Michel (8/5): - Las Ventanas is a very comfortable hotel with friendly service, spacious, clean rooms, good internet connectivity and a delicious breakfast. The location is just outside of the bustling city centre in a secure neighbourhood with shops and good restaurants. The hotel is close to the ITAIPU dam for those on business with the facility or just visiting. As a business traveller, I was both comfortable and productive at the hotel.

• johnathank733 (2/5): Crappy hotel - Very weird hotel. It is they are doing you a favor, nor servicing you! The room itself is like two centuries ago. The hot water boiler is inside the shower, everything is so old, you really need to be in your 60’s to really recognise these antique equipment. If you want a coffee from the machine and not americano they charge you extra. Low level service and extremely slow.

Muito BOM. - Ótimo hotel, em localização privilegiada próximo ao condomínio country com muita segurança, muito verde, bons restaurantes próximos, inclusive no hotel tem um excelente. Ótima equipe de atendimento. Muito bom café da manhã. Tem uma bonita piscina e uma imagem das luzes no lado do Brasil à noite. Cama BOA, bom espaço. Vale a pena.
• anazzal (10/5): Excellent - The best experience in Paraguay! The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, staff are very helpful and friendly and it’s located in a very safe location in CDE. I look forward to staying here again. The rooms are modern and very clean. Highly recommended!!

• callelux (6/5): Great hotel but service in restaurant could improve! - Hotel is great if visiting Ciudad del Este as this is the only decent hotel in down and located securely in the Country Club.. Only giving 3 stars as the service in the restaurant for dinner was horrible - not the waiter but the kitchen was fully overloaded due to a wedding and all other guests were kept waiting for their food ! I asked my steak to be cooked medium but had to return it twice and it was overcooked both times ! My wife had chicken which was ok but totally overpriced The waiter excused the bad experience by offering a bottle of wine which was ok, but you expect better in this kind of establishment Rooms could do with a refurbishment....
• EduCartaxo (10/5): Charming place for work or fun - Very gentle staff, one of the best restaurant in town, large and comfortable rooms. Lots of fresh flowers along the corridor. Near a Golf Club and some high-end stores. Inside the rooms, there are living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioning works very well at living and bedroom. Good for weekend or long stay (professional trips).
• 648rickf (10/5): Good hotel with suites - The hotel has suite style rooms with a sitting area and bedroom with window. Desk space for working is limited and wifi internet connection is poor especially at night when everyone is connecting to see their emails. There are computers available in the lobby and these may be better if they are hard wired. Restaurant has reasonable selection of plates for supper and a good breakfast buffet with lots of fresh local fruit( pineapple, papaya, mango, melon, etc.) About 6km from Itaipu and also to the centre of Cuidad de Este. There are stores, supermarket and other restaurants within walking distance
• 648rickf (8/5): Good but eccentrically laid out hotel - We arrived early on the flight from Asuncion and had no problem checking in right away. Good buffet breakfast included in price and we also had supper by the pool which was good (suburi fish recommended). They also laid on coffee and pastries forus in the morning as we left at 5:30 to catch the plane back to Asuncion. Rooms adequate and have reduced cooking facilities and fridge so you could prepare youself a snack or keep cold beer. Wifi with password but free
• Christophemiami (8/5): Good hotel in CDE - Best hotel among others in ciudad Del Este. It s quiet , clean and the restaurant good. Service is fine and professional. You can get a nice cigar or bottle of wine for after dinner. Garden is nice too across the street. Internet is a little slow. Overall go for it.
• Chinata1215 (8/5): Good Night - This is a very good alternative in Ciudad del Este. Located inside the Gold Club. Rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but overall a good place to stay. The main attraction in my opinion is the Chef! Food was delicious, well prepared and presented! If you are goint to Ciudad del Este, this is the place to eat!

• jeromep469 (8/5): Among the bests in Ciudad Del Este - This is a great hotel, a little bit far away from the city center, which gives the opportunity to rest from the hectic activity of Ciudad del Este when you have to stay a few days. Rooms are nice and organized in suites, which are convenient and comfortable. Two comments though, that could be improved: - I was initially put in a smoking room, and after asking for change they gave me a second room which had still a little bit of cigarette smell. Nothing really bad but the administration should be more careful about this. - The bathroom is a little bit old and needs a refresh. Apart from that, the staff is friendly and welcoming; the restaurant is really good and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back there.
• lulita2007 (6/5): Nice but old run down hotel.. - This hotel was obviously pleasant and nicely decorated ten years ago but now it looks tired, dark and outdated. The rooms are expensive since they look old and smelly. The lobby and breakfast room however are elegant and look better. Will find another hotel for my money next time. Wifi in the room non existent and the the tv channels were blurry. Thin mattress.
• Palmeroa (8/5): probably the best choice in CdE - in a nice country setting, with comfortable large rooms and with a good restaurant and a great swimming pool this is for sure one of the best choices in CIudad del Este. Service is consistently good, attentive and friendly.
• Lissacaha (10/5): Excellent - Out on the edge of town in a nice quiet location. Friendly, helpful reception desk, spotless and comfortable rooms - separate sitting-room and bedroom - and pleasant décor. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced, and breakfast (included in the room price) was good too. My only gripe was when my wife and I went down to the swimming-pool area to have a peaceful cup of coffee and a swim we were bombarded with disco music played at full blast, to the extent that we just had a quick dip and retired elsewhere. This may have been just a once-off occurrence at the request of one of the other residents - there were six others at the pool area at the time. Later in the evening, however, we went down again and all was peaceful, as it was the following morning. So all in all a very pleasant stay; highly recommended.
• awolracing (8/5): Excellent service. Exceptional restaurant. A great deal! - The Las Ventanas Suites Hotel in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay is probably the nicest hotel you will find in this city. While the decor in the rooms is a bit old and needs updating, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Our suite had two rooms, one room with two beds for our children. I found the hotel staff to be very nice and attentive. The hotel lobby and hallways are decorated with original oil paintings by local artists which I found to be some of the best quality artwork I have ever seen in a hotel. Obviously, I am not counting places like Wynn or Bellagio in Las Vegas, but you will find interesting, original oil paintings or par with fine hotels like the Marriott Casuarina, Cancun, or just about any Four Seasons or Ritz. Further, the Las Ventanas Suites Hotel restaurant is exceptional! I will say it again, this completely unassuming hotel restaurant in an off-the-path city is absolutely phenomenal! Here you will find original dishes, prepared perfectly and presented impeccably. I'll go back to this hotel just to eat in the restaurant. For those people visiting Foz do Iguazu or shoppers raiding the black markets of the Ciudad del Este, Las Ventanas Suites Hotel will not disappoint, and you'll have plenty of money left over to fill your shopping bags.
• Martin2581 (8/5): highly recomended if you visit Ciudad del Este - Very nice and new hotel in Ciudad del este. I go here usually for work and in my opinion is the best place were you can stay in this area. The rooms are sapcious and fully equiped, some have carpeted floors and other wooden floors, I recomend floors on the upper level. The hotel has a nice restaurant were you can have good international food as well as local dishes. Al the staff is very helpfull and they have recently opened a new bar area with a very relaxing atmosphere to have a drink and here some music.
• mezollinger (8/5): Nice place in Ciudad del Este - We had one night at this Hotel. It was a clean pleasant place to stay. It is in a gated community in a city that is considered dangerous. We went for a nice walk and felt safe. It is in a garden setting. The room was pleasant and clean. It is a suite so there is a seperate sitting area with a small kitchen. The breakfast was good with nice selections and included with the room. The staff was friendly. We visited the Itaupu Dam which is really amazing. We also stopped at Iguazu Falls which is not too far away. We did not have time to enjoy the pool. We would stay here again if ever back in Ciudad del Este.
