Grace è stata molto gentile e disponibile x impossibilità da parte nostra di raggiungere la struttura negli orari previsti.

• Vincent (2/5): Rome est une ville magnifique mais je regrette d'avoir choisi cet endroit pour dormir. - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le Rome touristique, nous avons pu nous lever tot et accéder directement au Pont Saint Ange et aux Vatican, entièrement vide. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la chambre était salle et l'établissement ne nous répondait pas. Nous avons du dormir une nuit dans ces conditions avant que cela ne change car nous avons appelé Booking. La chambre était très bruyante, les fenêtres sont mal isolées, on entant tout ce qu'il se passe dehors, donc pas de calme avant 1h du matin.

• Karima (4/5): Location was great would stay in the area if we came back but not at the Wesley. - The location was perfect & we walked to most places and occasionally took a bus Room 2. The bathroom was very small and dated. The shower was very old and did not flow well . There were no where to hang towels or shampoo holders. Getting in and out of the shower was quite difficult as there was a high step to get in. Wasn’t very clean as there was dust on the edges which had been there a while.. sockets did not always work and seemed a bit loose. WiFi did not work at all. We also asked for English Tea top up but this never came.

• Madison (6/5): Fantastic, Walkable Location in Large Apartment, but in need of Some Attention - Amazing location, large room (we had the apartment with two attached bathrooms, three twin beds, and one large bed), thick mattresses, attentive responses from Grace, clear instructions for us at check-in (we arrived around 17:30). We had issues with the bathroom and cleaning services attended to it the morning after we communicated the issue (which we communicated shortly after check in). The room was not clean to a standard that I was content with. The larger of two bathrooms had mold on the wall and smelled heavily of it. The smaller of the two bathrooms had water on the tiles under the sink with no apparent source, leading us to believe there was an internal plumbing issue. This bathroom also smelled musty and vaguely of sewage. While the cleaning crew was sent quickly upon pointing out these issues, I am sensitive to mold and we were traveling with young children. We felt uncomfortable using the bathrooms much as a result (which is not ideal). The smell of bleach was also very overpowering when it was cleaned, but this can't be helped much.

• Daniel (10/5): - Pokój co prawda malutki ale żarto czysto o wygodnie. Lodówka i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty na wielki plus. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, fajna winda :) Największy plus to oczywiście lokalizacja, 2 minuty do zamku św Anioła i 5 minut do Watykanu. Łazienka co prawda prywatna ale w korytarzu, jednak trochę to krępujące. Za oknem hałasy praktycznie całą dobę ale to cena mieszkania w ścisłym centrum.

La habitación se sintió algo pequeña, y algunos implementos hicieron falta, por ejemplo, solo había 1 colgador en el closet y se brindaron 2 tazones para el café pero ningún vaso para el agua o cucharita de té.
• Claudine (1/5): catastrophique du point de vue qualité/prix. Pire expérience avec Booking. - le lieu en face du Castel’ Sant Angelo est magnifique (raison pour laquelle j’avais réservé là). Aucun accueil !!! rien n’était prévu. Seuls des jeunes, qui avaient eux reçu des instructions, ont pu m’aider. Je n’arrivais même pas à rentrer dans l’immeuble, le soir en arrivant. Aucune indication. Un endroit fantôme. Et évidemment pas de Wifi, comme indiqué lors de la réservation. Et absolument aucun « articles de toilette gratuits ». Juste du papier de toilette. Tout était très « cheap ».

La puzza fortissima di fogna in bagno, la presenza di formiche sia in bagno che SUL LETTO. L'assenza TOTALE dell'host (ho telefonato per farmi aprire a distanza il portone principale come da istruzioni, non ha risposto nessuno e nessuno si è preoccupato di richiamare). Fortunatamente poi ha aperto qualcun altro e siamo saliti alla camera come da altre istruzioni ricevute in precedenza. Avevo inavvertitamente omesso di annullare con cancellazione gratuita a mezzanotte, ho chiesto dopo 44 minuti se potevo comunque annullare con cancellazione gratuita per un errore di comprensione (pensavo fosse entro il 27/02 invece l'addebito è passato a mezzanotte tra il 26 e 27/02) ma mi è stato risposto di NO (richiesta RIFIUTATA)!

L'acqua calda della doccia andava e veniva.

La referente per l'appartamento è stata molto cordiale e disponibile visto un disguido che ha prontamente risolto. Il rumore delle auto ma del resto, vista la zona, è giustificabile.

Inoltre non bello dal vedere (ma è un problema del condomino,non del B&b) nell' ingresso del palazzo, davanti all' ascensore, le buste della plastica ammassate senza dei cassonetti . Rovinano proprio l' impatto che si ha appena si entra nel palazzo.

• Maria (5/5): - Excellent location Great location and pleasant stay but it was difficult to find the entrance initially and there was nobody to meet and greet (though it was between Christmas and new year). The welcome email regarding contact details was sent on the arrival date when I had no WiFi and there were no instructions in the room. The very pleasant helpful cleaners who came the next day pointed out a very small notice on the unattended desk giving us the WiFi code. Little improvements like having written information in the room on arrival, having more than 1 hanger in the wardrobe and a repair to the door hinge would be good . We would use this accommodation again but would choose another room with en-suite facilities.
• Federica (8/5): Davvero soddisfatti - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel periodo di capodanno. Appena arrivati, ci vennero date le indicazioni per effettuare autonomamente il check-in. Tutto risulta molto semplice e di facile intuizione. La camera era molto in ordine e davvero molto pulita. Sentire l’odore della candeggina quando si entra mi fa subito pensare che il bagno sia stato igienizzato correttamente. Per questo voglio fare i complimenti alla donna delle pulizie, davvero brava e cordiale. La camera si presenta con tutti i comfort necessari. Bollitore, tisane varie, asciugacapelli, persino un piccolo asse da stiro con il ferro riposti nell’armadio. Il sistema di riscaldamento è ottimo, silenzioso e davvero buono. La vista su castel Sant’Angelo crea un’atmosfera perfetta per un soggiorno romantico a Roma! L’unica pecca il wi-fi, essendo nella stanza n’1 non arrivava il segnale. Per il resto consigliatissimo! Davvero soddisfatti!
• Sara (8/5): Buonissimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Lo terrò ancora in considerazione per future vacanze a Roma. - Grace è stata molto gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. Colazione non prevista nella tariffa, ma sono comunque presenti un bollitore con necessario per caffè solubile, te’ e tisane e qualche merendina. La camera e’ spaziosa, suggerirei quindi di mettere un piccolo tavolino con sedie per poter fare colazione in camera con necessario fornito da struttura o asporto dai vicini bar. Posizione strepitosa, con affaccio su Castel Sant’Angelo e vicinanza a ristoranti, bar e fermate dei bus. La pulizia degli accessori bagno e dei copriletto potrebbe essere un po’ più accurata. Ho trovato comunque puliti lenzuola ed asciugamani.

• Cristal (1/5): Was locked out my room and had to wait 2 hours for them to unlock it - The property is right in front of the castel which is amazing. You have the perfect view! Well to begin the door to the my room didn’t work. I contacted the property manager and was in communication with them about this. Since there was no reception I had to text them. They were responsive which is great but they made me send videos and photos of the key and door to make sure I was doing it property. And then they made me do a scavenger hunt in the front entrance to find the spare key. Still didn’t work. After going back and forth with them about the key not working they sent me a text saying they will go. It took 2 whole hours for them to get to the hotel. I was locked outside of my room for 2 whole hours which was unfortunate since I took a whole flight and went to grab dinner and returned and had to be locked outside for 2 hours. They did apologize but didn’t give me any sort of compensation for this trouble. Mind you they didn’t open the door till 10PM

• Viveka (9/5): Wonderful Location 10/10 - It was at a walking distance to bus stop and to a lot of main attractions like The Vatican City, Spanish steps, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The elevator was very small and never saw it moving so had to drag the bags two floors.

There were lots of lovely places to eat in the vicinity. 10 minutes walk to St Peter's. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely and warm, plenty of space to store clothes. Grace was lovely and helpful. Nothing, we loved it.

• Anastasia (5/5): Выигрывает только локацией. - Просторный номер, локация. Все же само заселение - сомнительное удовольствие. В 4 звезды хотелось бы, чтобы кто-то был на ресепшн. В номере вместо печенья лучше разместить 2-3 бутылочки воды. В ванной было только жидкое мыло и гель для душа, все. Ни батареи, ни полотенцесушитель не работали. Еще почти два дня не работали розетки в номере, и не только в нашем, судя по отзывам соседей. Свет был, но зарядить все гаджеты можно было только оставив на ресепшен. Сомнительно, но окэээй.

• Marija (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable, clean, good value for money. - Our accommodation in TheWesley pleasantly surprised us. Its location is phenomenal, right across the bridge from Castel Sant'Angelo, which we had a side view of, from our room. We were within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions! The building has an elevator which is useful when you have a heavy suitcase! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, newly renovated and well equipped with all necessary appliances, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Grace, at the reception desk, allowed us to enter the room even earlier than the official check-in and was very kind and helpful in organizing a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night for after our check-out, communication with her was timely and easy! This was my first visit to Rome, and I'm sure that I will come again and stay at TheWesley Hotel! I liked everything!
