• Wadsworth (10/5): I enjo,e - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and adequate for me. The breakfast bar had a variety and it changed everyday to with some favorites and then those who liked different styles of eggs or sausage and gravy or potatoes. There was something for everyone. The shuttle from the airport was very nice. The drivers were very helpful. The beds were a little too soft for my liking.

• shimon (7/5): מלון סביר לשהיה של לילה לפני טיסה - המלון קרוב לשדה התעופה. ארוחת בוקר תעשייתית של BWP סבירה חניה נוחה. פקידת קבלה היתה בסדר. המלון היה בשיפוץ שטרם הסתיים. המחיר היה צריך להיות 250$ ללילה ולא 400$ החדר חדר רגיל של BWP קצת צפוף. אני הזמנתי ואישרו לי סוויטה ו ה 400$ היו בשביל הסוויטה. אבל כשהגעתי נתנו לי חדר. כנראה עשו טעות. פקידת הקבלה טפנה מיד למנהלת. מכך מובן שהם עשו טעות. המנהלת נתנה לי תשובה שטותית שאמנם אני הזמנתי בבוקינג סוויטה אבל היא לא קיבלה את ההזמנה ככזו. נתנה לי 30$ החזר.

She was a very hard worker and very kind. The showers in the suites are a little narrow and way to get water on the floor outside the shower pan.

• Rodriguez (2/5): Why would you show pictures it i going to help I don't think so after we had already has for the. - Nothing Was very bad service stay three days and they didn't clean my room at all they only can took trash out. Didn't even put toilet paper, not even made the bed at all. Do not recommend. It a waste of your money if you are going to get that service 😒. Too late to take pictures after we had already went and got the things we needed.

• Dail (10/5): We had an excellent time. The new amenities are amazing. - It was the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was also excellent. I was a late check in the last of the day, but no one was at the front desk to check me in for 20 minutes. Maybe a bell at the front desk would be helpful.

• Masoud (3/5): Do not stay there until renovation is done. - The room was acceptable No staff at the front desk around 9 pm when I arrived. I waited for 10 min for someone to show up and he didn’t even apologize for the wait. It’s being renovated the lobby, elevator seems like an abandoned building. No water bottle in the room. The price was too high for such poor conditions.

• Branden (7/5): Overall good stay - Amenities, pool spa breakfast. Building is clearly old and out dated, they were doing some renovations but more needs to be done to rooms. Sound proofing, new bathroom doors that were delaminating. More soundproofing. The first two nights the people above me and around me were loud and you could hear their conversations.

Carpet on room 108 was wet our socks got wet good thing we have slippers handy to use. I think the fridge was leaking and wet the carpet . Our food got bad because the fridge not working . Tv not working the front desk girl tried to fix it but it didn’t work .

• brandon (1/5): - I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place a warning is needed. I have stayed at many Best Western’s across the country because I felt the chain was consistent in the quality. I have experienced comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and good breakfast. Unfortunately my stay here didn’t have any of those things. The bed was worn out, the heater/ac hummed and vibrated like a weak washing machine all night, the shower head has hard water residue all over it, and the eggs were tasteless with a strange tasting cheese. The worst thing about it is that prior to booking I called to ask about airport parking as I leave about 3 hours away and the front desk told me if they were not busy that it was free. I asked about the days that I would be needing it and they confirmed that there would be no charge. At check-in the kind young lady schedule me for the shuttle in the morning and did not mention anything regarding the parking. Fast forward to checkout I asked where I should leave my car and the new front desk person asked if I paid and filled out the form and I stated that when I booked they told me their was no charge. He was very polite and trying to resolve the issue and called the manager twice. Ultimately the manager was not willing to correct the issue that her staff created. The only reason I booked the room was for the free parking, other wise I would have stayed at home with my young family for another night and get a sound night sleep. I should have just taking the 3 hours drive in the morning straight to the airport. This will be a lasting impression on me of Best Western and they will no longer be my go to chain while traveling. The leadership of the location is a truly disappointing and is not customer focused.

• Nadine (8/5): Gutes zentrales Hotel am Flughafen - Das Hotel liegt sehr gut Zimmer Flughafen und ist auch gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Das Personal.isz sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor dem Hotel ist ein grosser Parkplatz der kostenfrei ist.

Могу сказать респект только женщине, которая готовит завтрак. Очень позитивная и добрая женщина заведует кухней, она прямо светится добротой. В целом на одну ночь ок, но не дольше. Из плюсов - рядом с аэропортом. В целом ок, но номера затхлые, пахнут потом, как в дешевых мотелях. Или может у меня был такой номер. В общем - типичный дешевый мотель

• louise (10/5): Would recommend - Well, impressed with the cleanliness, spacious room, pool and whirlpool, and fast check-in. Really loved the fact that they came in and freshened up the room, made the bed gave us fresh towels, and emptied the trash. Hotels used to do this all the time, but they have gotten away from it. I love the fact that when we come back from a long day that we walk in and the room is nice and neat and we have fresh towels. Really appreciated that. Had a good variety of breakfast foods, and the lady who was in charge of it was very friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend this motel and would stay at it again

Also, we got to have free breakfast, which was decent. When we were checking in, the staff advised us that there were robberies in the area, and not to leave anything in the car, which made us a bit nervous.
