704mattv (8/5): Clean, Comfortable Springhill - Clean and comfortable stay. Stayed for business while in the area. Location is off a main road - there is some car and truck noise if rooms closer or facing the roadway. Adjacent to a TownePlace Suites. Lobby is modernized and clean, plenty of space and open areas especially for breakfast in the AM. Breakfast was standard Springhill Suites and what can be expected. Everything was hot and attendees were helpful and attentive. My room was clean and plenty of room to spread out. I did request a King but received 2 double beds. Bathrooms were updated recently and nicer. Front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Gym had free weights, plenty of cardio machines and some other workout equipment. The water dispenser did not work on the 2nd day of my stay. Gym was clean and maintained. Overall a nice and more updated Springhill and would stay again if in the area.

alexa (4/5): Expensive for what it was - that is was close to my grandmas house There was a dental floss stick outside our room for 3 days before the staff even noticed to pick it up. Which made me realize they don’t vacuum the hallways daily or even check them. Also the bathroom barn door wood was shot off the top!

Por otro lado deberían extender el desayuno hasta las 10:00 am por lo menos los fines de semana.

Would have given a five star review however after I left the hotel I got a bill for $14 for an emergency service fee and a facility fee, both including tax. I called the hotel and the Emergency fee was only added recently by the city and the facility fee was added by Spring Hill recently. I believe the Hotels.com site includes a note that the price listed includes all fees, however at this location that appears to be incorrect. Please let me know what your policy is regarding fees that only get charged when you leave the hotel. It feels like "Resort " Fees in Vegas, another way to gouge the consumer.

Christopher (10/5): Perfect fit - My entire experience was wonderful. The property is very new, clean, modern and spacious. The room was very large and super clean compared to other hotels in the area. I stayed at the Hampton Inn on my prior trip and they allow animals, which I did not know until I got my room and it smelled like a wet dog. Springhill does not allow pets. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back if I am in the area again.
Sandra (8/5): - This is an awesome hotel. Loved the large size of the room. A/C worker well. Staff was outstanding. We stayed here because of the pool. The grandkids loved it. We enjoyed the patio anf the grilling area. The last night we cooked out late but the staff didn't know kow to turn on yhe patio lights and the firepit was unoperational. Thats was the only sad part of the stay We improvised by raiseing the shades in the fitness room and moved tables over by the window. We could see to eat. Yayy! Also, this hotel was only a few minutes from our grandkids and we got to check out the Italian Festivities that weekend. Great place.

Very disappointing, we always stay here whenever we came from 16 hrs Florida trip. We are so tired to deal with customer service that says 10 mins to recover the wifi but when we woke up in the morning still nothing. I wasn’t able to do my job as this travel is leisure and work. We are a member of Marriot and supposed to have a complimentary wifi. Just so disappointing. It’s time to change our hotel stop on our next trip.

billevs (10/5): Great Sleep! - Traveling on a motorcycle from Virginia to Vancouver, BC Canada, first day on the road. Dark skys and swirling winds forced us into the closest place we could find and SpringHill Suites was it. Good choice! The place is clean, mostly modern. Comfy beds, excellent shower pressure, free breakfast and friendly staff... couldn't ask for more! 5 stars!

Kathy (10/5): - The King suite was perfect for patent recovery done at WVUH. The walk in shower was very helpful and the laundry room next to the exercise room is a nice touch
