Location is everything. Staff is very welcoming and willing to accommodate. Would highly recommend!! I would not change anything .

- Pablo HS (9/5): Muy buen hotel - Habitación espaciosa y hotel con buenos servicios. Buena variedad y calidad en los desayunos, piscina con bar, etc. La localización en Southampton es perfecta. Llegamos a las 10am y no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 3pm. antes de la hora de entrada. Entiendo que hay unos horarios oficiales, pero creo que podrían haberse organizado mejor para poder dar habitaciones antes si ya han llegado los huéspedes. Puedo estar equivocado, pero vimos muchas habitaciones que eran limpiadas antes que la que nos asignaron a nosotros. En todo caso, es un hotel muy recomendable, sólo una nota por si es algo que pueden revisar.

- 804miad (10/5): Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Southampton! - Our four-night stay here was fabulous! We just returned from a wonderful time in The Hamptons, and this charming Boutique Hotel was a treasure. Close to town, beautiful and large rooms, huge swimming pool, excellent restaurant, helpful and kind service and comfy mattresses with thousand dollar bedding by Matouk. Each room is decorated differently with a coastal design. Our room, # 121 was the largest I have ever had for a non-suite. Steve, the Concierge was very helpful and kind. He gave us a tour of the hotel and all it offers. Mary, drove us in the large, comfortable van to Coopers Beach and helped us, as we had health issues walking too far on the sand. Mary set us up and returned in the afternoon to get us and the hotel chairs and towels. This hotel supplies everything to enjoy the beautiful beach nearby. I cannot say enough about this charming hotel in the center of Southampton or the amazing staff. We loved our vacation here!

The sheets were so luxurious and bed so comfy. We got the hotel shuttle to the beach driven by a wonderful lady, so friendly and helpful. The hotel provided deck chairs, a parasol and towels. We would stay there again without hesitation. Lovely hotel

The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond expectations, the rooms are lovely and extremely clean, the grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful. I will continue to stay here every summer, and I wouldn't choose anywhere else!

The room was exceptionally comfortable — top-notch in every way — making it easy to relax and feel at home. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient transfer service to Copper Beach, just a quick 5–6 minute drive away. The hotel provides beach chairs and an umbrella, all easily transported on the micro-bus. It made beach days incredibly smooth and stress-free. The entire experience was seamless, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

- F66VIdavidp (10/5): Amazing hotel, staff and best Hampton’s location too! - I have stayed in many hotels in the Southampton area but the Inn is definitely our new go to spots. The hotel had a recent renovation so everything was perfect. From the front desk to the room cleaners they couldn’t be more helpful and polite. The location is perfect walking distance to all of Southampton’s best stores and fabulous restaurants. We made 7 dinner reservations and never left Southampton! The restaurant Claude’s is open at 7am for early risers like us.l for a great breakfast (available for dinner as well) Our pup was welcome and she had a great field to run in. This is definitely our go to hotel in the future!

- donnasY8747UY (10/5): Relaxing!!! - The Southampton Inn is simply wonderful. The room was spotless & well appointed. The grounds & pool are gorgeous. You can order from Claude’s and have your meal delivered poolside. They have a cute brand new outdoor bar which wasn’t opened during our stay but looked great. The Inn is walkable to town & the movie theater. The staff is so personable & helpful - shout out to Steve & Susan! Don’t hesitate to book your stay. I’m looking forward to another mid-week get away.
- Shane (9/5): A real gem in the heart of a fantastic beachside area - Wonderful facilities that were well kept and were put to good use throughout our visit. The property is very well located in town and is a short walk to retail, restaurants, and local parks. One great feature is the shuttle bus to the nearby Coopers Beach, which was amazing! They also hire beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for kids from the Inn reception. The staff were very happy to assist! We didn’t try the restaurant, as the menu did not appear tailored to kids fussy needs! Can’t fault anything about our stay overall.

- X7822MXelizabethh (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your belongings!!!! - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NOT SAFE OR TRUSTWORTHY!!! We had jewelry stolen from our luggage at the Southampton Inn. Our mistake for putting it in there to begin with but we did NOT expect to have it stolen. We made arrangements to have them deliver our bag to UPS across the street so that it could be shipped to us in CA. UPS was closed the day we departed from Southampton Inn and they volunteered to take it to UPS the following day. The luggage sat in their office overnight before being delivered to UPS. Bag arrived in CA and jewelry was gone. I'm sure there are security cameras in the Southampton Inn but no cooperation from them.

- magdalensg (10/5): Ideal stay - We stayed at Southampton Inn with our two young children over Memorial Day weekend and were extremely happy with it. The location is perfect — easy walk to everything in town, including lots of restaurants and very close to the playground. A small grocery store across the street opens at 5 am, so no matter how early they woke up it was easy to get coffee and snacks. The grounds are very enclosed and have tables for eating and lounging, as well as games, so it was very convenient with kids and felt extremely safe for them. The hotel also provides lots of free conveniences, like an easy 5 minute transport to beach, along with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Finally, the staff was very friendly the whole time and greeted the kids with toys. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The staff was a bit unfriendly upon checking in, asking all sorts about our car and making us go out to the parking to check the plate number (it was freezing and the car park empty).

The cleaning crew is very thorough and make up your room quickly after you leave it. The grounds are very pretty, we requested a "garden view" room and were not disappointed. Great stay!

They should have an a4 fact sheet for visitors updated for the time of stay - for example beach parking is 50 dollars per day at the beach nearby and you need a permit. But after Labor day it is free - but we were not informed. It seemed like they only provide lodgings.

This is a very dated hotel with horrible air conditioning in the rooms that are attached to the wall, no water pressure in the shower, extremely uncomfortable bed. When we tried to sleep, the lights from the hallway, come straight through the door in the room because the doors are so old and they don’t go all the way to the edges. Not to mention you have to walk up this very narrow, steep staircase to get to your room. They didn’t even offer to bring her luggage of the stairs for us. It was the worst night sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. While the staff is very pleasant, the front desk, staff are college students with very little to no experience and or personalities. I would never pay to stay here again.

- Annika (9/5): Fantastic location, service and very comfy rooms at a fair price. - The location was the best part; very close to downtown Southampton, and the 5-minute free shuttle was perfect for beach access. The hotel was charming and the staff really nice and helpful. The nice shady pool area and garden made the hot afternoons really comfortable too! Of course, the rooms were clean and modern, so we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Southampton Inn to anyone. The concrete sidewalks outside the hotel could use some repair. Also, we’re not fans of wall-to-wall carpeting in stairwells and hotel rooms; which is hard to keep completely clean over time.

- Alaska2005 (4/5): Find Somewhere Else….😬 - Just came back from a weekend stay. Rooms are dated but clean. Every room is different , some larger than others… all have old bathrooms with tubs and GROSS shower curtains. Even the amenities in the room are lacking. I would put this hotel on par with a Hampton Inn. Towels are cheap… linens cheap. The front desk has college students who have not been trained in the hospitality industry. For $700 a night, the level of service is lacking. Do not expect to check in before 4:00. They do not have staff that can turn rooms over quickly. During our stay, Our room was not cleaned before 1:00. I have stayed here before but this time I see how run down this hotel has become. Better to find a VRBO…
