- Kate (9/5): Lovely hotel but book at least 24 hours in advance - A really homey hotel with quiet corners to read or chill out. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got a lovely breakfast in the morning. The reception isn't manned 24/7 since Covid. As I made my booking after 5pm it didn't go through, so I was locked out until a helpful tour guide let me in and called the contact numbers (which I couldn't use with a foreign phone). However Trish was down quickly and got me checked in and set up and couldn'thave been nicer, so it's not a criticism of the hotel, just a heads up to anyone booking to be more organised than me and book at least 24 hours in advance!
