• Piotr (9/5): Good place for few nights at city center - location, very spacious (bathroom), helpful staff Its I think the usual in Rome - someone split actual larg apartment for smaller rooms (+batrhroom) for rent so internal walls and room door are paper-thin - it can get noisy with other renters in rooms in the same parcell.

Vanwege late aankomst niemand aanwezig, maar goede instructies om in hotelkamer te komen. Fijn contact met host via Whatsapp. Ligging op enkele minuten van station Termini. Prima buurt voor verblijf in Rome. Niets.

• Luisa (5/5): Okay stay and fair pricing - The property was in a good location with easy access to public transportation (1 minute walk to the metro). The main train station was just a 10 minute walk away with access to the airport via busses and train. Having a balcony was a big plus. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responsive via call or WhatsApp. The elevator to the 3rd floor was helpful. The bed was quite comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom (mainly shower and floor) wasn’t so good. The water flow in the shower was poor with rather little pressure. The water in the toilet would always run a little. Cleaning service only came once during 4 nights spent. The area gives easy access to exploring Rome, though feels a bit sketchy at night. No reception, host mostly not there.

• Rushil (10/5): Safe. Comfortable. Convenient. San Vito is the place to stay when you are in Rome. - San Vito Suites was a really comfortable experience. The location is incredible - it's right next to a lot of traditional Roman restaurants and obviously near the Colosseum, shopping, and everything that's usually needed when you're a tourist in another city. The host is a very friendly person who was extremely helpful, even despite our late check-in, and in supporting our needs throughout the time we were there. A big benefit of this place is that it has very good safety and security, including a lift, so that you know you're not struggling with your suitcases. These may seem like small things, but in a place like Rome, it's incredibly important that you feel safe and comfortable, and this place achieved both. Nothing. It was a great experience. I wouldn't change anything.

The location is excellent – there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. • Marija (8/5): Nice room, complicated check-in - The room was nice and spacious, big bathroom, everything very clean. Location also great, walking distance from everything. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated and it wasted lots of our time and roaming credits for texting back and forth. We agreed to leave the luggage in the morning, waited for twenty minutes in the pouring rain, no one showed up. In the afternoon for the check in, we agreed to announce our arrival an hour in advance, still no one showed up, spent another half hour waiting until we got a call with instructions on how to get inside the apartment.
