Great for getting around efficiently. ​In-room Kitchenette: The room comes equipped with a small kitchen, which is very convenient and practical for solo travelers who want to prepare simple meals. No Physical Front Desk: Unlike traditional hotels, this property does not have an on-site reception. All communication and issue resolution are handled entirely over the phone with customer service. ​Strict Pre-Arrival Requirements: If it's your first time staying here, make sure to fill out the online check-in form before you arrive. This is absolutely mandatory to receive the access codes for both the main building and your room. Otherwise, you might find yourself stuck at the door calling customer service, which can be quite an awkward situation.

• DAVID (7/5): Excellent apartment but not the best attention from the manager - Cleanliness impeccable - The facilities and the location. The panel for typing the room password didn't work correctly, and the owner/manager wasn't very nice or helpful. I was upset because I couldn't get into my room on Friday at around 21:00, and the owner's reaction was, 'Why are you laughing?' What?? Imagine coming back from having supper and not being able to enter your room! I barely drink alcohol, so I wasn't drunk at all. Besides, I had opened the street door with the password, so the problem was with the room panel. I asked him if the password had been changed, but he didn't answer. Finally, the manager opened the door remotely, so I eventually entered my room. I feared that on Saturday I would have the same problem with the panel, and yes, I did. The owner didn't even answer my calls or my WhatsApp messages.

• ines (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft! Sehr gerne wieder - das Appartement war sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Morgens konnte man sich einen Cafe machen in der kleinen Küchennische zubereiten. Der Wassertank bei der Kaffeemaschine lief aus. Sollte mal erneuert werden. Aber kein wirkliches Problem.

Посетили Коперник центр. - Понравилось расположение отеля, Вокруг много разных кафе и ресторанов, не далеко Каперник центр (рекомендую), номер вполне хороший, чистый и светлый. Есть фен, мыло, все полотенца, тапки белые ))) Podobała mi się lokalizacja hotelu. W okolicy jest mnóstwo różnych kawiarni i restauracji, a niedaleko znajduje się centrum Kapernik (polecam). Pokój jest całkiem niezły, czysty i jasny. Jest suszarka do włosów, mydło, wszystkie ręczniki oraz białe kapcie ))) Не понравился шум с улицы всю ночь. Как оказалось у отеля два здания, не два входа как написано, а два здания. Если вы заходите со строоны стоянки, то вы попадете в корпус В, а копус А имеет вход со стороны улицы, слева от арки, если смотреть с улицы. И эту путаницу очень легко исправить, можно просто изминить нумерацию номеров, в корпусе А она начинается с 1 по 15, а в корпусе В с 16 и до конца. Кстати на корпусе В, перед входом ничего не написано что это корпус В. И важно написать что это кропус, НЕ ВХОД!!! Еще, в номере почемуто было три капсулы с кофе, а номер двух местный, как делить одну капсулу на двоих? Nie podobał mi się hałas dochodzący z ulicy przez całą noc. Okazało się, że hotel składa się z dwóch budynków, a nie z dwóch wejść, jak napisano, tylko z dwóch budynków. Jeśli wejdzie się od strony parkingu, trafia się do budynku B, natomiast budynek A ma wejście od strony ulicy, po lewej stronie łuku, patrząc od strony ulicy. Tę niejasność można bardzo łatwo naprawić, wystarczy zmienić numerację pokoi: w budynku A zaczyna się ona od 1 do 15, a w budynku B od 16 do końca. Nawiasem mówiąc, na budynku B przed wejściem nie ma żadnego oznaczenia, że jest to budynek B. Ważne jest, aby zaznaczyć, że jest to budynek, a NIE WEJŚCIE!!! Ponadto w pokoju z jakiegoś powodu były trzy kapsułki z kawą, a pokój jest dwuosobowy – jak podzielić jedną kapsułkę między dwie osoby?

• Alice (10/5): The perfect stay - The decor was so beautiful, we loved the real plants and the rugs it made it feel so homely. The apartment was super clean and the check in instructions were really easy to use. It was the perfect size for a short break and had a kettle, fridge, sink, microwave and crockery/cutlery. The shower was a nice temperature and decent pressure and really clean. The big windows let in so much light and they could open up to let the air in while the curtains kept it dark at night. The temperature was perfect was nice and cosy throughout our stay with a really comfy bed and 2 pillows per person and plenty of towels. The location was good and in walking distance to many places, we didn't use public transport and just walked but it is close to bus and tram stops and not too far from the central train station. There were lots of bars and restaurants close by and a supermarket too. Nothing we loved it all

Bardzo podoba mi się unikatowy, oryginalny wystrój wnętrza, a także łatwość dostępu, czystość i komfort apartamentu. Szczególnie doceniam to, że mimo lokalizacji w samym centrum, w apartamencie jest naprawdę cicho — co jest nie do przecenienia.

I liked having real flowers/plants in the room. The shower situation wasn’t great, the shower head was a broken and it leaked quite a bit out of the shower. The coffee maker and kettle were very dirty.

• Carlo Bove (10/5): Un gioiello tra comfort e posizione strategica - Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente piacevole: la camera è risultata ordinata, pulita e arredata con gusto, con un'atmosfera davvero accogliente. Il punto di forza assoluto è però la posizione eccellente: a due passi dalla via principale e circondata da locali e ristoranti. Inoltre, la location è perfetta per chi ama esplorare a piedi, trovandosi esattamente a metà strada tra la Città Nuova e il Centro Storico (entrambi raggiungibili in circa 15 minuti). Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comodità, vita notturna e facilità negli spostamenti!

• Benno (9/5): Zentrales, stylisches Appartement in Uni- Nähe. - Gute zentrale Lage mit vielen Läden und Restaurant in der Nähe, alles stylisch eingerichtet, sauber., ruhig. Mit ÖPNV kam man überall in der Stadt gut hin. Kommunikation online hat gut geklappt - ist nur manchmal anonym.. Das Frühstück im empfohlenen Cafe Vincent um die Ecke war gut. Ausstattung der Küche und Kaffeeautomat waren gut. Der Fernseher hatte nur polnische Sender, wäre schön wenn für die ausländischen Gäste auch ein paar andere Sender verfügbar wären. Eine Karte von Warschau oder Veranstaltungstipps wären schön - aber kein Muss. (Hab ich bei der Touri- Information erhalten).

• Sandra (8/5): Schönes Appartment mit toller Lage, am b esten vorab über Check In informieren - Das Zimmer entsprach genau den Bildern auf der Website. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, kleiner Kochplatte, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemachine. Kaffee und Tee waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett war mit einem kleinen Baldachin ausgestattet und Nachttische waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war individuell gestaltet und zweckmäßig. Auf dem Tisch gab es jeden Tag eine Karaffe frisches Wasser und 2 Gläser. Schön war die Backsteinwand und die farblich aufeinander abegestimmten Accessoires Im Bad gab es die üblichen Artikel wie Duschgel und Seife. Überraschend war die vorhandene Personenwaage. Im Bad hat es uns etwas ans Ablagefläche gefehlt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und wsr entsprechend sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage des Appartments. In wenigen Schritten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Der Checkin war etwas herausfordernd. Man muss wissen, dass es vor Ort keine Rezeption gibt. Es gibt 2 Eingänge : A und B Hier fehlte es uns an vorheriger Kommunikation zum Checkin. Nachdem wir anfangs ziemlich ratlos da standen, habe ich bei der angegebenen Nummer angerufen. Hier wurde uns schließlich geholfen und die weitere Kommunikation war problemlos über einen Chat möglich. Uns wurde der Zimmercode mit Anleitung direkt zugeschickt Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn wir das Vorgegen früher gewusst hätten. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir anderen Gästen mit unserer Erfahrung sofort weiterhelfen Tipp: über den Chat in der App bekommt man schnell Hilfe 😃
