- AIRI (6/5): 寝に帰るだけなら十分！ - 部屋で何もしない方には十分だと思います！ 路面電車駅、コンビニ徒歩3分 ホテルの裏が飲食街？なのか人の話し声が夜中も結構聞こえます 備え付けデスクが引き出すタイプで30cmもないので作業したり机に色々物を出しておきたい人には向かないかもしれないです。 (冷蔵庫の上とベッドにだしてました) 照明も間接照明だけで暗いので部屋で仕事したい人にはお勧めしないかも。(デスクライトの貸し出しがあるか聞かなかったので聞いてたら貸してもらえたかもですが)

- michaellX8089ZY (8/5): Great Service at a Reasonable Price - This hotel is located in a very central area of Kochi city, and is very reasonably priced for all that. It is in an older building, and this is more noticeable once you get into the rooms. But they make up for it with both a beautiful lobby and excellent service. We drove into the city, and so had to worry about parking the car, always a concern in a central location where space is at a premium. I went in the hotel as my wife waited to ask about parking, and instead of the confused “you’re on your own” look I might expect from some places, the guy behind the desk came out to the car with me, plus an A4 sized card detailing the route to the parking garage they had an arrangement with. (There is a closer garage, but it only is used for smaller cars). We found our parking space, and were able to show the A4 card to a waiting taxi driver who drove us back to the hotel (a few blocks), saving us the trouble of a long walk with luggage. I was duly impressed. It’s the sort of service I’d expect for a much higher end hotel. And it saved us a lot of worry about the parking situation. With our hotel stay, the fee was only 700 yen for the night. We were checked in without trouble, and got an actual physical key to our room. The rooms are somewhat small, and hardly echo the gilt of the lobby. But they are good enough. Although the hallway carpet could use replacement, the room itself was clean and had everything one would need for a stay. If I had any quibbles, is was that our bed for two was up against the wall, and for the person on that side, there was no little shelf for things like one’s glasses, phone, and all that sort of stuff you’d like to have within reach as you sleep. The hotel has amenities in the lobby if you so choose to take some. A set of pajamas, toothbrushes, washcloths, etc. There is even a “shampoo bar” that comes with the price of the room. They give you 2 little bottles, and you can take samples of the shampoo and conditioner if you would like. (there are a dozen brands or so). Of course, you are not obligated to take it if you prefer (for environmental reasons) to use the shampoo in the rooms. The hotel is located in a rather busy area for nightlife, which is in a lot of ways great. There is no shortage of restaurants and bars in the area. The shopping arcade is not far away, nor is the popular Hirome Market, a good place to get dinner. Also, the famous Sunday Morning Street Market is just a few blocks away. Although there is a nice-looking Italian restaurant attached to the lobby, we did not try it as we were hoping to sample more of the locally famous cuisine. There is also a breakfast option you can get for an additional fee, but we opted to try our hand at the street market instead. A nearby convenience store is also an option. If there was a one drawback, it is that this is not a quiet neighborhood on a Saturday night. Although it did not keep me awake, there is a certain amount of street noise on a Saturday night. But if you are in this place to be at the center of Kochi, it’s to be expected. There are some smoking rooms in the hotel, but the 6th-8th floor are nonsmoking, and I noticed no scent in our room (other reviews have complained of such). It’s my understanding that the hotel annex across the street is entirely non-smoking. In any case, I found that for business-hotel prices, the place was pretty nice and the service was great.

- TAKESHI (10/5): Comfortable stay at a reasonable price in Kochi - Very reasonable price for my weekend stay. The room is equipped with the minimum necessary for a comfortable sleep. Recommended for anyone who wants to find pleasures outside of a hotel (Kochi has a lot of places for late night drinking!).

- かずお (8/5): - 古いため、例えば冷蔵庫はほぼ冷えないし、浴室と部屋の段差が高くのは高齢の方には転倒リスクありなどネガティブな面は否めないけど、掃除も行き届いてて、フロントの方々が親切だし、古いながらきちんとしようとしている感じが伝わります。スタッフの土佐弁聴いてるとなんかゆるせちゃう☺帯屋町までも近く、立地はとてもよいです！
- suzuko (10/5): Breakfast is super good! - The location is between Kochi station and a famous bridge, Harimayabashi. Convenient. A free breakfast is fabulous. If you go to Kochi, Shikoku island, I highly recommend.

- Verified traveler (8/5): フロントが親切 - ひろめ市場などの繁華街や高知駅にも、どこに行くにも便利です。施設は古いですが、枕を選べたり、シャンプーバーをやっていたり、いろいろと工夫されています。 そしてなにより、フロントの方達が皆さんとても親切でした。道を尋ねた時も、チェックアウト後に傘を借りた時も、とても快く対応していただきました。
- KIMIYOSHI (8/5): - 連泊で２日目の清掃はいらないということにしましたが、バスタオル、タオル、歯ブラシ、ガウンは交換補充されていましたが、髭剃り、お茶の補充がありませんでした。 ペットボトルとカップラーメンのサービスは有難かったです。
