• Grace (9/5): Great affordable stay with wonderful staff - The owner was super kind and helpful and the room was spacious with a great view of the city. It is in walking distance of most of the main attractions and has a laundromat just outside. They also offer a room cleaning service on request. It is located down a small alleyway that is buzzing with local life and other guest houses. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area. There is no breakfast but this is fine as there are so many great options in HCMC. It is also a very tall building with no lift so this can be challenging in the HCMC heat if you struggle with stairs.

• Harry (10/5): Good hotel and location. - Location was great and host was helpful and friendly Unfortunately didn’t get much sleep due to other guests being loud throughout the night. Was signs to say respect other guests on quiet hours but this wasn’t followed unfortunately.

Встречали дочь, ночью надо было уехать в аэропорт и вернуться. Благодаря электронному замку проблем с этим вообще не было. Бельё было чистым и свежим. Очень приятный владелец отеля. После чекаута разрешил оставить чемодан на весь день. это было для нас большим плюсом Был сломан замок в санузел. это неудобно когдв вас в номере трое. И непонятно откуда под кроватью постоянно была какая-то лужа. Вероятно где-то была нарушена гидроизоляция и вода попадала из ванной комнаты

• Adrià (6/5): Hostal decente - Muy buena ubicación, está a dos calles de la zona de fiesta, pero la música no se oye en la habitación. Es un hostal, donde el dueño no duerme en la casa. Así que, todas las incidencias que ocurren en la noche, como vecinos con musica alta o que regresan de fiesta haciendo ruido y/o discusiones, no hay quien las controle.

• Tania (8/5): Volvería a alojarme aquí - Los trabajadores resultaron amables, respondieron a los mensajes que envié antes de la llegada. La ubicación está genial, muy céntrica, bien comunicada y con todo tipo de servicios cerca, pero sin estar en las calles más bulliciosas. La habitación y el baño son lo que se ve en las fotos, básicos, pero están bien para el precio que se pide. El A/A, la mesita y la neverita eran de agradecer. Podría mejorarse la limpieza, ya que encontré pelos en la cama y el baño, además, las paredes están sucias. La ventana no cerraba bien. Por la noche se escuchaba el ruido de otros huéspedes y de la calle, pero esto no es culpa del alojamiento. Echaba de menos zonas comunes en las que poder interactuar con otros huéspedes.

• Shay (10/5): Perfect location. - The location is perfect. I couldn't of picked a better spot tbh. The only things I didn't like doesn't actually have anything to do with the hotel itself. It was getting to and from it. If you like being grabbed by women offering massages then no problem. For me, that was too much 🤣

• Dianne (9/5): Clean, cheap, cheerful - Spotlessly clean stay in district 1. Location is fine if you need to catch an early or late bus or have things to do in the area.

• Diem (7/5): Comfortable safe place to stay - Conveniently located to everything and great value for low price. No frills, it's a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable, fairly quiet for being so close to bustling night life just steps away. Owners allowed us to stow our luggage in the room before it was ready so that we can explore the area first. There's a locked gate that requires key fob to enter property once all guests have checked in which makes it great for safety. Lots of stairs, but that was expected. Tv in room didn't work, but not a big deal. Ants were around, but that was also to be expected in the city. We booked the quad room and the bathroom was not adjoined, it was across the hall, but was the only unit on that floor.

• Kenny Jean (10/5): - The rooms were clean and spacious. We moved freely inside the rooms. The attendant was also good and accommodating. She made ways to communicate with us and helped us in the direction for our next station. ❤️

• Mike Kenney (7/5): Good location and price wise worth it. - I got given only one floor up as there wwasnt a lift. Location was an area I knew so it suited me, No soundproofing at all. Room very basic with just tv fridge and bed but what did I expect for the price?

Très bon emplacement pour aller visiter le district 1 à pieds et bons smoothies dans la ruelle ! Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Ne soyez pas surpris comme nous qui voyageons en famille, la guest house est dans une ruelle où de jolies dames proposent leurs services mais tout est calme et bienveillant.

• Andrei (10/5): Очень рекомендую это место, оно уютное и хозяева милые люди. - Очень дружелюбные хозяева, хорошее расположение , место тихое. У нас был номер на 4-ых, и мы комфортно разместились там. Хозяева любезно позволили воспользоваться кухней. Доступ к жилью есть в любое время. Некоторые розетки в комнате не работали, но хозяева помогли нам решить эту проблему.

I was in the second floor (it is actually the level 4) but I could not hear any noise from the busy streets, I slept amazing! It is really cheap and has all the basics. The staff was super helpful and very nice. All was good

En su angosta calle los precios son mas baratos que el 7 eleven y otros supermercados. La habitación era pequeña y medio complicado moverse. La calle de ingreso es medio incomoda y oscura, pero nunca genera miedo o inseguridad

Chỉ cần đi bộ là đến được những địa điểm cần đến. Phố Bùi Viện cách mấy bước chân nhưng đêm ngủ thì yên tĩnh vô cùng. Cảm thấy thỏa mãn. Sẽ giữ liên lạc để cho những lần về thành phố.

За свою цену супер вариант, брали на две ночи , рядом куча недорогих кафе - в 2-х минутах остановка автобуса до Муйне. Были проблемы с горячей водой , поздно вечером на всех не хватает Сложно найти, отель находиться в узком проулке. Мы приехали поздно ночью - пришлось немного побегать понервничать

Ana yoldan dar bir sokağa girdikten sonra sol tarafta kalıyor. sokağın sonunda gece hayatının döndüğü yürüyüş yolu var. Odanız üst katlardaysa binada asansör yok. çıkış biraz antrenman yaptırıyor.
