But they did have bowls small plates, and cutlery there for you to use. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little to small or with 2 too big. One thing that we found as my husband has a disability there was nothing for him to grab on to in the shower, but we managed.

Christopher (8/5): This is our regular Hamilton accommodation. Always reliable and good value. - It has block out curtains, comfortable bed and is in quiet location. Seamless check-in. The cutlery cabinet is at ground level. TV doesn't have access to all the apps eg Britbox. We couldn't work out how to add the app.

James (10/5): Great location, close to the town centre with good facilities to make the stay comfortable. - The room was very clean and the service at check in was great. The amenities were also very clean and the bed was comfortable with features in the room such as a dining table, sofa, T.V (with apps) and a mini bar fridge. The only criticism was that the bed was a not as firm as desired, but this is purely a personal preference. I can't fault anything else!

Alan (10/5): - It was a vast improvement over last nites stay in Hamilton. We have a Chinese MG rental car with a built in Chinese gps and sadly, it sent us a few blocks away in a neverending circle til Google phone got us to the right place. A few concerns, we were in #11 and at midnight, four drunken young girls were outside #10 hooting and shouting. They finally walked off down the street. We are from Canada and are not familiar with the Mitsubishi heat/ cooling system. There is a marked switch on the wall over the headboard that reads: air cond." In CANADA that means COOLING only. I had turned this switch OFF at 10 pm but by midnight we were cold and could get the unit to provide HEAT. I had to get the model# off the Mitsu unit, download the operators manual for the device and read upon how it works. The absence of the TWO LIGHTS on the unit indicated it wasn't operating. It turned out that the WALL SWITCH "AIR CON" also means - the HEAT. Once I got the wall switch back on, the remote for the Mitsu worked in getting the HEAT back on. Otherwise a nice place, well maintained !! A pleasure staying with you.
