- Valentina Gligorova (4/5): - Location “We came from a 4.5-star hotel, so the difference was noticeable. Although we were aware that this is a 2-star hotel, we expected at least basic cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room condition and overall hygiene did not fully meet our expectations, and some basic amenities were missing. The furniture and beds were quite old, and the door lock did not feel completely secure. For these reasons, the stay was not very comfortable, and it would be difficult for us to recommend this hotel.”

- Amar (4/5): -
- Nabil (6/5): Quite - Location Old Furnitures
- KHALID (1/5): Worst hotel..never coming back - Nothing Bangladesh reception staff very rude n hav no respect for guests. My booking show check in time 11.30 am but he refused to give room. When I said I complain to booking.com his answer was I don't care. Absolutely not fit for reception work.
- Awadallah (7/5): -
- Amal (1/5): I didn't stay because its not a suitable place for a lady - There was a bar.
It is something not acceptable Bar
- Doris (5/5): Komme nicht wieder - Der Preis war ok. Die Lage war gut Es waren mehrere Aircon vor dem Fenster- sehr laut. Ne Diso schallte lange herauf.
- Roy (1/5): Never book this hotel.. i will rather sleep on the street - Nothing.. no water in the bathroom.. no breakfast.. smelling towel Everything
- Mohamed (10/5): The staff at the front desk were very helpful -
- Darijus (9/5): - Great location, highly supportive staff, excellent value for money Older style hotel, facilities a bit outdated, no breakfast option

The bed and sheets are dirty

- MOUKESH (5/5): Unexcpected, Undesired experience. Wont prefer to take this stay next time. - The location of hotel was nice. Staff behaviour was good. The bathroom given to us, as per our booking was just miserable.
The toilets were not clean, and there was no toilet seat at all.
We waited for the room to be ready just to get this view, which was so unjustifiable. Later we were provided a room which they term as deluxe, and the bathroom though looks good, was not very clean, and slippery bath tub, to use the shower. And we have lived in better places around in Muscat.
We took this booking as we looked for convenient spot for short stay.
The room was all too much bad smell. Since we didnt want to move around much for one night stay, we moved out the next day morning itself from that place.
- Shima (8/5): - That was good
- David (4/5): - Cockroaches in a room that smelt of toilets. Under and behind any furniture was dirt and cockroaches. The room needs a thorough clean. Loud music from disco next to hotel. Nice staff but I wouldn’t stay here again.
- mariacristina (2/5): - the hotel isvery badly managed, dirty and in poor condition. There is a nightclub and it is loud all night
- myom624 (8/5): A good stay "near the beach" - In addition to the bedroom was also the front area like a living room (with a nice-sized couch, a small table for breakfast & a mini-fridge) which made the stay here a "nice comfortable one" I would say, and yes also getting something of a "serene relaxation" during my 8-day stay was by heading to the nearby "eastern end" of the Qurum Beach (at just about a 5-minute walk from this hotel) where the water was calm & fairly shallow (with feet touching the sea bottom to "some distance" into the water) and where it was also a pleasant walk along the "continuous stretch" of about half a kilometer (a longer one actually along the promenade above the beach).
As for food, there were "nice & filling" biryani & fried rice at the restaurant next door (which is the restaurant of this hotel), and also at about a 15-minute walk away (to the right after coming out of the hotel entrance then along like a "winding street") is a small shopping square with like a mini-supermarket (with "quite a variety" to buy actually) & also a restaurant with some nice selections (including a delicious "Omani dessert" that I had).
And yes, my many thanks are to the managers at the front desk, Akash from the guest services (who brought me a bread-and-omelette breakfast every morning) & also the staff at the hotel restaurant (for the nice dinners).
- Fatoumata (10/5): - Very nice
- Michelle (10/5): - Best place next to beach suitable affordable for families, apart from no washing machine everything else is great!
- Neil and Nirmala (8/5): - Overall good
- Truong (4/5): - It is good for just 1 night stay experienced and drink beer on the bar next door and see dancing.
- wandee (10/5): - Near beach not expensive
- Zahra (8/5): - Very nice beach
Friendly staff
- Terence (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful management and staff.
Excellent location near the beach.
Spacious and comfortable room.
- Alexander031969 (2/5): Oh dear - I stayed in this hotel for a week in January on business. I was paying my own expenses so I looked for something in the lower price. Oh dear, it was dreadful. The hotel looks and feels as though it was built in the 1970’s and hasn’t been updated or decorated since. The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom, the ac sounded like a tractor engine, the food was inedible. Immediately next door was a bar, very loud and attracted a clientele that were looking to party hard with ‘self employed’ ladies.
It was so bad that I ended up checking out early and leaving .....
I suppose if you were a student back packing or something like that it would be ok, but even then it would be too expensive.
Never again for me....
- oswaldv2014 (6/5): Average hotel with very old interiors - The hotel is located very close to beach but exactly on the beach. The interiors are very old. The rooms are not equipped properly below average furnitures. Bathrooms were not properly maintained water leak from geyser, broken locks and poor housekeeping.
I wouldnt prefer to stay again.
- Ibrahim (6/5): - The staff are great and helpful, location is average but the premises is very old, shower is not great at all in our room, rusted all around even water pressure sometimes becomes is lost.
- BRUNO (8/5): Muscat - Bien. Bonne situation.
Mais trop forte musique entre 23h et 2h( venant de petite discothèque au rdc.)
- OH-on-the-road (2/5): Avoid this dump ! - I have unfortunately stayed here on 27 to 29.2.2019 and will NEVER come here again !
Absolutely not recommendable.
This accommodation is NOT as it is advertised: " in a diet residential are . . . "
I had booked the 3 bedroom suite as I was travelling with my elderly 82 year old mother who just arrived this morning on an international flight without sleep all night.
The intention was to have a spacious, comfortable and save environment upon her arrival in Muscst / Oman.
Initially the location was ok / a bit grotty though . . .
Suddenly around midnight we were rudely woken up by an extremely loud discotheque right below the bedroom window ! Starts at 11.30 pm and blasts until 3 am ! This was supposed to be a quiet residential neighbourhood as it was advertised !
Also : - toilet seat fell off / unsecured - powerpoint for bedroom table light broken in half and electrical wire exposed - that is very dangerous.
Cockroaches in fridge, extremely noisy air condition as also mentioned by others -
A/C equipment right outside bedroom windows.
After insisting we got a quiet room to the back : - half size - no, or only tiny window - no daylight - a coffin within a thomb . . .
Breakfast buffet in a stinky windowless room : ( smell of overcooked food in the morning really puts one right off ! ) - cold, aged toast out of a timber box / chiccken food ? + cold scrambled eggs ! - cold beans / meshed - yak ! - cold mushrooms - cold and burnt tomatoes - some budget juice out of a cardboard container / more water than tastet !
I demanded a refund for the inconvenience and the half sized room on the second night but this was declined. I was only offered an other stay at a reduced 25 % complaint pending -
Why would I ever go back to this dump of a place to take advantage of a promised discount for a further disappointment . . . ???
AVOID !
Any backpackers is better !
- Verified traveler (10/5): - nothing everythng is fine they are accommodating and also generous when i asked for medicines thank u
- mohammed (10/5): Pleasent time at Qurum beach - Friendly and welcoming staff and excellent nsnsgmenr

- Greg (6/5): Moderately Pleased - If your travel plans have you spending most of your time out of the hotel, then this is a very affordable place to stay. We enjoyed the large space of the single suite. However, there was only 1 set of windows looking out to a rock wall and old construction materials. The bathroom was very small with so little water pressure that we could hardly rinse off the shampoo. The staff was very pleasant and helpful; it is not their fault that the hotel fixtures are old and functioning poorly. We enjoyed the interesting architecture of the lobby and thought it must have been beautiful when it was first built.
- Inspire31630415723 (2/5): Don't come here - Where to begin?
Fleas in the bed; no hot water; air conditioning unit leaked water; 'breakfast' was a dry omelette, half a sausage, a burnt slice of tomato and cold baked beans; balcony full of birds who'd wake you up with their chirping at 6am...
Glad I was only here for 4 days. It's a great area to stay in, that's the only positive- close to Qurum Beach etc.
Stay in Crowne Plaza next door if you have the money
- KyokoMilli (2/5): Disgusting - I booked in for 7 nights earlier this week and had to request and alternative room given the extremely poor condition the room was in.
My Omani friends were extremely hesitant letting me stay the 1 night due to the unsafe and terrible location. Despite the close proximity to the beach it was not sufficient to keep me there an additional night.
I paid for 1 night cancelled my booking and politely left.
The shabby room with no safe had the most disgusting bathroom I’d ever seen a UK hostel would have better upkeep.
There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival and seats stained. The air con was so loud it was impossible to sleep through even in 33 degrees.
Pay a little extra and go elsewhere I would not recommend!
- Meg (4/5): - Unfortunately, I confused this hotel with the Qurum Beach Resort. The Qurum Beach Hotel is VERY disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone, apart from very low budget backpacker travelers. The hotel is old and have very poor, almost non-existent air-conditioning throughout the hotel. But the wall aircon unit in my room was so noisy it could not be used. I tried the overhead fan for sleep then woke with a bad headache. The bed was advertised as a 'twin' but it was definitely a single. The bathroom was very old and dated with chocolate brown fixtures, although a white toilet seat seems to be added. There was rough cement work along the edge of the shower recess. The breakfast was minimal, an egg omelette and bread and tea/coffee. There was no water provided in the rooms. When I first saw the room, I wanted to go straight to the airport and fly home. Our group of 3 stayed for one night instead of three. We checked out the next morning without any problems. Generally the hotel staff were polite although a little slow with booking us in and finalising our account. We booked into the Qurum Ramada which was twice the price but worth every extra dollar. Hope this is helpful.
- Matt (6/5): near beach - Ok for a short visit. Location is nice as it is easy to walk to the beach.
- zorrothecat (8/5): Good value but be careful about the room - Resonably price
This is well located near to beach and highway through Muscat. Quite easy to find. The room was tidy and clean- bathroom was outdated but nevertheless fine. Shower good. We stayed 3 nights and made it a base for exploring Muscat which is quite spread out city. Its about 30 minutes from the airport
We ate here twice - room service for breakfast (toast and egg) and an evening meal (prawns a little burnt) but generally I would not recommend eating here although cheap. there are two or three restaurants along the corniche nearby including a Starbucks
Main drawback was the noise of the night club downstairs. They offered to change rooms as we were right over the room but we didn't do this as it was bearable
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great staff - Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone there that I encountered spoke English. The hotel was near Qurum Beach, but not close to much else. A 10 minute walk would get you a stop for the hop-on/hop-off "Big Bus." I was there in January. Maybe that was off season, but the Big Bus did not run on a frequent schedule every day. Otherwise, unless you had a car, taxis were the only practical option. Taxis were not cheap.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Arabic themed hotel - we had a nice time staying in the hotel though it was a little bit old and some facilities are not working properly but overall we enjoyed our time there.
- peterhF4195DR (8/5): Great staff - Budget hotel that ticks the boxes. Staff were superb. Beach is a short walk and the crown Plaza nearby has a nice bar for a beer at sundown.
5OR taxi ride to Muscat old town, but there is quite a bit to do nearby too, including the oil museum.
- Pepe_masa (6/5): Affordable room near the beach - During winter most of hotel Oman mostly fully booked and prices gone up, at beginning I choose this hotel as its walking distance to the the beach.
Room was ok for single or backpker, old furniture, ac was really noisy i did not sleep well during my stayed. No shops around to get some snacks or water. You will find bar at the hotel
No gym or swimming pool available at the hotel.
- Roxaan1 (6/5): Good stay for price and group/family - We stayed here for one night (family of 5), nice size family rooms. Booked mainly on price and location. Pretty good option I suppose. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, bedding clean and beds comfortable, all necessities available (fridge, glasses). TV had good channel options and free wi-fi (even though super slow)
The hotel is situated in a good spot, away from beachfront congestion but close enough to the beach for a walk. Close to restaurants near by for meals and entertainment.
Breakfast wasn't that nice though, pretty bland, but decent for price.
- Adil (10/5): The price = the value - The price for a single room was about 45$/night = exactly the expected value.
It's a suitable place if you like only a bed to sleep not much.
The location is perfect, two minutes walking to the beach where located nice coffee shops and a place to relax.
I would choose it again if i came back muscat again and if the price remain the same.
:)
- Mohamed (8/5): - They are very nice, good service
- Nalin (6/5): Clean but dated hotel - Single room with old CRT TV on a Trolley. Bathroom dated and could do with modernising. Basic breakfast. But clean overall.
- Saman (4/5): You can find better hotels with this price - Location was good, near beach (walking distance) with nice sunset but the hotel was old, not very clean. I think I was the only guest in the hotel in that period. Breakfast was the same everyday. So, if you plan to stay for several days (like me) be ready for scrambled egg everyday.
Later on, I found out I could get better deals for the same price in Muscat
- mayralba010184 (10/5): Short visit but the perfect place - The place is beautiful close to the beach nice restaurant and bar and the owner is friendly and helpful, thank you for your hospitality even was a very short time there is
Price is perfect and the quality of the food and service was outstanding I will came back soon and will stay longer
- SrinivasanM51 (6/5): SRI - Near to beach
Very small room
Noicy air conditioning
older ac machines
Totally upset
Not to prefer
No friendly staff
Bathroom toilet is also very much congested
Not for even bachelors or business trip or family
No worth to stay in this hotel
- Sculthorpe-Pike (4/5): Oh dear, bad choice - Cheap-ish, by local comparisons but the only good things about this hotel is that it's walking distance to the Crown Plaza where I should have stayed! No beach nearby. No decent shower. Very worn out furnishings and cheap pillows. Aircon like a jet engine. I could go on but you get the picture.
- F2073UQcarloc (6/5): Lovely stay! - Al Qurum Beach was a really nice surprise! Rooms nice and cleaned, staff really kind and helpful. Also the restaurant is really good. We spent 3 nights with my wife and was the best location we tried in Muscat.
- 451waynea (8/5): Budget choice. you get what you pair for. - I chose this place based mainly on price as a backpacker. No hostels in Oman! Also because of location... near the beach and national park... and close to a Big Bus company bus stop... the open air bus tour here. With muscat being so huge I didn't want to get taxis everywhere especially not to start a tour bus. Yes it's quirky and a bit run down... Definitely not wheelchair friendly... my single room is clean and has everything I need. No view though I don't mind. It's been a place to rest my head. The bathrooms with chocolate brown suites are quite funny... they don't bother me. Water pressure in shower is OK and wifi is OK. Due to torrential rainfall one night I ate at the hotel restaurant. It's best to ask what they actually have available. The chicken makboos and chicken tikka were fine and affordable. Staff are friendly and helpful but this place won't set the tourist and customer service awards in fire. For budget ooen minded travellers. Hotel snobs should stay away! You get what you pay for
- lars (6/5): - Dyr frukost, inte värt pengarna, mycket slitet hotell.
- bahraincc (6/5): Good Budget Hotel - A short walk from Qurum beach this is a good budget hotel for a one or two night stay. The hotel is very clean but very dated. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white linen but curtains, lampshade and bathroom were in need of replacing. The weighing scales was not accurate and the fridge did not work. However, I arrived at 9.30am and checked in as the room was ready and there was no extra charge.
- Kanbaatar (10/5): Qurum Beach Hotel - I like this hotel. I like the Qurum Beach Hotel. I wanted an inexpensive room and I got an inexpensive room. Well IF US $40 is inexpensive here in The Sultanate of Oman. The night manager offered an upgrade when I checked in. A nice, small suite, but I decided to keep it simple and inexpensive and NOT spend US $80 for a mini-suite. I needed bottled water. The night manager had a hotel employee walk with me to a local super market where I bought two, 5-litre jugs of water. The employee not only carried them back to the hotel, he kept me upright on a rather dicey hill between the hotel and the super market. That speaks to the excellent service I have been receiving here. I plan to be here 9-days. The WiFi has been great so far. The air conditioning is excellent and I have to turn it off it gets too cold. I have been purchasing breakfast for US $6.50 and am very impressed with the small buffet. Why would I complain about anything. I got what I wanted. I find the hotel funky and very charming especially the immense and beautiful circular stairway in the lobby. I can dry clothes on the roof. What is not to like.
- Tony (8/5): Cheap with quirky eclectic architecture near beach - Difficult for taxi to find. Friendly helpful staff
- stephenv467 (6/5): Good For Short Stay - Neat and clean room though small in size and odd in layout. Old furniture but maintained in good condition. Can't get taxi easily. Friendly staff extended nice service. Close to Qurum beach. Good for short stay.
- Fiona1110 (6/5): Odd but ok. - The hotel is a bit out of the way and our room configurations were rather odd but it was clean and my room was quiet except for the pigeons. The staff were helpful and the breakfast adequate. It just a bit of a trip to get into Muscat so find out the approximate cost of a cab before leaving the hotel.
- Masi1994 (6/5): Hotel for short-term stays - The location of the hotel is quite near to the beach, only about 15min walk from the hotel. Our room had been very huge, we had 3 bathrooms for four persons, so enough space for everyone. It was a clean room, but the furniture was little old-fashioned and not luxury, but for a short-term stay of only two nights, it was a good choice in Muscat as a cheap and clean accomodation. The way from/to airport is very long, so take a taxi for about 5 omani rial. The breakfast is very small, so it is not worth buying it for 2.5 omani rial. In total, good accomodation for young tourists that want to visit the city and not spend much time in hotel.
- Cristina (4/5): A place to avoid!! - I made the reservation to this hotel in a rush, not having enough time to check it properly, as i wanted only a place for the night. And indeed this is a place were exclusively you can just sleep. The room is like a box. The only thing i liked is the bed, was enough comfortable. But its kinda creepy in overall the hotel. The furniture and amenities are old. The bathroom you can't say is extremely clean, and shower uncomfortable as there's nothing to hamper the water from spilling all over the room while showering. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The way the rooms are situated is very hectic and weird and even if door closed still you have the imrpession you're in the hall. Even if 2 stars i think the comfort and cleanliness should be a must to win your guests.
- Karin (10/5): I recommend this charming hotel - I stayed at the hotel for a week and loved it. The hotel is very charming and you feel at home. The staff went out there way to help me when I wanted to book tours or had other requests.
It is 200 meters from an amazing beach with a lot of cafes and not far from a charming park.
- Khalid (6/5): Tired, old hotel. Needs investment and renovation. - Poorly designed, sub-divided rooms. Sub-standard bathroom facilities. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Towels had seen better days. Breakfast was basic (bread, toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee and powdered orange juice), but adequate.
OMR 30 ($100) per night would get you something indescribably better in some cities. But at this price range, there's not a huge choice in Muscat.
Location in a quiet area just off the achingly beautiful Qurum beach is superb.
I booked this hotel, mistaking it for another. Will not stay again.
- George (6/5): A good budget option - The hotel has a nice location not far from a public beach (though note that the public beach has no facilities whatsoever). Our room, though oddly shaped, was a reasonable size. The staff at the front desk and were friendly and quite helpful.
A few factors underlined that this is very much a two-star hotel experience. The breakfast was perhaps the worst hotel breakfast I've eaten, consisting of cheap white sliced bread and scrambled eggs that tasted like cardboard. There was only one towel in our room, and it was a hand towel, even though we booked a double room. The bed sagged and the sheets were scratchy. (That said, I slept well during my stay, possibly because the neighbourhood was nice and quiet.)
This hotel is a good option for budget travellers who don't mind these kind of inconveniences. The Crowne Plaza is only a kilometre away if you get tired of it.
- Not Provided (4/5): Disappointed Dubai gesuts - Old building, old furniture, nothing in bathrooms...old towels (and u have to ask for them). a place called restaurant but nothing there and in the breakfast u get boiled eggs, toast and coffee with canned orange juice...very ill managed otherwise in such a good location on the beach, this hotel can be turned into gold. In this condition one will never come back after a night stay.
- Mel (6/5): The basics - Decent location - near the beach and Crowne Plaza hotel (for a nice bar, view, and drinks). Hotel staff was friendly and let me check in very late at night. Room was spacious enough though on the smaller side. AC was very strong in the room. Wifi was great, just very frustrating that you have to get a new password daily. Breakfast was extremely lackluster so plan on eating elsewhere. Overall nothing to write home about. You get what you pay for.
- Briana (10/5): Kitschy hotel near the beach - The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The hotel is very nice and the location is great!
- Bo (6/5): Close to the Beach in a posh area - The hotel was close to the Beach in a a posh area, even though the hotel was not up scale.
The room was ordinary but okay to the price.
Elevator is also available.
- Verified traveler (6/5): sehr schlicht - sehr schlicht.alles etwas abgenutzt und nicht ganz sauber.
- Corey (8/5): Kitchy and cool - Lovely little hotel. Yes, the hotel is a bit old and kitchy but it has great charm and very attentive, helpful staff. We had a double twin room and it was very big. Nice sitting area with a small fridge was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked loudly (which I like). Great location as well. I would certainly recommend it and stay there again.
- stayed with fam (10/5): Very good. Nice area and staff. - Would stay again very nice place. After 1 night we changed to another cheaper hotel but had to return to Qurum Beach and appreciated it much more.. Was very good for its cost and near the beach. Breakfast simple but good.
- Crister (2/5): A former pearl, need total renovation. - Breakfast is terrible. One kind of bred,
One kind of jam, orange juice, one kind of warm mix.
Instant coffee or tea. That is all.....
Nice staff. Near the public beach.
- Verified traveler (8/5): GGOD VALUE - For a 2 star hotel, excellent value, staff well informed and helpful,in fact the owner even drove me to a restaurnat where I could enjoy Omani food......
- Lindsay (8/5): Brilliant Location - I had a good stay at Qurum Beach Hotel. Although the furnishings are a bit old, the location of the hotel near the beach and the reasonable price, made it a win.
- mardiana (6/5): 3 days short break - 2 of us Malaysian from madinah. Saudi Arabia Tired of working. we choose this hotel because near to the beach. The hotel is nice but the facilities can be improved
- George (2/5): very bad experience, there was no hot water.
- this is at maximum a 1.5 star hotel, there was no hot water , no water pressure in the shower, the bed was not clean and the room had a bad smell, i slept sitting on the sofa. an experience i will never repeat. the breakfast was a fried egg hard and toast and butter, nothing else. I had to pay an extra 30 Omani Riyal = USD 70 +/- i paid and got out.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Relatively economical, not far from beach - The room we were eventually put in was a very clean and large suite, with the usual amenities--comfortable, quiet, and had efficient A/C. We were quite pleased with the room. The price of the room/hotel may seem a bit pricey, but it is actually a reasonable price for Muscat.
The room comes with a free continental breakfast, but this reviewer recommends that you either plan on eating elsewhere or bring your own food (there is a small fridge in the room), as the breakfast consisted of white bread toast, instant coffee, reheated baked beans, and some form of eggs.
We had a minor dispute with the staff about the room size (Expedia indicated a king-size, while we were given a double), but the manager accommodated us and moved us to a king-size. Expedia's website has also been corrected. Expedia also indicated check in as early as 6am, but the hotel staff insisted on charging us a half-night for such an early check-in (our flight arrived at 4am), which is unacceptable, but we paid it under protest. Expedia's website now shows 10am, but please endeavour to check all the details and ensure the hotel honours them. I will note that the manager did follow up with us after to apologize for our inconvenience.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the beach, is right beside another hotel (Ramee Guestline) with a popular bar, and down the hill from the Crowne Plaza. Cabdrivers get it confused with the similarly-named Beach Hotel in the Qurum area which is not near this hotel
- traveler (4/5): NOT Value for the money you pay! - Actually we don't know where to start...but; bathroom was in worse condition that i ever seen.a lot of broken staff, improvised repairer-look terrible,AC air smell like hell, bet mattress - we just sink down for 15 cm,..
At night at 1:30 staff start to clean a room next door. Why? nobody-knows! More than half of Hotel was empty, but they put 3-guest room next to each other; i can here laud arabic, smell smoke out of non-smoke room,...On my question why they did like that-no logical explanation.
On ckeck-out We ask receptionist if they ever seen rooms inside or if cleaning staff give them eny feed back about room condition...NO! Not even hotel manager/owner show no interests about "room condition". He just always ignore everything.
Breakfast so poor....no commmet!
Like customer we must always pay on the end. And all we wont i just FAIR service ( decent room for decent price, helfull staff,....).
- Ali (8/5): Perfect considering the price - The scenery around the hotel (especially at Crowne Plaza which is a walking distance away) and how close the beach was made this hotel just perfect. Breakfast is provided and for lunch I went to Crowne Plaza till the sunset, it was simply amazing. The hotels location is what makes it stand out from the rest and the main reason why I'd go back to it again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): It is in Qurm, but that is it... - The room is fine and so is the location...If you need to be in that area. But it is tired hotel and needs a refurbishment. Also the water pressure was very low and so could not shower. It is Oman so to find a reasonable priced hotel in Muscat is difficult in the first place.
- trudy (8/5): Close to beach - Staff very helpful finding us a cab for the opera house.
