• Karen (10/5): Highly recommend staying at the Darwin Luxury Apartments, and we will stay again due to location and value for money for - The location is brilliant, the modern spacious clean rooms. Plenty of linen etc. Our room 365 had fantastic views of harbour, stokes wharf and swimming area. . Great air conditioner. Amazing selection of eateries/pubs/restaurants. Parking underneath was included and handy. Free Shuttle bus available to wharf if weather is too wet. Not one thing we would say was negative about the rooms and facilities in it. However be mindful of ceiling dripping in carpark which is not the responsibility of the corporate body… but something to be mindful of.

The unit was well set up with everything our family needed and was very clean. We appreciated the pool noodles and floaty rings they were good fun and made relaxing easy in the lagoon. The aircon throughout was fantastic and wardrobe space was spacious and well set out. Oh and the washing machine, made holidaying very easy! Thanks so much, we have recommended it to friends and family and we will be back! Bath plug came out too easily, but thats not a big deal just a little bit of feedback.

I really like that the bathrooms had Australians owned soaps which smelt beautiful. Thank you for such a beautiful apartment. We are looking forward i return over Easter. It would have been nice to have a small sachet of milk in fridge to enable the making of a cup of tea.

There were a couple of maintenance concerns but the property managers attended to these concerns immediately. We didn't know how to operate the washing machine/ dryer. If there were instructions on how to use it would have been super helpful.

With a few cocktails,great family holiday, will definitely return. - The view was truly breathtaking, offering a full panorama of the ocean and its surroundings. The apartment itself was delightful, immaculately clean, and well-organized, with a layout that we absolutely loved. We were pleased to find floaties, pool noodles, and beach towels available, which made our swims in the water below even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, being in close proximity to restaurants and bars, a floating adventure park, fantastic for kids, making it a fantastic spot overall! Nothing, it was all excellent and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

• Jack (5/5): Deck was wonderful for viewing from. - View from the Deck. Unit was OLD and badly in need of an update for the price that we paid. The Carpets were not clean. To have a shower one had to use a small portable step to get in to bath to have a shower. Dangerous. One wall of bath/toilet was shadow glass - not private at all. It was clean other than carpets.

Restaurants were close by and apartment was well fitted out for a longer stay and spacious. Public transport and taxis were easy to catch from out the front of the Waterfront. Little things can make a big difference and towels and mat in bathroom needed replacing. Shower over bath tub in second bathroom is great for children not so great for adults.

I had booked for 3 beds and my booking confirmation showed 2 rooms with a double bed in one and a double and single in the other. We had only 2 double beds so one of us had to sleep in the lounge using spare bedding and items of the other beds.

• Bron (10/5): Lovely unit in a stellar location and close to everything. - Ruby provided detailed instructions and photographs to enable easy self-check in! Location was great. The unit is roomy with everything you would need for an easy stay. All very comfortable. 2 bathrooms would be a bonus if travelling with someone else - making it easy to share with family or work colleagues. There was nothing not to like!

Appliances were all modern and easy to use. We went and brought the same cookware set we used at the apartment for our home. Fire alarm at 5:20am Xmas morning 🥴 had to evacuate the whole building

• Jenny (8/5): Fantastic option at Darwin Waterfront - Location great and accom had all the facilities needed for a short break. Spacious for 4 adults and trundle for 3 year old. So close to wave pool and many eateries. Mini Mart below for basic needs. Not noisy at all. Would definitely stay again....(as long as elevator working). The elevator was out of order so emergency stairs (48) needed to be used each day. Not easy if you have knee and hip issues going up and down 3-4 times a day. Owner apologetic and hoping management fix the matter asap. Bed a bit too hard for my liking but partner can sleep on anything.

The view of the sunrise in the morning from the balcony was wonderful. Unfortunately the lift broke down and was not functioning for our last 48 hours there, but that was the only negative about the accommodation. Everything else about it was great.

• Kellie (9/5): Great place to stay in the waterfront - Close location to all the restaurants and activities on the waterfront. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were dark!!! Host was very responsive Thoughtful amenities above the normal shampoo and conditioner included salt, pepper, oil, large milk, couple cans of softdrinks which was a nice surprise. The only feedback I have is - it would be good to have a set of drawers in the cupboards.
